This sharp three level, 6-bedroom, 4 1/2-bath luxury private Snow Cloud residence in the Solamere neighborhood of Deer Valley has it all! Offering both privacy and convenience, this private home has an amazing main level open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area and open living space that is perfect for either entertaining guests or cozying up by the grand fireplace and enjoying intimate views of the surrounding trees and mountains.
Recently remodeled, the residence features a brand new gourmet kitchen with a huge granite island for gathering the family or prepping meals. It is outfitted with stainless steel kitchen appliances, including two ovens, a large farmhouse style sink, a Wolf stove and brand new cabinetry. The home is comfortably setup with four ‘master suite’ rooms with king beds and two ‘junior suites’ with a queen and twin bed each. Other amenities include a den with a huge 70” HDTV and pool table, laundry room, air conditioning and easy access to Deer Valley resort in less than five minutes!

We love staying at the Snow Cloud house! It's our second year there and we simply love hanging out in the kitchen making late night quesadillas or piling into the hot tub in the morning before we head out for the day.It's a roomy, friendly house with plenty of room in the living room and kitchen and a nice play area downstairs that includes a pool table. The kitchen was well-provisioned and had everything we need. The property management company was very helpful and responsive when there were issues, like when the wifi went out. Be aware, the bedrooms on the bottom floor are connected and share a bathroom (you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the next). Not a problem as long as all your guests like each other.

The house was exactly what we needed as to size and location. The kitchen was great...we did a lot of cooking and found plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment. We could have used more toilet paper when we arrived. Downstairs master bath had a copper sink with very low flow hot and cold faucets...something that could be improved upon.

Excellent excellent facility for a large family gathering. Perfectly appointed, immaculately clean, spacious in all the right places. Bonus show of deer and wild turkeys wondering through the back yard every day of the stay. Could not have been better.

Great House! Great Location! Moose!
Came for a wedding in Park City with 10 people - 3 couples, the rest single. There was plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfy, bathrooms very nice and there are plenty of them. We had a family meal at the dining room table and everyone fit. Kitchen is VERY nice. I think we fit 8 people in the hot tub at one point. Everything was very clean and high quality. The neighborhood is very nice. Major Highlight: We saw MOOSE across the street, eating the neighbors trees, TWICE in 4 days. Drive to park city is only 5 minutes. We would absolutely stay here again. The only imperfection is the layout is slightly strange in a couple spots (the downstairs bedrooms are contained inside of each other. They do have separate doors and share a bathroom) but the house and location are so nice it really doesn't matter. This place was perfect. No Complaints.

We rented this place in Park City over a holiday weekend. It was perfect for our family. Lots of space and the place was very clean. Kids loved the hot tub. Beds were comfy. My favorite part was the big tvs and comfy couches. Would definitely recommend this place!

Girls Trip and Birthday Celebration
The property management company is a GEM to work with, communicative, friendly & helpful. We were 11 ladies celebrating a birthday & stayed 6 nights. The house was PERFECT & beautiful w/a very well-appointed kitchen, everything we thought we'd need was already in the house including a drawer full of spices. Several sets of dishes & silverware meant we didn't need to run the dishwasher after every meal.
All of the bedrooms had comfy beds and plenty of space to walk around the rooms. 2 of the bedrooms on the top floor shared a bathroom but had vanities and mirrors in their rooms to make getting ready easier. The 2 bedrooms on the very bottom floor also shared a bathroom and a main entry door to the rooms. This was perfect for the group of ladies who have all traveled together before!
Overall, this house was perfect for us. 1 thing would have been nice, is a later check out time. 10am comes early, we were rushing a little the night before & in the morning. The management company told us to leave the cleaning to them, what a blessing! We just had to collect our things and walk out.
The only downsides we experienced: Needs outside table, we were there in June and appreciated the beautiful scenery & weather! The large dining room needs a rug under the table, it was noisy for the room below. Pictures of the contents of the kitchen would be nice to have but not necessary. We were pleasantly surprised when the kitchen was very well stocked! A couple of the windows need screens and we were hesitant to keep them open at night w/o screens.
The whole time we were there was a pleasure! Traveling w/family, friends or a combo of both, you won't be disappointed! It was beautiful, well cared for & in a great neighborhood. We saw a moose trot across our backyard, had 2 turkeys roosting in the trees at night saw plenty deer, bunnies even a couple of Jackalopes! In my own opinion the ladies I traveled with made the trip but the house made it comfortable!

My family and I had such a great time in Deer Valley and it all started with our stay at the Snow Cloud Home. Property was perfectly located 5 minutes from the base of the Deer Valley ski resort, and 5 minutes from downtown Park City. House was as advertised for space, warmth, amenities, and location. We enjoyed the hot tub, the two fireplaces, separate living areas, and the dining areas. Just a great place to call home for a week.
