Disappointed. I would not stay here again. Cheap but you get what you pay for.

It was an easy 5-10 minute car ride to all the restaurants and Hershey Park.

The room had a foul odor smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. The shower head in the bathroom was very low. You couldn’t adjust it so anyone over my height of 5”2, like my friend, had to awkwardly duck their whole body to get under the shower head. It was really cold. The door had gaps in it which let the outside air in and the heat did not work.

Worst. Establishment. Ever!

Nothing about this place was pleasant

I paid $473 for a 12 nught stay. Upon arrival i noticed. Dirty blankets, scratched up doors, t.v. wasn't hooked up, people in rooms next door fighting and screaming all hours of the night. Management is RUDE! I arrived at this "pet friendly" establishment with my LICENSED service dogs and after only 10 hours after check-in was made to leave after being told my LICENSED service dogs were not permitted at this "pet friendly" motel. I will be following up with a lawsuit after ejecting LICENSED SERVICE DOGS protected under Hippa Law. I was also told I would be issued a full refund and have yet to receive such 14 days later. Do not go here!

We made it work for a 10 hour stay but you get what you pay for. We needed a last minute place to stay for our trip to H

The location is very close to HersheyPark.

As soon as we opened the door we were immediately hit with the smell of cigarettes which took hours to get used to. The room itself just seemed to be in bad shape with a lot of chipped paint and broken pieces in the floor.

Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and beds also.

No coffee in rooms, door had gaps, air conditioning worked great but blew directly on you if you had bed closest to it, it was broken and couldn’t change draft.

No one should stay in those conditions.

Mold in bathroom vent, front door does not close all the way giving others outside the ability to view in the room. Medium to large mouse holes in corners. Employees argue/fight cursing at each other in front of customers while checking in. Very unprofessional. We were told we would get a full refund and it did not happen. Very disappointed

The gentleman that checked me in was nice

I didn't like anything about the place so I left with my son immediately. I went in and then left. There was hair in the bathroom, who knows what smeared on the walls and we didn't feel safe. Advertisement stated double room with balcony. We were on the first floor and it was just gross.

Absolutely nothing. We did not stay! The conditions of the entire hotel and room were horrible. My money will not be refunded and we couldn't even breathe in the room from the smell.

Everything, curtains bed sheets,pillows,bathroom were not only dirty and disgusting the entire room smelled like an entire cigarette box. The smell was so strong property manager brought air freshener from his car to try to help with the smell it's supposed to be a none smoking environment. False information this entire room should have not ever been rented out.

The TV in the room didn't work and the wifi didn't reach our room.

Very good

Beds was very comfortable and the workers where super nice towards me and my fiance. It had beautiful view to look out of. It was a great stay I had no complaints about this place it was awesome

It was quiet there, despite someone being arrested upon our arrival.

Pool was green with the cleaning tubes and pipes in there, so that was unusable. The whole building smelt something awful, our room was so dirty, the doors, walls, and floors were so black we kept our shoes on while in the room. The sheets had stains on them so we bought other sheets put it over their bedding and used our own blankets and pillows. I had to go buy Lysol and Clorox wipes to wipe down everything. No hand soap to wash our hands in the room either.

the main reason i picked this place was for the pool, unfortunately it was closed. they should've mentioned it or at least have it ready.

Not worth the money, won’t be back again

I like the location. Air conditioner worked well, beds were comfortable.

I don’t think they cleaned the bedding, it had hairs and looked liked fried rice left over from someone. The bathroom looked dirty, the walls could have been washed, the light in the bathroom flickered often.
