Awful plumbing and no hot water ruined experience

The location was great with Hershey park and restaurants close by

The plumbing is horribly old and we were forced to take freezing cold showers with no water pressure at all during our entire stay. On top of that the beds were very uncomfortable

Overall pretty decent, needs some improvements.

I enjoyed the breakfast that was served in the mornings and the comfort of the beds. Those were the things that exceeded me and my daughters expectations.

Some of my only complaints were some of the smells in the halls, and maybe the cleanliness of the place. Those were really the only bad things.

Would return.

Location was great ! Supermarket in walking distance. Multiple shopping centers very close. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Curtains were able to black out room. Mostly quiet. Tv guide pamphlet. After being double charged at check in,they resolved the problem very quick. 👏 Ducks are a cute little attraction.🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆

Crowd at pool, maybe have a limit of people at one time, no towels any time we were there, just some supervision in the pool room. At arrival the young girl at the counter double charged me. Never really greeted coming and going. Girl was just on her phone everytime. Constant running toilet was a bit loud and obnoxious. Maybe extend breakfast time til 10 am or 11 am. We were exhausted from driving then hershey park all day and never made 9 am breakfast,unfortunately.

It was good but alittle dangerous for me..

Every thing was good

The bathroom was difficult for me There were NO Bars in Bathroom And toilet was difficult for me .. TOO LOW . My husband told the receptionist I was disabled and my Disability and needed a room for my disability and the bathroom was unexceptionable. Also you should have a Microwave in the room as it is not convenient to come down to the kitchen every time you needed to heat up anything..

Our stays at the Comfort Inn at the Park are always great!

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast service offered a variety of choices.

The heat wasn't on in the room when we checked in. It was a bit chilly but warmed up quickly.

Aside from the silverfish it is a clean facility - good location - quiet stay.

The location was great - tucked away but easy I’ll accessible to the park and local restaurants - the ducks on the property were cute - and selling duck feed for my girls to feed them was a great idea and a lot of fun

I like the price for being down the street from Hershey Park

I didn't like that they didn't clean our room every day and I had to call the front desk to clean my bathroom,get toilet tissue and garbage bags.

Never again. The place has gone down in quality.

The proximity to the park

The tub had hairs in it and the shower head was so loose it almost fell off. I had to fix it myself. Zero housekeeping. Cleaned the tub out myself with Tilex I had to go buy at Weis. You want towels? Go get them yourself. Nobody will bring them to you. You have to change the garbage yourself too. The hallways have some sort of curry smell to them for some reason. I’ve stayed there for years. Not anymore. What am I getting for the money?

Stay was not great and I will never stay at any Comfort Inn again

Close proximity to Hershey Park, restaurants, shopping, gas, etc.

Room had a stale smell. Had to purchase plug ins for the wall. Toilet seat was discolored, bumpy and destroyed. Couldn’t sit on the toilet seat without laying tissue down. Fridge was dirty at arrival. Had to call front desk to clean it. Beds were hard and not comfortable. Extra blankets were full of someone else’s hair! Yuck. Asked for another blanket and it was the same!! Room did not look like photos. Also very little drawer space. Only 2 tiny drawers. They were dirty inside. Hotel is dated and needs updating. Rooms need updating. Housekeeping should clean better. Dusting would be good. Found sunflower seed on the floor when we arrived and no one in my party had sunflower seeds! Smh. Carpet in hallway was dirty. Hallway had an odor/stale smell. Elevators are old and worn out inside. Tv was nice size and worked well. Air conditioner was fine. Time to upgrade this entire facility. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Boring. Foods weren’t very good. Could switch up and offer more variety. Turkey sausage should be an option. Everyone doesn’t eat pork. Breads and muffins were stale! I would never stay here again nor would I recommend anyone else to stay here either. Almost $600 for nothing. Don’t do it! My advice is: Pay more money and stay elsewhere.

Disppointing and never again for safety reasons

I am disabled. My wife and I had a disable room as requested. It was large and clean. But…. the bed was SO LOW that I had to FALL into bed and absolutely could not get out. My wife put a chest belt on me and had to pull me out. The toilet was equally as low and had a very hard time falling on to it and my wife to pull me up. Will never stay here again. For me who can not fall, this was a dangerous room.

In a very good location to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was good and motel was quite.

The bathrooms could have used updating. The shower was not as nice as some other places I've stayed. I would have liked housekeeping to have come daily. We had everything we needed though. Front desk people were friendly, as were any other employees we ran across.
