L’endroit est propre et tout
J’ai laissé une caution à la réception avec ma carte de 230$ US que je n’ai jamais reçu jusqu’au jour d’aujourd’hui pourtant ils m’avaient dit que le remboursement se faisait automatiquement une fois le check-out maintenant cela fait presque 3 mois j’ai rien reçu je les ai écris à mint reprise pour en savoir aucune suite favorable ils m’ont envoyer un reçu pas rapport qu’ils ont fait le remboursement d’appeler ma banque et j’ai fais cela franchement c’est flagrant ca pour un établissement comme le vôtre si vraiment le remboursement avait été fait j’aurai reçu quand même 3 mois 🙁🙁🙁

La recepción del hotel es parte del apartamento por lo que prácticamente nada es con ellos , todo es por medio de un WhatsApp que nisiquiera contestan a tiempo

Only the sea view of the room
The staff was very difficult to talk to. The reception is not linked to the property, they do only check in and out so they were not responsible for anything else. We were at the reception, we got a problem with another our friend who couldn’t come and we were trying to contact the property. After only 30 min they answer without resolving the problem, unbelievable. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Beach towels were old and broken. The building is old and not well maintained. Wi-Fi very poor, zero Wi-Fi on the pool. Disappointed

Nothing to like about the property it had infestation with cockroaches.
Nothing to like about the property it had infestation with cockroaches. The administration accessed the studio without any warning and now they are accusing me to cause damage to the property which is a completely lie since I had to move to a hotel to spend the night.

The staff on the premises were very nice and helpful, the pool is also very nice.
Our AC did not work, when asked about it being repaired I was told they would take care of it during business hours, next day rolled around and no update was given nor did anyone show up to fix or check the unit. When I reached out again, after calling and texting multiple times they finally responded and I was told they do not offer 24/7 service, understandable, however when I asked when they would have someone go out or what accommodations could be made no one ever responded. I asked about getting a refund for the reminder of my stay as it was very very hot in the room.. no one responded.

The view from our room was beautiful (ocean view)
I didn't like that they ask you what time you plan to arrive (so that "someone can be there to meet you"), but when arriving at said time (12-1pm), we were told check in time is 3pm and we couldn't get a room sooner. If I would've known that then I wouldn't have arrived early. We weren't even allowed to leave our bag in the reception area (staff in reception is not very accommodating), we had to lug it down to the pool area where we ate while waiting to be able to check in.

We love the location/price. Our unit had a beach front view this time. Last time, we had a view of the pool deck and could also see the beach from the balcony. The beach front units have a narrow balcony so you can only stand on them. It isn't wide enough to put a chair on it. The units with a pool view have 2 chairs and a table on the balcony.
We love the convenience store, OXXO, within easy walking distance. In 2022, the OXXO prices were more like Mexican prices in that prices are a fraction of similar stores in the US. But in the Spring of 2023, the prices were a lot closer US prices for many things but some things were still less expensive than in the US.
The on site restaurant is good except for the price versus the menu. I mean the food was worthy of a US restaurant that you would rate $$ but the prices were $$$. And I'm talking prices in the US. Everybody that has ever traveled just a little bit outside the tourist area knows, you can go to restaurants and grocery stores that are worthy of $$$ quality in US terms but only cost $. The food whether in a restaurant or from a store is priced between 1/4 to 1/2 the cost in the US. So in our 18 days total between 2 visits to this property, we only ate at the restaurant once. The units have a 2 burner stove, microwave and dorm sized refrigerator. We cooked most of our meals.
The on-site laundry is also cheap for US prices. The machines use tokens and you buy them at the onsite convenience store. I think it basically cost us about $2 USD to wash and dry one load of laundry. We normally only wear swim suits, shorts, light t-shirts and sandals with no socks when we're in Mexico so you can easily fit 4 days worth of that type of clothing in a personal items bag like the kind you can carry on for free with the cheap airlines like Sun Country or Spirit. So when it is just my wife and I, we only do 1 or 2 loads. We like the convenience store but the OXXO has more items so we shop at both.
We have the same complaint about all Mexican hotels and resorts. The stone floors, while good for cooling off your feet real fast, are also hard on the joints if you are barefoot. It would be nice if they added some cushioned mats in front of the cooking counter and maybe a hall runner rug so at least part of the floor had some cushioning.
Also, the complimentary in room safe is great for storing your wallet, phones or even prescription drugs. But the safe is not big enough to store a small laptop or even a medium sized tablet. If it were just a couple inches wider and 3 to 4 inches deeper then I wouldn't feel obligated to carry my computer with me when I leave the room (as in, computer and beach/pool are never supposed to be near each other)

Keep me waiting 3 hours to give me the key coz I did a last-minute booking and the hotel dont deal with the apparments. Very bad experience. I have to pay a 200 dolars deposit, not been refunded on my account. Dirty walls, very old...never get back there again

Beautiful ocean view
Owner didn’t communicate at all. after booking via auto message asked for deposit 200$. (guests should be warned before confirmation of booking). worst think is that on front desk they probably accidentally charged me 2x 200$ deposit(one deposit is back, second one still not) i was trying to contact owner l, calling is not possible, message- no respond . its already one month with no communication so this forced me to open claim with my bank to get my money back. frustrating situation

The view is 10/10 is you want to enjoy the lagoon from your balcony. Many beautiful pictures were taken from there!

Lazy guys from the local restaurant sometimes may close an hour earlier, so be prepared to remain with no food in the area till the morning

The ocean view.
It's overpriced and the apartment need some maintenance, specially on the bathroom.
For the check-in, they ask for a warranty and it was never mentioned, also check-in took a long time due to the attendant couldn't find the reservation and they ask you to sing many paperwork.

Booking said 75$ before taxes. Room was 160 USD. Charged me a 200 deposit. Have not received it back in 5 days. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL BUT A CONDO COMPLEX… THERE ARE 6 renting offices. ONLY WAY TO CALL THEM IS TO CONTACT INDIVIDUALS - they do not respond to calls. Room was dirty with ripped curtains.

The on-site restaurant had good options and was reasonably priced. The pool was amazing and well maintained. The views were fabulous!
Due to the “no changes/no cancellations” policy, we were forced to make 2 back-to-back reservations. Before we arrived I requested that we be able to stay in the same room for the whole trip. We were put in a studio and requests to be moved or compensated for the difference were not even addressed. On our 3rd day in the room, I received a message pointing out that I had requested to stay in the same room before our arrival (that’s true) and that housekeeping was attending to ‘personal matters’ and they are understaffed but we would be made a priority. At approximately 11am, water began pouring down from the ceiling in the bathroom. We reported it and someone came to address the issue. My requests to be moved at that point were again ignored. No explanation (re: “we are fully booked and can’t move you.”). There was no response at all. The workers told us that they needed parts and couldn’t fix it until the following day. It was after this that housekeeping arrived to clean up the mess, empty the trash and replace towels. Apparently they didn’t shut off the water source because that evening at 7:20 the bathroom was completely flooded again. I sent another message and it received no response but the young man from housekeeping, who had already gone home for the day, returned and cleaned up for us. We compensated him for doing that. Still nothing from customer service. I tried calling the number to speak with someone and was told that the number was for messaging only and that she is “sometimes in business meeting with governments and other companies”. The next morning we were rained on for a third time. We left the room at about 7:30 am. I sent a message at 11:30 asking for confirmation that someone would be sent to finalize the work. I received no response. We returned to the room 3 pm and they were still working. Still no message from customer service. Housekeeping told us the checkout procedure. I would like to be compensated in some way for this inconvenience!

The room was clean, beds were comfy and the ocean view was lovely.
We arrived exactly when we said we would arrive but we still had to wait for someone to meet us and lead us to the room. Check-in was conducted in the room. I did not receive a copy of the paperwork I signed and my requests for a copy of the paperwork and for a key for the deadbolt lock and an extra set of keys for my friend were ignored throughout our stay. We had to request that housekeeping come each day to empty trash and bring clean towels. This finally happened on the third day. Due to the “No changes or cancellation policy”, I had to make 2 separate back-to-back bookings when our plans changed (well ahead of our trip 15-17 and 17-20). I had requested we be able to stay in the same room. We were given a studio apartment. What I didn’t know was that our second stay (17-20th) was for a Deluxe room. When I pointed that out (in several messages) asking to be refunded the difference, my requests were ignored. Ultimately I just asked for an iron and ironing board be sent to the room. That request was granted and someone brought it. Again, no response to any compensation for staying in the studio rather than a deluxe room for the the duration of our stay.
