Definitely not going back to this property

Room - unmade bed, unclean room. Broken lock on bathroom door, leaky sink due to which there was water all over the bathroom floor.

Literally nothing about the place was likeable. The staff snuffed out any vestige of consideration I may have had.

Plz do look over your room cleaning, Bed repairing, Noises from different rooms, kitchen staff.

There was nothing to like Everything was so bad 1)Bed was making to dam noises, when ur trying to sit, trying to have dinner, trying to turn around while sleeping, it was so dam loud and was making too much noises. When we asked to change our room due to such noise they showed us few rooms which were available at that time and SERIOUSLY they were more WORST then this one....so smelly, not cleaned, dirty, bad, literally bad, daamm bad. 2) if ur trying to sleep, there constantly music going around in different rooms, there family or what or who I don't know but at night from upper sealing we could hear lots of noises of children beating floor, Walls, things were constantly shifting here and there and for whole night it was happening like this. 3) water quality is worst don't take bath literally don't take bath here you'll going to have itching all over your body, your hairs will going to be runined, allergies will be there. 4) in kitchen I don't know who was it but that person was constantly trying to sell us Bisleri water Bottles instead of providing us RO water for what we asked for.... He said that RO is not working and we only have Tap Water available or you can Buy Bisleri water bottles (30Rs each) But thanks to the delivery guy who was delivering our food in our room, he provided us with RO water and told us it was working and was in good condition and filled our water bottles with RO water. 5) there were already used ****** in our room that too were hidden behind our bed now you can just imagine what kind of cleaning they were offering. 6) location is in outskirts of Lucknow. 7) I didn't find the area was good . 8) there were no dustbins provided in our room even after reminding room cleaning service man about this. 9) staff was ohk since we didn't had much of conversation except checking in and checking out timing.

The experience was very bad. I will never recommend OYO hotel to anyone.

1. Breakfast was not available at 6:30 am. Not even Tea was arranged at that time. 2. Location shown in google is just 1.5 KM from Airport. Actually it is 9.5 KM from Airport.

Noting. 1. Room was not clean. 2. Bedsheet and blanket was not clean. 3. Bathroom was not clean. 4. Tap in the sink was damaged. 5. Bucket was not provided even after telling so many times. finally I went to reception and there the staff handed me the bucket to carry it to the room. 6. The neighbouring room was given to someone, who were drinking and partying late till 2 Am and making lot of noise. 7. Bottled water was not available. 8. Dust bin was not available. 9. Wi-fi password was not provided even after telling many times. 10. Only 1 or 2 channels were coming in TV.
