Stay at our luxurious and spacious 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath townhouse in the heart of Winter Park for your next winter ski vacation or summer getaway!
The convenience is unbeatable ...walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and the beautiful Fraser River Trail. Just a few steps from the townhouse, the free shuttle bus picks you up and within minutes you are at the base of the Winter Park Resort and ready to snow ski! Additionally, a new supermarket, Fireside Marketplace and Eatery, has open up just around the corner from our place.
Winter Park is only 90 miles from Denver International Airport, so getting here quickly, inexpensively, and in all weather conditions from most places in the USA is not a problem. Also, Amtrak runs regularly from downtown Denver to Winter Park/Fraser. You may not need a car at all!
We love our Winter Park getaway and hope you will too. People who stay here say that this place is very spacious and does not feel crowded when fully occupied. It is roomy enough for two families to share and enjoy a memorable vacation. This unit is privately owned and managed, and we take pride in our home and expect renters to treat our home as if it were their own. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.
This home is an ideal Work from Home (WFH) destination with high speed internet and wi-fi and tables throughout the house so you can shelter in place and still get work done!

Terrific townhome , just a short drive to the ski mountain. Host / owner Karl was totally lovely and made sure we had everything we needed to make it a great stay. Kitchen is large and totally stocked with everything you need to make meals for your group. Beds were great, plenty of towels/linen and the hot tub was divine. We highly recommend this five star townhome!

Karl was very helpful. We loved the home! All of the adult grands had their own private areas. Beds were very comfortable and the family room and kitchen areas were set up for multiple uses like board games, happy hours, family discussions and, of course, meals.

Our family of 6 adults and 6 children (ages 2-8) stayed here for four nights for a family ski trip and had a wonderful experience. Karl (owner) was very communicative and helpful, and we were able to check in early without any issues. The location is an easy 10 min drive to the slopes or short walk to the bus stop. We enjoyed nearby restaurants and rented skis just around the corner. The house was clean and well-stocked. It is four levels, but we didn’t mind the stairs. Highly recommend staying here.

Conveniently Located Fantastic Townhouse
Karl's townhome in Winter Park may be the top of my list in terms of skication homes that I've stayed in. Everything was clean, worked, and conveniently located. This is a four level unit with 3 of the bedrooms on the 4th floor, entrance to the home on the 2nd floor, and the office/bunk room on the first which I personally found was great for isolating the kids when the adults wanted some peace and quiet.
We had a great time exploring town with several restaurants within eyesight of the front door, along with a small grocery and liquor store just a block over. The garage is immensely huge for a single car garage; provided ample space to load/unload inside the garage and store all ski gear on the racks. With the amount of snow received this past week we made great use of the discs found in the garage; with a hill just outside of the garage to play on and several others around the parking lot. There is also a large trail system adjacent to this neighborhood that provided for some nice walks and a few taboggan runs as well. And best of all, the large hot tub worked (sometimes a rarity in rentals)!
I'd highly recommend this unit, and with the $450 worth of resort credits I racked up this trip I might be back here next year! Thanks again Karl.

The Texans
The property was awsome.We were a party of nine our grown kids and 2 nieces .Plenty of room for everyone. We cooked and the kitchen had everything you would need.We aren't use to the snow so I was afraid the kids would be cold but that floor heating was awsome 👌 and the fire places.There was always someone laying in front. The hottub was the best after a day of skiing .The location was the best .we walked to the pubs and shops and even took the bus(lift) which is just across the parking lot.The owner was quick to respond to questions and the check in was so easy.it makes all the difference when you are a mom that just wants everyone to have fun with no worries. It takes a load off.Thankyou Karl it was a success 🙌

Summer fun
Property is in a fabulous location. Easy to find and easy to get from place to place. We drive a Chevy Tahoe and it was semi tight getting it into the garage, but it worked. Our friends drive a Suburban and it was too long in the driveway and the garage. BUT, there was a great parking lot located just down the street. Location was great! You can hit the Fraser Trail within minutes! Downtown Winter Park is also right there. If you have trouble with stairs, this condo is not for you. There are a total of 5 flights if you have to go from basement to top floor. We were worn out after our week! Beds and bedrooms were all cozy. I would stay here again! Thanks for a great week!

We had a wonderful time playing in WP. We were all very comfortable and would definitely stay in the same Red Quill condo next time. This was our 3rd stay at Red Quill and our favorite condo. Exttemely clean and comfortable.

Great Townhome in Winter Park
We had a great time staying at Karl's townhome in Winter Park. The check-in process and communication was very easy. We had 8 people in are party, 4 adults and 4 kids (9-13 in age). There was plenty of space for everyone. There are 3 different levels, 4 if you include the entrance, which gave an even more spacious feeling. The kids took up the basement space with the bunkbeds and tv/lounge area. The adults stayed upstairs. It was nice having a private hot tub out back, which all of us enjoyed at different points throughout our stay. We were within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Karl!

Highly Recommended
We came across this property as we began to look into rental properties for my family's snowboarding/ski trip. We were amazed at the photos of the property and instantly read the reviews to examine if it would be a great fit for my family of 12. I contacted Karl to inquire more on the properties and since the very beginning he was extremely, helpful, understanding, and flexible. Karl stayed in contact with me and was there to answer any question that my family and I had. He continuously checked up on us to ensure that everything was as described and as suspected. As we arrived to this property, my family entered and was instantly amazed at how well kept and clean it was. The property contained everything that was described in the reviews and by Karl. It slept my family of 12 easily and and comfortably. Karl went beyond and above by offering us cheaper options for snowboarding and skiing as was as a list of other things what we could do. We took his advice and also went tubing at one of the locations that he suggested and it was one of the best experiences my family and I experienced. The location of the property was perfect. There was free transportation to the Winter Park resort but because of the proximity of the property to the resort we chose to drive and arrived with no problem at all. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and spacious home with close proximity to winter park resorts. My family and I will definitely stay at this property next year when we return.

My group loved this place! Very clean, lots of space, and private hot tub. Felt great after a day of skiing. May want to encourage people to bring flip flops or separate shoes for the hot tub. Two of our people cut their feet on the ice and stairs by the tub. Otherwise, we loved it.

Great accommodations for our ski group
This spacious property provided plenty of room for our group to spread out - extra bathrooms, extra dining tables and plenty of beds gave everyone enough personal space. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was very clean. The hot tub was beautiful! We had 2' of snow in 36 hours and the team that plowed and shoveled was on top of it! Just off the main drag, getting to Winter Park/Mary Jane was super convenient via the bus system. Karl was attentive to our needs and was very easy to work with. We had a great stay!

Hard an awesome stay for my 40th birthday. The home is super clean with lots of space. We had a group of 7 and everyone had room to spread out. Very convenient location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner was wonderful, and easy to reach. Would most definitely recommend.

Loved it!
We stayed at Karl’s property over MLK weekend— there is so much space for lounging, eating, sleeping, & everything else. So comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed, which is great for us because we like to cook every morning & night. Very close to restaurants & stores. The mountain was just a few minute drive away, but the shuttle is easily accessible from the property. I think the shuttle turned out to be easier than driving. Karl was very responsive & accommodating throughout our stay. Loved the property, loved the mountain. Will book again.

Family Holiday in the Mountains
Prepare to be spoiled! We invited our children and their families to join us in celebrating the Holidays in Winter Park and could not have found a better accommodation. Karl’s home was spacious offering togetherness yet privacy if needed. We prepared all our meals, including Thanksgiving dinner, in the well appointed, large kitchen. The location offered ease of shopping, local sledding for the little ones, and skiing as the shuttle stop was just a short walk. Restaurants and pubs were nearby if wanted. A private hot tub!!! 4 1/2 bathrooms!!! We were at want for nothing. The condo was, on a large scale, magnificent, yet it was all the little things that made us feel at home and welcome. We are grateful to Karl for offering his property and hope we have the opportunity to stay here again. We highly recommend it!

We were in Winter Park for a wedding in the area and absolutely loved our stay at this property! The house comfortably fit our group of 10 since it offers 4 full bathrooms and numerous levels/hang out areas. We were a group of several couples, but the house would also be great for two families! The property owner was available for any questions before and during the trip to help us best enjoy our stay. Walk-able to everywhere in Winter Park. We would stay here again and would highly recommend the property to anyone!

Perfectly beautiful and relaxing
Karl’s family condo is exceptionanally comfortable and clean with a well equipped kitchen. Our family vacations in Winterpark often and this is by far our favorite accommodations. Karl was very responsive and the property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the private, outdoor tub, nestled in the snow directly behind the condo. The home is close to shopping, and dining but quietly secluded. Very nice.

We had a great stay here for our yearly family ski trip. We have all ages from grandparents to a 2 year old granddaughter. Wonderful location and bus access to Winter Park/Mary Jane. Great restaurants within walking distance. This condo is well maintained and the owner is quick to respond. Plenty of privacy for our kids of all ages. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and my family really enjoyed the hot tub. Love skiing Mary Jane, think it's the most beautiful area in Colorado and they just opened a new restaurant at the top of the Super Gauge that's beautiful. My family loved tubing as well, we went at night. Thanks so much! We would be happy to stay here again. It would be perfect for summer and fall as well.

We had 12 adults staying at this rental for a ski weekend/birthday celebration. There was plenty of space, and with 4 levels there is more than enough privacy. It was very comfortable and convenient in every way. The owner is also very kind and great to work with! I will definitely look to book this place again in the future.

We had two families stay in this unit, 4 adults & 6 KIDS!!! We all had a great time and felt there was more than enough room for us to spread out. Everyone had their own bed and there were plenty of places to sit to eat. We all enjoyed having our own private hot tub and enjoyed the large kitchen as well. This place exceeded our expectations and the owner was great to work with.
Also, for reference, this was my first experience with VRBO and I must admit, it worked out pretty good and we feel we got a great place for a very reasonable rate.

Held a business meeting with eight others. This unit provided a place for each of us to put our heads down. We were able to conduct our meetings with the large amount of room in dinning area. We couldn't have been more pleased with the town home. It was clean, convenient and everything we needed was provided. What a nice kitchen with an awesome nook that includes a fireplace. The location was fantastic and although it was too cold this weekend to walk outside, there were many restaraunts very close.

We loved staying at Karl's place in Red Quill Village. It is a beautiful home with a very well stocked kitchen, TV's in all the right places and plenty of dinner seating for the 12 of us who stayed at his home (4 adults and our 8 teen and young adult children). The proximity to downtown Winter Park made it doable to walk from the condo to downtown and also nice to have a couple of restaurants practically out his front door (Randi's and The Library). We dined out one evening at The Library and found the service and food to be great. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation staying at Red Quill Village and the family time skiing and at the condo were perfect!
