We were in town for a graduation had a very comfortable night here. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Just what I needed, a very nice stay!

The breakfast was amazing! Contact less check in and out, electronic key, fabulous! Rooms were big, beds comfortable.

Okay except for height challenges

Breakfast was fine. Noise in evening and overnight was not a problem—- except for loud people sitting outside on a patio below talking until 11 o’clock

Bed was at a height for a 6’4” tall person —-/ so made it a challenge to safely get in and out/ up to the mattress and then safely down to the floor for the 5’0” person. Also-very high shower had no hand-held spray option nor safety bars for older people.

Rooms were comfortable, the staff was excellent. Our first night our neighbors were very noisy but the night manager was excellent and handled the noise and addressed the issue. The coffee was good in the mornings

Rooms could be cleaner. Found a lot of soap scum/mold in the shower. The breakfast was not replenished enough and most of the food was gone quickly and not restocked

We were on the 2nd floor at the end of the hall. We WASTED gallons and gallons of water waiting for the HOT water to get there!

I liked the room and the location. The style of the property was up-to-date.

The desk was poorly staffed. Often there was no one there and just a phone number was left. When I called the number, several times, no one answered. And I did not appreciate the 'incidentals' fee when there was nothing incidental to charge. I did appreciate it being removed shortly after check out.

3-11pm shift lady employee was terrific.

The breakfast was what takes the stay down. Pretty much nothing worked, out of eggs, etc etc.

Disappointed in the staff

Standard Hampton - clean, good facilities, good breakfast. Location was nice.

We were charged by Booking.com and then charged again by the hotel. When we realised this and explained it to the lady on reception, she was incredibly unhelpful and said it was our problem to sort out. It seems that Booking.com made an error and didn't send the payment to the hotel. I appreciate that this was not the hotel's fault but we spent a large proportion of our stay speaking to both the hotel and Booking.com and wasted our holiday doing so and the attitude we got from the receptionist was really disappointing. It is the lady who works the afternoon shift, she also checked us in upon arrival and was not particularly friendly then either. We still do not have a refund and are considering never staying with the Hilton group again. If the hotel wants to receive customers through Booking.com then it needs to accept responsibility for anything that goes wrong, rather than telling the customer it is their fault that they've been charged twice!

I love staying at this hotel as this was my second time staying here. My daughter is a student at UWM so we were in town to visit. Really nice and clean hotel. Staff was nice. Room met expectations. Will stay again

Only con I had was that the shower pressure was weak. Bathroom was nice despite the low shower pressure.

I had a good stay, a good room and the staff were very nice to me.

I was happy that my room was available after my reunion at Concordia Milwaukee (50th 1972). I had everything I needed including a refrigerator to keep my water bottle cold.

Only when I stopped in early and was told I wasn't in the reservation list. I was thankful I had my cellphone available with my confirmation number. I was told my room would be given away if I didn't check in by 3:00. I came in after my day and evening activities and was glad my room was still availble.

Good choice

Night staff reassigned our two room locations to adhere to our request plus provided a pack and play for our toddlers. Nice breakfast. Good pool and work out room.
