Decent for the price of rm380 for a 3 bedroom apt.

The water park is great and good for family with kids.

The room is spacious. However, the pillows are not comfortable (very thin) and not enough. I wish at least 2 pillows are provided for each single bed, means 4 pillows for queen bed. There was actually no blanket for the beds, only thin cover which is not considered as blanket. So it would be very cold at night even though the aircond temp is set at 20-22c. There were extra pillows provided in the cupboard but there was no pillow cover. The utensils are not sufficient. Only 3 pieces of spoon were provided when the max number of occupants in the room could actually be 6-8 people. And they were not clean, had to wash them first before using. The tv channels are limited and no wifi provided. There was also no place to hang the shower head in the toilet of the master bedroom. To sum up, what i saw in the booking page is not similar to what i actually got.

Penginapan yg sesuai untuk kami 6 sekeluarga. Tempat yang selesa, bersih dan berdekatan dgn banyak tempat makan yang menarik. Sangat berbaloi kerana diberikan free pass untuk masuk water park bila2 masa. Layanan owner juga sangat bagus, responsive dan pemulangan deposit sgt cepat sekiranya tiada apa2 kerosakan. Keseluruhan mmg terbaik! Akan ke sini lagi jika jalan2 ke Melaka :)

I don’t like this house very very much

Rumah berbau yang tidak menyenangkan, mungkin boleh mintak dari admin gambar dalam rumah sebelum checkin, ambil video seluruh dalam rumah semasa checkin dan checkout sebab saya terlupa ambil video semasa keluar dan mereka contact saya cakap tuala tiada sedangkan saya sudah gantung di ampaian semua tuala mereka sediakan jadi deposit tidak akan dipulangkan. I still can’t brain a cheap towel costs RM20 🤦🏻‍♀️ so he take all the deposits. Mungkin boleh je duduk hotel dekat situ sahaja

The accommodation is perfect for 1night stay near Water Themepark

Near the Water Themepark. kids really love it. the location is good as it outer from traffic congestion route to Melaka town. accessible to the other seafood place & Bandar hilir.

The keylock should be improved. A card lock system can be an advantage.

parking ok... ada security guard check in pun mudah.. bilik besar... complete smua dgn towel..sabun...simple kitchen... ada jakuzzi...ada theme park.. bilik pun bersih .. byr harga bilik dpt skali tiket msk waterpark for 2...

1.. masa saya stay aircond bilik rosak (lampu blinking2 dan xsejuk) saya komplen kepada owner... n the owner keep asking me to wait... to on off the aircond...repeatedly bila saya suruh hantar technician dtg tgk.. bg alasan technician kena covid plak... sy siap hantar personal wssp to the owner... tmpt u mmg ok.. almost perfect... tp sbb aircond u yg rosak ni saya xpuas hati... saya harap owner dpt fix the problem immediately.. sbb masalah ini ja yg akan menyebabkan u dpt bad review from the customer.. 2. pillow a little bit hard 3. serounding area mcm scary sikit di waktu malam... tp xdak apa2 pun... Very disappointed.

Not much to say about this property. I am disappointed with the “fabulous “ rating given to this property.

Far from city centre. The lagoon was ok but dirty. Not strict on attire while in the swimming pool. Some people even wear polo t shirts. Too poor on the hygiene aspect.

One of worst. I did contact Booking.com to complain and did not heard any thing back.

We were asking to change the apartment in a different location when we are already on our way to the apartment that we have booked. it was so confused and we decided to stay where we have booked. disjointedly, we found there are only a thin sheet in each beds and there was no blanket or duvets. when I called them asking for some thing to keep us warm at night and they told us that they have fully booked and we will only have some thing warmer from next day. I though this was not reasonable. There was also no wifi and they only delivered wifi box next day. The host is very firm and stop the communication with me as there was nothing they can help. they suggest me to cancel the booking, it was about 8pm. I went to the front desk of the hotel, which has a different management from this private host, the hotel manager lend us his own duvet, that was happened for out first night. I tole they that the kitchen bench and dinning table have ants and there was no responses from them. The apartment is really dated.

Well, overall it's a great place to stay

With booking.com, we're able to get the place with an affordable price. It's really worth it especially with free pass to the waterpark for 4 people (since we get the one with 2 bedrooms) and even the self check in procedure is easy.

I love everything there but the tv channels is a bit challenging.

Location wise, easy to access. Spacious apartment.

The toilet has this smell. Many corroded metal pipe and stains. The balcony is a bit dirty. The shop is super expensive. The swimming pool is dirty and the theme park is not well maintained.

I like this HomeStay because it inclusive the entry to the Water Park, especially it is multi entry. Meanwhile, the condition of the room overall is OK, hope can continue keeping this standard

If can allow checking a bit earlier then it will be perfect coz we no need to wait until 3pm onward so that my kid can enter the water park earlier, understand this is their policy, thus, this is suggestion & not a complaint
