This was our first time visiting the OBX. This place is so close to everything. We enjoyed our time at our home away from home. Very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again. We would recommend staying at the great place for two!

The property is small but well done. Apart from the lack of kitchen or grill it had everything we need but we were so close to everything that it was really easy to get out somewhere close to eat. The property manager was always friendly and available to answer questions. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

We loved this tiny boho! It’s in a great area close to many stores, restaurants, and activities. We decided to spend most of our time on the beach. The tiny boho is in walking distance to the beach and Avalon Pier. However, I probably would not suggest walking due to having to cross a major roadway. Which seems to be busy often. The drive from the tiny boho to public parking is like 1 to 2 minutes and we never had an issue finding parking before 10 a.m. We have no complaints and would definitely recommend!

As soon as I walked in I was impressed with how newly renovated the place looked. To go along with this, there was also some cool features to the place such as a built in speaker in the bathroom. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!

We loved this property! The host was very thorough with communications and had great recommendations! We tried many of the options on the list and were not disappointed. The only thing that should be added is ice cream spots! :) It was also super nice not to clean the place ourselves at checkout. Just had to take out the trash and clean the dishes we used. Will definitely stay at one their properties again!

The property is in a good location and very close to beaches and restaurants. If you are looking to explore both sides of outer banks it is in a wonderful place! The Tiny Boho provided everything that we were looking for, more privacy and comfort than in a hotel, and lots of cute surprises. The bathroom has a Bluetooth speaker you can connect to, and you can hear it easily in the shower! Really nice chairs, umbrella, and also an outdoor shower! Provided just the right amount of amenities we even had extra. Even included cute little ice cube trays! All together makes it the perfect place for a couple to stay and feel comfortable and relaxed.

This was my first time booking with Vrbo and our first trip together just the two of us. This was the perfect place to stay, it was so pretty and fit our vibe perfectly. It was a short distance to the beach, restaurants and shops! This was a cute place perfect for a couples getaway to the beach. Close to shops and public beach access (Short drive to Hayman st access). The included umbrella and chairs allowed us to pack light. The kitchenette was well equipped to prepare light meals. The apartment was really clean and well maintained. The host was clear on rules and directions. They also left suggestions for local shops and restaurants. This was a perfect place for a much needed vacation.

Highly recommend! Perfect for a couples getaway, close to the beach and restaurants. The bed/bedding is very comfortable. The recommendations where yo park/watch the sunrise and sunsets we’re spot on. We had no trouble finding parking even on 4th of July weekend with their recommendations. Definitely will be back!

This was our first time using a service like this and we must say the property and property manager went above and beyond from the day we made the reservation until the time we checked out. The property manager ensured we had everything we needed and the communication was excellent. During our time at the property, our property manager was available at any time and recommended many great places to see. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and property manager. Double bonus the beach access is less than a minute away!

Convenient, cute property! We enjoyed our stay and the owner was great about communicating all the details we needed to know for check-in/out. The property is across the highway from the beach… so it is best to plan to drive to the beach still (just due to heavy traffic). But it was just a walk away from the sound! Also, there’s a fantastic coffee shop just around the corner. We will be back! :)

Loved our stay! My girlfriend and I went on a quick vacation down to OBX for spring break and had a great time! Though we came in the off-season, there was still plenty to do to fill 5 days! Our point of contact, RT, was responsive and made sure we felt welcomed! The property was clean, accessible, and had everything we needed for our stay. One gentle word of warning if you are TALL, watch out for the lower ceilings and doorways haha, I am 6'7" and I certainly had to watch my limbs and head! I'd estimate the ceiling to be about 6'9" - 7'. Overall, loved the property. It was clean, the heat and AC worked very well, and there were two televisions, each equipped with working, complimentary Netflix. The bed was comfy as well and the bathroom even had complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Thanks for providing a great place to stay!
