Zentral Location
Room too small and not very clean. No parking. No reception in the morning.

The location is excellent, in the center but not, nice quite place to rest on the side of the center. The only inconvenient is that there was no AC so we had to open the windows and people passed by all nigth disturbing your sleep. The room was very good for the money everything ok. Bars and restaurtants close by.

the location is amazing
the noise - you can hear everything from the other rooms
no AC which in summer results into a room that was too hot to sleep in

In general it was a pleasant stay. The location was very good, in the center of the city.
The hotel closes from 11h from 23h. The check in is from 15h30 till 23h30. No problem, their rules.
We arrived earlier and try to leave the luggage at 12h30 but the hotel was still closed (it was supposed to open at 11h). When we left, the same problem, we made the check out and saw the owner/employee and ask if we could leave the luggage for some hours and he said we could leave it, but didn't guarantee if he would be there to open the door. It is not normal an answer like that. If the hotel have a schedule 15h30-23h30, it should have someone there during that time.

great location and vert friendly staff
The room was quite small and the view from the window was poor. biggest downside I would say was the lack of common amenities like shampoo and hot water to make tea or coffee (had to pay 1€ for a glass of hot water)

1. The management and staff are very nice!
2. The room (and the entire hotel) is very clean - and it smells good.
3. Very centric! Almost everything is just walking distance from this hotel.
4. They let you check in earlier if the room is already cleaned and ready.
5. They let you leave your luggage for free before your check-in and/or after you check out.
6. Awesome and huge radiators in the room - excellent room temperature! Very good especially since Burgos is normally a cold city.
7. They have a coffee/tea/drink bar in the lobby (haven't tried though)
8. Operated by locals so they can point you out to the best places to visit in Burgos.
9. They will give you not 1, not 2, but 3 card keys even when you're just alone. 😁
10. Hot shower is functioning. Huge cabinets for my clothes. The room is with a TV.
Don't come earlier than 11 am as their lobby isn't open before 11 am. Or call them first and in advance if you're coming earlier than that. They might be able to accommodate.

Excellent location, able to park my motorcycle at the front door, staff extremely helpful and friendly, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. Clean, minimalist, IKEA like styling.
Lack of a desk in the room, otherwise it was excellent.

Good location, close to the 'old town', helpful staff, nicely decorated. Appreciated a map of the city with points of interest.
The bed was a bit too firm, water pressure lower than expected, desk staff were not there 24hrs/day, arrived at 11:30a.m., but stayed later in the evening. The small refrigerator did not work, the heat was not turned on until 9-10 p.m., so the room was a bit chilly in the evening.

The emplacement is wonderful to visit Burgos
It's quiet to have a good night when WE travel
There s no breakfast in the hôtel, and there s nobody of thé staff until 11am. There s only a café machine in the hall , WE need money for that.

We loved the location, we loved the reception staff, the young lady (multi-lingual) and young man (multi-lingual) were exceptional, and the owner another man was very friendly and very upbeat. Nothing was a problem. Even trying to change our room was not a problem except the place was full so we couldn't unfortunately. Bed was VERY comfortable. Other rooms on the 1st floor, apart from ours, were really nice as I looked at everything on the 1st floor. Bathrooms were great as well. WIFI was very strong. Easy to drop off luggage out front with dedicated space to do so. Elevator to all floors.
On the downside - the reception not opening until 11.00-11.30am was problematic especially since the seating area and the coffee machine are in reception. I watched many people get confused on how to get out before 11am. The room we were given for a week-long stay was really not the best for a longer stay as it was an interior apartment with window opening to all other interior windows in other apartment buildings. We didn't sleep well as it was hot having to have the window closed due to noises from the interior. Units are not only ground floor as Booking.com suggests - they are 1st floor and above.
