Venture up to the second story, and you'll discover a spacious kitchen, a welcoming dining area, a convenient laundry space, and a cozy living room where you can unwind after a day of adventure. Additionally, there are two generous bedrooms, both fitted with luxurious king-sized beds and their very own attached bathrooms for the utmost comfort and privacy.
The magic doesn't stop there! The second level also boasts a fantastic furnished deck, offering breathtaking views of the majestic Pagosa Peak mountain range and a picturesque little pond. What better way to start your day than with a cup of coffee on the porch, marveling at the beauty of the mountains?

Pets are welcome. We charge a small pet fee of $25 per pet.
There is a TWO vehicle limit. One parking space in garage (max size is mid-size vehicle) One parking space behind garage on parking pad. There is no additional parking.
There is no swimming allowed in the lakes.
Fishing: You will need to obtain a guest fishing permit for a small fee. Permits are located at the Rec Center located at 45 Eagles Loft Drive.
Non-motorized boating: You will need to obtain a boat permit for a small fee. Permits are located at the Rec Center located at 45 Eagles Loft Drive (some boats require inspection). *Please note that boats aren't permitted to be stored inside the Condo, boats are permitted to be stored at the access points with a permit.
Gym/Swimming: As a guest you are welcome to use the Rec Center located at 45 Eagles Loft Drive, there is also a fee to use this amenity.
There is a pet fee of $25 per pet, with a limit of one pet, and pets must weigh 20 lbs or less.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
