Very good location

- The breakfast consisted of toast, butter and 1 jug of coffee which remained empty after it was finished. After struggling to find a staff for coffee, we realised that they were using some TOILET PAPER as filter (I wish I could post the pictures on here!). That was every day of our 5 day stay. - Absolutely no sound insulation from the corridor. It gets very loud. - The towels smell, and we wondered if they changed the bed sheets as there were hair on the bed. - regarding the receptionists it’s hit or miss. Some seems nice and friendly, some should be working at a government agency. - No hair dryer - late check out is $25… per HOUR after 11am

Only bed is comfy and the distance to beach is near, otherwise not worth it.

No hair dryer in every room! If you need one, you have to ask at the front desk. Then! They don’t even have enough hair dryer for each room. The lady at the front desk had to call other room to return. This is ridiculous! We need one, but we have to wait for other room! In the description of hotel, you shouldn’t say you provide hair dryer in this way!

Vi betalt for frokost og det var elendig. Det bestod av loff, smør, egg og et par ganger syltetøy. Det ble ikke fylt på så når vi kom til frokost kl 0800 var det bare noen få loffskiver og egg igjen. De klarte heller ikke lage kaffe til oss kl 0800. Kjempedårlig👎

We will book again !!

Perfect for couples as the shower and tub is in sleeping area , we booked 1 day then end up staying a total of 7!! The location is perfect the beach is right across the street! For the price it’s the cleanest I have seen in this area. I recommend the double room even for a couple weeks had junior and double , we didn’t eat the breakfast but it appears to be just cereal and toast juice ect.. they have no pool but the beach is super close ..you will have to ask for towels if you stay more than one day but they will accommodate the young man at the desk and nick were very helpful!! We will book again!

No pool and no washer and dryer and you must pay to park I suggest the mobile pay to park posted on signs

Nice modern rooms but forget about breakfast option.

Nice modern room, cotton sheets, all over clean. Very close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff.

Got only two big towels but was 2 adults and a child. No towels for face and hands. Shower - between the tiles some mold a little bleaching and scrubbing necessary. Breakfast- was a mistake:/ there was really nothing to choose from. If they offer a breakfast should be even a cereal to eat not only toast with jam.

Great location for south beach stripe.., and the beach if you don’t mind walking… My Husband and I room was beautiful.. There’s fast food restaurants and CVS near….

location was great for the beach. lovely towels and towels for the beach

Was overpriced for the facilities. the door to the balcony didn’t lock and the foot stall at the base of the bed had a broken leg. The staff member we flagged these to didn’t seem concerned. Would have liked a mat on the floor for our feet after the shower as the room had tiled floors which were ultra dangerous with wet feet. Small changes and details which can make a big difference

Old and Decrepit!!!

The clerk, Isabella was rude, dismissive and miserable. Her replacement the next day was very nice. Check in is a 4pm on the dot. Not 3;55pm. The mattress had blood stains on it, the furniture in the room was damaged and decrepit. The breakfast was a loaf of bread for the entire hotel guest with a toaster which did not work and the coffee was 1pot with no refills for other guests when the pot is empty. etc...

The location is perfect. Less than five minutes to a great spot on the beach. The rooms were obviously recently redone and quite nice looking. The customer service, in that the people who I talked to and wanted to help us, were great.

It is a beautiful hotel, so you think that when you get in it will be like any normal hotel. When we got to our room, there were no bath towels, hand towels, or toilet paper. When they brought towels to us they were paper thin with holes and stains. As a small person I am used to towels wrapping all the way around me with some to spare. These did not. Breakfast. I didn't expect breakfast based on the reviews, but when we checked in they told us about breakfast! I confirmed that evening because I knew the reviews said there was no breakfast. There was in fact, no breakfast on any day we were there. We requested to have our room cleaned and put the tag on the door on the first day. Nothing. So, the next day put the tag on the door again and specifically asked the front desk person, who was only there about a third of the times I walked past. He confirmed that it would be cleaned that day. It was not. One of the housekeepers and a manager came to apologize and said that she had 10 people to check out so she wasn't able to get to my room. Apparently they only have one person cleaning on the weekend. It was finally cleaned on the day before we left. The shower looks very nice. A little odd that the giant window is in the shower, but there is a good shade. But, the shower itself was on a cheap inflexible hook so the shower head was flat up against the wall and the water hit the wall and anything on the shelf that you wouldn't think would get wet. Like everything, it looks good, but it's the little things. The hotel itself is beautiful and the beds were comfortable, and of course the beach is so close. It seems like they spent all of their money on making it look beautiful and ran out of money to make it function well. I would have traded the marble for towels that did not have holes and stains and it would be great if they had the ability to have more than one person cleaning on the weekend. And to have someone at the front desk most of the time.

NONSENSE

The location is great and the room setup is great.

Checked in late on a Saturday night, staff that checked me in didn't have the best knowledge of speaking English. Could not provide me with the wifi, could not tell me anything about the area to get food or supplies. Most upsetting thing there were absolutely no hand rags or towels in the room. When asked about this the staff says house cleaning was not in until the morning and there wasn't any towels on site. In the morning, house cleaning had no clean towels and provided me with beach towels that looked slightly used and no rag. To add injury, to the insult, a representative messaged me on booking.com to tell me stop lieing. I'm now going to request a full or partial refund for the stay because this is ridiculous. I couldn't even shower in the hotel.

Great location for the beach and city CVS nearby Ubers were available within a minute Good water pressure in shower You can borrow beach chairs and umbrellas and towels from the hotel Other than my check in front staff was very polite and helpful

Basic room for the price. 204 /305 had broken furniture Noisy on a busy street where construction happens all night and then traffic starts at around 5:00 a.m. Housekeeping was pretty useless they forgot to clean up one day and when they did they didn't even clean properly I had to clean the hairs off the shower drain. Clean towels would have stains on them They charge a $150 resort fee but there is no breakfast just coffee in a thermos, with bread in communal box to toast & No pool, Parking is at a garage a block away and it's around $35 overnight The front desk person was arguing with me that I hadn't paid the resort fee even though it was on my booking.com receipt had to ask for Rafael the manager to get things sorted. Because of this my check-in took over half an hour It looks like they're trying to recover post pandemic even their website has incorrect information Overall a 2 maybe 3 star hotel you're paying for location

Stay was nice! Comfy bed, slept very well.

The room was nice and looked exactly like the photos. The bed was comfy.

The staff was absent for sometime when we checked in and the whole time we were trying to check out. We ended up leaving our room keys on the desk and leaving. The breakfast wasnt much..a loaf of bread for toast. They also had biscoff cookies and the cookie was good. Parking sucks, but expected that. Uber ride was $10 to the beach parking lot which was $20 for 24hrs

Shower was great. Staff was great.

Bath towels were scarce. And when we did get some a few had stains lent residue was left on my body and the drying towel was EXTRA SMALL. There is no pool FYI. And no parking besides on the street. And you will get a citation if you don’t pay.

The hotel is nice. The balcony was nice. The staff was nice. We did get a room upgrade for waiting for 3 hrs for a room. I would recommend for a short trip not a long stay.

There is not a pool really disappointed as I dont like the beach too much. You pay a resort fee and really dont get anything but towels and cheap granola bars. They should not be charging a resort fee especially without a pool or free lounge beach chairs. No bell service.
