Great experience

Great property in this budget, we got private pool, terrace, and yes most lovable is swimming pool.

Approach road is little offroad of 10 20 meters, but as we came around in igatpuri town we noted mostly roads are affected by heavy rainfall, but i respect Mr suraj for his honesty for every thing.

Breakfast was not there. View from the terrace is good. Rooms were decent.

Washrooms were not that clean. It could be better. The pool was unclean and slimy. After getting in the pool, the slime inside was evident. Looked like the pool water was never refilled since a long time. Even after insisting the caretaker to refill the pool, it was not done.

Taste of,nature,adventure and awesome hospatility provided by staff and owner.

I booked this villa a week ago,i spoked to Mr.Suraj owner of the property,i was impressed by the way he communcate,his honesty towards the deal,he told me in advance that 100 meters road is offroad,but really it was offroad because its surrounded by nature,its not concrete jungle,caretaker fayaz is served us best,in this budget this the best place to visit.

Nothing like that,only Mr suraj didn't met us,i would like to meet him,as his giving best in this age.

One of the best budget property in Igatpuri,surrounded with mountains and agricultural field,villa is very cozy,also a terrace garden for a great view,most importantly the owner of property MR.SURAJ he is best in hosting,a young men,handsome,did his best for us...

Staff was very humble and cooperative they properly took care of my Dog 🐕.Explained me all the facilities properly and even had arranged candle light dinner and a healthy early morning breakfast. I have even suggested my friends and family to visit this property. Overall it was very carm and pleasant stay. We will be visiting again

Very cozy place for chill out. Owner was very friendly and helpful, villa was totally upto our expectation , neat and clean, with all facilities...and comfort. I wll definitely choose this villa...again.

Worst experience.

We were ask to check out by the owner....before the time as he had his next guest he came before time woke us up and ask her to check out within half and hour.this was the most worst experience. Even the road leading to villa..is not proper....I had spoken to owner regarding check in that would be checkin with my wife. Later when we arrived he demanded for more money as we were two people.i simply rate this one has bad place to stay in ....

It is a cozy villa , very clean, safe, and yes privacy is maintained. Food provided by the care taker was awesome and they also have hookah facilities and barbeque facilities. 2 cozy bedrooms gives ample space for guests
