Inside, you'll find an open and cozy living area heated by a gorgeous gas fireplace and dressed with attractive wall art and comfortable furniture. The furnished deck is the ideal place to enjoy the sweet mountain air with a morning coffee or a glass of evening wine. Stretch out on the living room sofa to watch a good movie with the DVD player and flatscreen Smart TV. When it's time to put together tonight's home-cooked meal, you'll have everything you need in the full kitchen, and the blonde-wood dining table will make tonight's dinner party an elegant affair. Spend an afternoon on a scenic hike then come back to enjoy a soak in the shared pool or hot tub. When it's time to wrap up an evening, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to share, two with queen-size beds and one with two twins, plus a sofa bed in the living room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
