The houses are fully sef contained units, which incorporate 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge and fully fitted kitchen.
The properties are 3 bedroomed houses which include 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. There is also a fitted bathroom with full size bath with shower over. All of these are located on the first floor.

On the ground floor, the accomodation has a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dining area. All kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided. There is a lounge with flat screen television. Free wifi is available and a downstairs toilet.

The lack of communication prior to our stay was the first disappointment. I sent an email detailing the bedroom requirements as there were 2 couples & a single adult and did not receive a reply and then the rooms had not been set up accordingly. I did not receive any communication regarding entry to the property until I phoned and was advised that we had to drive back into town to a guesthouse to collect the key. There was extreme mould in the bathroom but more so on the kitchen wall and in the cupboard that was storing the pots & pans. It was a health hazard and we were not able to use them due to the amount of mould on the cooking utensils. Disgusting!!!! I have photos to prove the state of this situation.

On our arrival, having to go to the guesthouse in the city centre to collect the keys wasn't ideal, however it is only a short drive from the property. Not a huge issue overall! The house is excellent in space and facilities. Warm and nicely decorated as well as being in a brilliant location for both the city centre and local attractions and amenities. The cleanliness of the property was good overall, small details had been missed, but nothing too much to complain about! I would not hesitate in booking the house again for another trip to this wonderful city!!

Property was in a good location. Was inconvenient having to go to Union Street to pick up key. It could have been left at property. Property was not as clean as we expected especially during covid. Fridge had signs of food, freezer had marks of food and there was food left under table in kitchen. Dishwasher was not emptied for us. Overall we felt that it could have been given more careful cleaning. No welcome letter or instructions about bin recycling etc.
