House was clean and pool/outdoor area was immaculate. Host made the experience feel seamless and was quick to respond/ provide assistance. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made us feel welcomed. Just to note, the kitchen is lacking some basic things such as pots and a dishwasher. The freeway is quite loud for those in the back bedrooms. Other than that it was a great experience for myself, my partner and my family.

Good community quiet neighborhood and it’s surrounded around a lot of stalls and everything is real real close to it so it’s a real nice place to stay

Our host was great. Our 10 day stay went by fast and we managed to get good use out of the pool as the weather cooperated. Definitely some traffic noise but didn’t interfere with anybody’s sleep. House was clean and all amenities were as advertised.

We were there for our daughters stock show. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool and hot tub like we had hoped but when we did it was great! The house and all was great!

Great place. Some bathroom sink drainage issues and close to freeway so kind of loud. No fan for cooking ventilation. Other than that everything no was great.

Aside from the weather, it was a wonderful stay. Disappointed that we weren’t able to utilize the pool and jacuzzi as a result of the nonstop rain and cool temperatures, but the house was nice and cozy. We were delighted that cards and games were provided and the beds were nice and comfortable. The house is very spacious. Our host, Jessica is the best! Any question, at any time she responded if not immediately, in a matter of minutes! Always, always pleasant and accommodating. We definitely recommend this property! You will not be disappointed!!

We had a great time staying at this well equipped house. Pool was fantastic, LED lights at night were fun. Plenty of room for relaxing and sleeping. Great communication with owner as well. Would love to return to this house, thanks for having us.

We booked this home for a last minute get away, everything was wonderful. Great communication with owners. The shallow end of the pool was perfect for kids playing or just relaxing. Definitely would stay again!

Jessica was an absolute gracious host. The team had a fantastic stay. Just wish we had a little more garbage can space. I felt terrible as we checked out cause we had to leave some bags next to the can. Thanks for checking in on us and the tournament. We will definitely be back next year if she’ll have us back!

I rented this house for my daughters sweet 16sleep over. The host was able to let us come earlier to set up for her arrival. Jessica also made a cute little sign for her. She went above and beyond to make this day special for my daughter. She answered our call when we couldn’t work the tv. The house was clean the pool and hot tub both worked. It was a great experience…

The house was nice as well as the neighborhood. The sheets were a bit stained but we just rewashed to ensure they were clean. We had a slight issue with hot water. We had to let it run for a while in order to shower, and running both at once meant no hot water at all. We also had an issue with a broken cabinet and later a broken bed frame which Jessica sent someone to fix fairly quickly. Overall great experience. I wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the pool more. Jessica was VERY accommodating. Our trip was to celebrate a bachelorette weekend. She allowed us an early check in which helped us be able to decorate before the bride arrived. She also made sure we had enough chairs and tables for chef prepared meal our first night. There were 8 of us and we fit and slept comfortably. Jessica was a call or text away and did her best to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

Everything was wonderful! Lots of space, movies galore and beautiful back yard! The house was nice and cozy… perfect location to the Southwest area. Jessica is awesome, responds immediately for any questions or concerns.

This home was perfect for our family’s trip to Houston! We had plenty of room and really enjoyed the hot tub in the lovely yard. Our hostess went above and beyond, bringing over a traditional coffee maker and extra blankets right away when requested. Many thanks!

I absolutely enjoyed my time at this home away from home. My favorite part of the whole vacation was the pool!! I loved it!!! The property manager Jessica is superb!! I felt like I was at home. I was very comfortable. The home had everything you needed to operate while on vacation. I didn’t have to go buy anything extra!! It was spot on!! The only thing I would suggest is that the refrigerator gets some attention because the shelves are in need of some repairs. But other than that, my family and I created more priceless memories in this Houston Gem!! Thank you Jessica!! Until the next time!

I had a birthday pool party and this was a great location and the pool size was just right. Our host was great when needed help with the pool. The place was clean and neat! I just didn’t like the charge for additional guest!

My husband and I stayed here with our four kids ages 6 to 16 and we all had a blast! The swimming pool and hot tub were their favorite part of the vacation. The pool was especially nice with the toddler section for our youngest who doesn't know how to swim yet. The sleeping situation was also fantastic, the beds were super comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 6. The house layout is great for gathering as the kitchen is open to the living room and the outside has plenty of space for eating as well. We were able to grill out an evening and enjoyed watching the kids swim. Location is relatively easy to get to and neighborhood overall felt safe and family friendly. The only two things I would recommend would be more towels for use in the bathroom and maybe a blanket or two for the couch bc my kids were a little cold in the evenings. Overall I would definitely recommend this place! Jessica was very friendly and quick in responding to any questions or concerns we had.

Home was just as it was listed in the pictures in a peaceful neighborhood. Jessica was great I only needed her once and she was quick to respond and help. She also lays out fun things you can do and close by food spots etc. I will stay here again with no problem!

It was a wonderful place to stay I had a few friends over and it was an amazing place to be. 😂Honestly my favorite part was the hot tub. Host was quick to respond and very informative. They even had a book for close locations like LIQOUR STORE and GROCERY STORES. And for someone who just turned 21 it was pretty cool to see that. I love the beds they were so comfy. Definitely going to have this place down to return to in the future. I loved it.

Hot tub is EVERYTHING!! We stayed at the property for Superbowl weekend. It was cold Saturday, but SUNDAY.........we were in the hot tub for hours!! The host was so easy to contact. All the amenities in the house are new. Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your house!

We had a wonderful time at Jennifer’s property. It was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with needed items. The kids enjoyed the pool (a touch too cold for me) and we all enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. Jennifer was prompt in responding to any communication. A wonderful quick getaway for us!
