About this house rental
Bring your family to Sea Scape beach home and have the vacation of a lifetime! With a quick 2-minute walk you can be at the nearest beach access (which is also handicapped accessible) or enjoy the day in our resort-like private pool!
Our home offers an open and spacious floor plan where you’ll find most of the sleeping quarters on the first floor, living quarters on the second floor, and two master suits on the third floor! We are also equipped with an elevator (replaced in 2021) that goes to the second floor. The living room has a 70” smart TV and directly off the living room is a private play area for children. This room has its own TV, Xbox One game console, couch, and game table!
On the first floor you will find five of the bedrooms including, two queen beds, five full beds, and two twin beds. Three of the bedrooms have their own private bath, with the other two connecting by a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. All of the bathrooms have been fully renovated (pictures to come) with beautifully tiled showers, shower heads with detachable sprayers, and built in Bluetooth speakers so you can listen to your favorite tunes while you get ready! Each bedroom includes a 55" smart TV and three of the bedrooms have a private balcony with seating looking over Jinks Creek.
Our newly remodeled kitchen (pictures coming soon!) can comfortably seat 14 people at the dining table and an additional 6 people at the bar! Right off the kitchen you will find the laundry room as well as a private covered porch where you can also enjoy stunning sunrise or sunset views of Jinks Creek! Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you may need to cook for your large families, such as pots and pans, utensils, toaster oven, multiple coffee makers (one Keurig and one traditional), Ninja mixer, baking pans etc.
On the third floor you will find the two master suites. Both suites have king size beds, large private bathrooms, as well as private balconies with seating.
At our home you will find a large 14x32 private pool with seating for the whole family to relax! Right off the pool you will find the pool bar equipped with a 5-burner gas grill, mini fridge, ice machine, sink, as well as a 70" smart TV! This allows you to spend the day around the pool and cook for your family without ever having to leave the house! You will also find a volleyball net and basketball goal for some fun and games at the pool! We provide many other pool toys you can find in the outdoor storage area near the pool as well. For an additional fee, we can heat the pool for you in the spring and fall!

As you come up from the beach, you will find two large enclosed outdoor showers with hot and cold water, to make it easy for everyone to wash off and jump right in the pool!
Additional perks of staying at Sea Scape: a full linen package is included for each stay! Our home has an upgraded Wi-Fi system that can handle all the gadgets that will be connected to it without slowing the system down. All the mattresses in our home have recently been replaced and based on the feedback we've gotten we can say they are very comfy! The HVAC system was also recently replaced so heating or cooling our large home is never an issue!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seascape. We loved Watching the sun go down from the front porch. The house was nice and big and was very accommodating for our large family. We loved the large kitchen table but my favorite spot however was the tiny porch off the kitchen. The pool area was great and the new grill was fantastic! As for my cleanliness rating it is because some of the sheets have not been changed or washed we also were missing, some pillowcases. The owner was super prompt though when we had an issue with the elevator, however we didn’t use it much because we found it difficult to use. Also, possibly putting some mats in the bathroom and kitchen other than that the house was great! Thanks we hope to be returning to OIB next year .

We reunite every September with 12 friends. We’d definitely stay here again. The pool/outdoor bar area was great! Plenty of space for all of us to hang out and room at the bar for our marguerita machine. Kitchen and living/dining area and porches were spacious with great views. We only wish we had another regular sized frig. Beds were comfortable! We did have some ants in kitchen but the host quickly brought us some spray and baits. Cleaners could have vacuumed better under beds and couches.

This was a wonderful house for our family of 12 adults and 8 children. The location is just a block from the public beach access, but also has an amazing view of the sound and its beautiful sunsets. The pool has great furniture and a tiki bar as well as pool toys, which makes it lots of fun for both adults and kids. Plenty of beds and baths for all of us. We will be returning next summer!

We spent five days at this house over Memorial Day Weekend, and had a blast. The house is spacious and extremely comfortable, with enough beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms for a big crowd, but it never felt crowded. Kitchen, bathrooms, TVs, and mattresses have all been updated. And since it opens to 2nd Street, you don’t hear any traffic noise, yet you are still only a two minute walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor grill / bar area are a great place to grill burgers and hang out. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for somewhere to stay at OIB.

Our group enjoyed our stay at Sea Scape, a lovely home on OIB. The elevator came in handy since one in our group had a broken foot. The home had a great living area but the smaller game room was also the perfect room for quieter moments. Since the weather was horrible we spent all of our time indoors and ate every meal indoors as well. We had a couple of incidents with appliances when we first arrived but Chelsea was great and had our issues addressed that same day. The only thing our "chefs "in the group would suggest are more large pots and large bowls when feeding a lot of people. The large dining room table was great! We had games going at both ends of the table while the guys watched the ACC baseball tournament. This is a lovely home and would definitely stay here again!

This location was perfect for a weekend retreat getaway for 9 women. It is a new property and a great location on West 2nd Street with easy access to the beach. The owner was extremely responsive and only a text away for any questions. The only negatives were that I would expect towels and sheets to be provided and blowdryers in the bathrooms. But we brought our own and still had a fabulous time for our retreat!

This home afforded us with one of the best family vacations yet! So close to the beach, awesome outdoor recreation and plenty of games and entertainment inside to occupy time during a rainy day here or there. Our entire family ranging in age from 8 to 75 years old absolutely loved it. Highly recommend this property if you are staying at Ocean Isle. The owner was amazing to work with as well. Good Stay for Good Time
Our family had the time of their lives, children loved the pool. It was a short walk to the ocean for the adults. We all enjoyed the grilling area. The house was so big and spacious, great for our large family. Not to forget the elevator was perfect for the senior adults with bad knees. We loved it and hope to use it again in the future, because we have been staying in Ocean Isle for many years.

The home was all you could wish for and more! Beautifully appointed. The poolside bar with grill, bar fridge, ice maker, wet bar, flat screen just made pool time so enjoyable! Everything was just at hand. We had one hiccup along the way, and the host was so responsive. Highly recommend!

Great beach weekend
We went to the beach for weekend with a bunch of coworkers. This rental was awesome! The location was perfect with an awesome sound view and a very short walk to the beach. The owners were very responsive. We had so much fun hanging out by the pool and on the porches. A few unexpected but nice touches were the incredible sound view, a balcony off of every bedroom, the two enclosed outdoor showers, and the outdoor area with a TV and ice maker. We would definitely come back!

Burn Bootcamp Girls Weekend
17 friends piled into this beautiful home for such a fun long weekend. The house was perfect for us and had plenty of space. Having the pool and downstairs bar area was awesome! The walk to the beach was super short and direct. I kept hearing “can we come back here next year?!” Chelsea and Michael were amazing hosts with great communication the entire time!

I couldn't be happier with this property. The location, size, and attention to details made our stay throughly enjoyable. The kids loved the playroom and the connected porch outside their bedrooms. The adults loved the great view of the isle and the house's proximity to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for the chefs in our family. Booking during the winter months was a nice change of pace from the usual crowded summer vacations.

A truly wonderful weekend!
Let me say, for our first experience with Vrbo, I do not know how we could ever top this. We rented the home for our wedding with both our families, and have to say we could not be happier. The house was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. Everyone loved the place. Michael and Chelsey were wonderful, and made our extended weekend a very happy occasion. Sea Scape Escape
This was our 8th beach house rental and our favorite. The pool and tiki bar were a great hangout for our family of 18. The bedrooms gave each of us privacy while still being in the same house. The extra playroom was great for puzzles and games and the big main floor porch was used by the adults every night. Amenities were all there and we couldn’t have asked for more. We loved Sea Scape.
