Loved staying at Palmas Del Mar Very clean condo and comfortable beds. Nice view and enjoyed the sound of the ocean at night. The gated community is beautiful and safe. The pools are a plus and enjoyed sitting by the beach. The condo is well equipped with everything you need including coolers and beach towels. The AC and fans worked well. There are restaurants and shops in the gated community but we found some nice restaurants outside the community. Walmart and Walgreens are close and Econo supermarket as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Palmas Del Mar and will highly recommend it.

Well the place was excellent. Noise from construction going on in other condos was a little distrubing early morning construction starting at 8am until about 2pm. Drills concrete mixing not quiet vaction. Also had smoke detectors that went off at 5am and went non stop for hours we had to leave but when we arrived back still going off had to tell gate gaurd bescause all numbers for security were ringing busy. Dont want to take away from the place itself was beautiful and clean but seems like my family always has this kind of luck on vacation. Overall without all the noise we would be back.

The pictures dont give this home justice. The view is amazing the home is beautiful. The staff were on point. The only thing was the elevator it worked when it wanted to but I understand its the property and not the home. Thank u again. Hopefully we can come back soon.

Waking up every morning to the view outside was like a dream, a postcard. The condo was fabulous and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Will definitely do it again!

We enjoyed our time at Palmas Del Mar. The condo was clean and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful and the property is very safe. Greg was easy to work with and we loved the binder he put together with local information regarding restaurants and things to do during our stay. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

I must say I was not sure what to expect before we got there once we arrived. We realized this. Place Was absolute heaven. We would definitely recommend this to anyone for in amazing vacation with incredible views and a well run complex. The pool was wonderful. The place was clean and we are looking forward to coming back. Thank you for such a nice place.

This property had the beach and pool right out your door! Great area for family vacation. The owners were wonderful and easy to work with. There was a water issue and so they switched and took that unit and gave us their unit to stay in. They had some plumbers come in to check it a couple of times but the owners gave us a heads up and it really only took a few visits of 3 minutes or less. Super accommodating and reacted quickly to a situation that is out of their control. Kids enjoyed the waves and we felt very safe in the area. Even with many surrounding units -it was a quiet and peaceful area.

The location was amazing. We had a main shower issue but since we had two showers it was good. Also the host deducted some $$ off for the inconvenience and he was very accessible. Would recommend the unit and host.

FANTASTIC! What an amazing experience. Super clean. Very well laid out. Comfortable and cool with a breathtaking view. Awesome balcony. Grounds are very nicely kept. 5 Star resort feel for a fraction of the cost. Had one of the best girls trips yet. The welcome book was really helpful and fun to read. I will absolutely be back!

Our family of four enjoyed this property and would recommend it. It was very comfortable and spacious for our family. Greg was very responsive when I had any question. I liked the location in that it was very near the pool and beach, as well as golf and walking trails. The only downside is that most of the sightseeing attractions like the rainforest and Old San Juan were a one hour drive. Overall a very nice place and would recommend it.

We stayed at this property recently and found it to be very much as advertised. Loved having a gas grill. It has a double balcony so there is room for a dining table plus a seating area. The view is really nice. There was a real mixture of guests the week we were there (couples, families, retirees) which was nice. Not alll the restaurants were open every night so be sure to check before you show up. We had a problem with the hot water but the owner and property management were very responsive.

The villa was everything we expected and more. The views and proximity to beach and pool were fantastic! A little bummed that we couldn’t golf or go snorkeling, but still had an amazing trip. Great property with unbeatable views. Went to sleep with the sound of the Caribbean Sea right outside our window every night. Perfect attention to the details and everything you need for a spectacular visit to Palmas and PR. Greg was very timely and resposive to all communication. Palmas Del Mar is a beautiful, upscale resort. We were so pleased with the condo and the area. The condo is clean, well cared for, spacious and lovely. The washer and dryer are a plus. Greg was great to communicate with. It was wonderful to have the beach and pool right outside the unit.

We absolutely loved this condo. In our view it is in the best complex in Palmas. The condo is right on the beach, has a beautiful, warm, and clean pool, and is very comfortable. The balcony is huge and both condo and balcony equipped with very comfortable furnishings. We would absolutely stay here again. Communication with Greg was prompt and amicable. He was great to work with and helpful with any concerns.

Well stocked kitchen, nice TV and sound system, comfy master bed, but saving the best for last... ah the porch and that view! The only, and very minor, negatives would be the lack of an ice maker in the fridge (trays) and the somewhat-unfriendliness of some of the resort/regime staff. Already working on booking our next stay!

Thank you Ron, Tina and Greg for an amazing experience. The condo was extremely well kept and everything was managed perfectly. Price, property and attention to details were spot on the entire time. I enjoyed it so much, my wife and I will be buying in this complex soon. Generally, very few, if any of my other ratings get a perfect 5 stars all the way across.
