Bon séjour, transport en commun accessible à la sortie de l’immeuble pour aller dans le centre historique.

logement numéro2.2 bien situé, avec une belle vue propreté des lieux facilité pour entrer dans le logement le propriétaire parle anglais

le manque de bouilloire ou cafetière la douche qui s’écoule mal avec les joints noirs et l’emplacement du ballon d’eau chaude. le store au dessus du lit n’est pas fonctionnel, il faudrait le changer.

Buena ubicación y comodidad para hacer el checkin, estaba todo limpio y recogido.

Faltaba algo de espacio para colgar la ropa. Un perchero en el pasillo no vendría mal.

La ubicación, los grandes ventanales.

Los sofás camas eran muy incómodas, las almohadas eran muy malas. La cuna de viaje no tenía colchón. Menos mal que había mantas de sobra y pudimos utilizarla para la bebé. No había radiador, no había batidora. no había nada para escurrir los platos, frigorífico demasiado pequeño

Ubicacion y Limpieza Genial, Cocina y espacios reducidos.

Las vistas desde el salón, el aparcamiento justo al lado del apartamento, comercios de alimentación y comida rápida muy cerca. La limpieza del alojamiento muy bien, la ubicación a 20 minutos del casco histórico andando. El menaje de cocina: cubiertos, abridor de botellas, vasos, fuentes y platos bien equipado.

Solo hay un baño en el apartamento, no hay sitio para colgar las toallas húmedas, todas las camas, en nuestro caso 3 dobles-1 individual-1 cuna, estaban en la misma habitación, el perchero para colgar abrigos esta en la planta superior, tardamos bastante en calentar la estancia con la bomba de calor del salón. En la cocina no había tostadora ni bayetas. La cuna no traía sabanas. Como consejo: poner algún espejo más en el apartamento.

Lo recomendaremos 100%

La ubicación es fenomenal. A la entrada de Toledo, frente a un parking gratuito, Junto a la estación de autobuses. Un Mercadona cerca. A 10 minutos andando de la Puerta de la Bisagra. Con unas vistas formidables de Toledo (murallas, Alcázar, catedral). Todo un lujo. Duplex con un baño abajo y un salón- cocina con dos sofas-cama y una mesa para 6 y arriba 4 camas dobles. Wifi

La única pega que tiene es que sólo cuenta con un hornillo eléctrico y nosotros éramos 8 personas. Un poco complicado para cocinar algo para todos.

Very good

The location was excellent and the free parking was a huge bonus. The apartment was a good size, especially seeing as we were only a couple. There was a microwave and a one ring hob if you wanted to cook or boil water.

The shower in apartment 1.3 was very poorly fitted. You couldn't possibly leave it on the hook and get wet. The shower pressure was great but you had to hold the shower nozzle to wash yourself. The bed was too hard for us but that is purely our preference for a soft bed so that is not a criticism but it was uncomfortable for us. Also the TV was very poor if you aren't speaking Spanish. There are a couple of stations you can change to English but the TV is also in a bad location for watching it.

Air conditioner in every room

Bus stop nearby to take you to town. Simple and cheaply decorated. Easy to clean basic kitchen. Lots of hot water in the shower and bathroom had lots of room. Free parking and air conditioning in every room.

Beds were firm and a bit noisy being on main street. The owner was not responsive at check-in when we were struggling with the key. .

Refurbishment needed!

Location is fine; 10 minutes walk from town center and conveniently located close to one of the free parking of the town. Good price!

The flat clearly needs some refurbishment. It is furnished with second-hand furniture hence an impression of dirt which is confirmed with the housework's poor quality (hairs in the shower, on the floor in the bathroom).

Good for a stop over

The location was just outside of Toledo - a 20 minute walk to the Old Town, which made it easy to find and drive to. The communication was superb, and it was an easy transition in and out of the property. The apartment was clean and fresh.

The cooking facilities were a little sparce. There is only one hot plate and a microwave, so you are very limited with what you can cook. Parking fills up quickly, we were lucky and found a space but it is something to be aware of. Some areas were a little dusty.

Nice place but not welcoming host.

Good location. It was enough for a night. the bed were comfortable. However, it was quite noisy.

After we booked, the owner sent us few messages to make sure we were over 25 yo and to let us know that camera will check that we are definitely the number of persons indicated in the booking and not more. (of course we were fine respecting the number of people that we booked for but the way it was communicated was not appropriate). They also ask us to be quiet and don’t put music (which is fine) but the place was really noisy due to the noise in the street and neighbors just talking. The messages that they sent were rude, and didn’t make us feel welcome. About the place itself, everything was correct and corresponded to our booking. The shower was not the best but acceptable.

Very good

The location is quite good, away from the crowd and parking is very easy as it's right opposite a big parking lot. But be aware that the parking lot gets really full on weekdays as it's heavily used by residents also. Flat basic but clean, good for a short stay.

Jose is very nice and friendly in communication but somehow his phone had a problem 5 minutes after our first call so we had to wait in the cold for 10 minutes. At last we had to call his sister to guide us how to unlock the door (only in Spanish). The flat doesn't provide the most basic things such as salt/sugar/pepper/oil which normal people don't travel with, so you are really on your own and it didn't make sense to go out to buy if we just stay for 1 night. I would suggest at least think about providing basics like these.

very, very minimum accessories for an apartment. missing hair dryer, corkscrew,, napkins, , soap,. the minimum would have been appreciated. needs a good coat of paint .

Very good apartment a 10 minute walk from the old town of Toledo.

On arrival we called the owner who helped us on the telephone to check in which was very easy. The apartment is very clean. We slept very well. As written in the description the free parking is 100 mtr from the apartment. It’s a public parking. It’s a 10 minute walk to the old city of Toledo. The apartment is in the same building as Domino Pizza. If you don’t like pizza there are a lot of other restaurants within walking distance.

Basic but did the job for what we needed.

It was in a good location and a simple walk into the town. It was more than fine for a couple of nights and getting the keys/ parking was quite straight forward.

It was basic and no frills.kitchenette could have benefited from a kettle etc. also some welcome information would have been helpful. Some of the plugs in the walls did not work. The chicken wire used at the top of the stairs was a little dangerous and my young daughter scratched her arm quite badly coming down the stairs.

2 night stay in Toledo

Excellent communication from host. Apartment was very well situated and an easy walk to town centre. Clean, and comfortable beds. Parking very near. Air conditioning great and lovely views from window.

A kettle and toaster would have been nice. We couldn't work the worktop cooker but it may have been us! An instruction booklet would help. Maps and suggestions for restaurants etc would be good to leave for tourists. We did find the stone staircase a bit of a hazard to negotiate when going down to the bathroom in the night. Again more handrails would make you feel more secure. We did enjoy our stay and hope these are constructive comments.

A great view

The view from our room was amazing. Apartment is comfortable and beautiful.

We got the keys by calling the owner on the phone while we were in roaming (we are non EU citizens, so we don’t have free roaming while abroad). I don't understand why the instructions can’t be written in a text message, when you as an owner can’t meet your guests in person and give them keys. I asked but the owner ignored my request for the written instruction. Moreover, check in is really late, at 4 o’clock. Although instructions for the keys were very clear and in English. It was a cold two days and the A/C in the living room were not to efficient. Parking is public, there is no reserved spot and when we arrived it was hardly any free space left although it is a big parking lot.
