The home was clean and comfortable. The home is equipped with everything needed to cook. The ocean is your backyard with no obstructions. The only inconvenience is it is off a busy HWY. You can’t hear it, but it can be difficult to turn out or into the property.

Wade was a great host! The house was perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were comfortable and everything was really clean. Cant wait to go back!!

This was the perfect house for our family of six—right on the beach. Our kids loved walking just a few feet to the sand and waves. We would definitely stay here again!

Our favorite part of the stay was enjoying morning coffee while watching the sunrise each day. We've never stayed in a VRBO or hotel with such prime beachfront property. We were here during the peak of spring break, while other areas of the island were a complete zoo, and we only saw a few people on the beach each day. It truly felt like we were on a private beach.
Wade communicated better than any other property manager we've worked with, checking in on us by text and email several times during our stay. We didn't have any issues but it was much appreciated.
The house itself was clean but a little worn in some areas, although I stopped noticing those blemishes after a couple days. The cabinets, counters, floors, and appliances all appeared to be new. There were some areas where the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. There was no air conditioning but we were very comfortable with the windows open at night and slept well with the sound of the ocean.
All in all, it was a good value compared to most other places on the island and I would definitely rent the house again.

Nice snorkeling spot protected by a reef a few minutes walk down the beach. Saw sea turtles & lots of types of fish. Good for swimming & beach relaxation & was very un-crowded. Water was far calmer than the other sides of the island (mid-March).
House was nice & both top and bottom beachside decks were great.
Master bedroom: laying in bed looks right at the ocean which was awesome.
No air-conditioning but with a constant sea breeze, ceiling fans & 77F highs everyday, we didn’t miss it all.
Good communication with Wade.
If I come back to Oahu I would stay here again.

This is a beachfront property whose location is convenient for accessing activities on both the North shore and southern part of the island.
Grocery stores, beaches, food trucks and petrol stations are a short drive away. There is plenty of seating in the back patio for outdoor meals and visiting etc. Check in was very simple and our host communicated all instructions well in advance. The property is very clean and tidy.
Would stay there again if we were to return to the island.

The place is beautiful. Right on the beach. The manager was super responsive- responded to my texts in minutes and made sure we had everything we needed. We watched whales breaching out in the ocean every morning with our coffee and even got to see the local monk seal come up on the beach to sunbathe. We snorkeled the reef right in front of the house and saw some great fish and even an eel.
The house is on a fairly busy road so there was some noise from the street. We didn’t mind as the beach facing side more than made up for it.

4 generation (7 persons, ages 6-87) and had a wonderful visit. The house is spacious, with separate living areas on
each of the two floors. The kitchen was very well stocked, fridge large with an ice-maker, and lots of room. The only thing lacking was a dishwasher. There is no air-conditioning but ample screened windows and slider doors to let the sea breeze through, along with multiple ceiling fans. All bedrooms upstairs but easily navigated. The beach was very clean and swimming free of ay significant currents. Lots of beach toys, boogie boards etc provided. Ocean within 10 yards of downstairs patio and pleasant sound of waves all night. Good-sized FoodMart within 5-10 minute drive and a 7-11 close by for
provisions. The only negatives we had is that the inside
could be cleaner (and perhaps some fresh paint on walls), somewhat low water pressure for the upstairs shower (but
had plenty of hot water), the twin beds were very firm, and
there were not top sheets for the beds, but just a medium
weight bedspread for a top layer in Master bedroom. Found an extra flat sheet in closet however. All in all, it is a wonderful, peaceful, quiet, secure, property with a great location and views. would love to return. The host, Wade, was
away but in frequent communication and the housekeeper, Tanya, available to address any concerns.

This was the perfect place for our family to spend Christmas week!!! Beautiful house, super convenient & well stocked, even beach chairs & sand castle gear & life vests for the kids. Love how close the beach is to the house. Christmas dinner on the back patio was great! If we ever have the opportunity we would definitely love to come here again! Even saw Sadie the Hawaiian monk seal on the last day! Thank you Wade!

Our stay in Hauula was great! The house was not new and pristine, but it was useable and on the water. The furnishings were good and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beach accessories & towels provided. The view from two of the bedrooms was spectacular. What a way to wake up. Some of the disrepair was due to the house being on the water as I am sure there are times that rust and water damage are sure to happen. Host was very communicative and even waited around to greet us.

Our extended family of 9 stayed in this lovely house in July and we couldn't have been happier. The location of the house is incredible and the house itself was plenty big for all of us, very clean, and well stocked. The view out the back directly onto the water is amazing, and it was great for the kids to be able to just hop down to the water anytime they wanted. We appreciated that there were plenty of beach towels, beach toys and even life jackets, which were super useful for our younger kids. We also loved being in a quieter part of the island that’s not as touristy or as busy. The weather was warm of course, but with the windows open the house was very comfortable with the sea breeze. A short drive up the road led us to a couple of other beautiful beaches with bigger waves that were perfect for boogie boarding. Wade was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the trip and helped out with anything we needed. I'm so glad we found this place. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with 2 families, 4 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room for all of us. The house and property were clean. Kitchen had several appliances and utensils which made it great for all the meals we cooked at the house. Outdoor patios were awesome and house is literally on the beach! The views and beach access were incredible. Lots of beach toys and umberellas and chairs with the house. Wade, the host, was very attentive and helpful. My only con about the house is that it can get hot. There is no a/c, so you only have windows and fans. We got used to it and I'm sure most of the year its fine, but it was pretty hot in July when we were there. Overall great experience, we would stay here again!

We had an incredible time at this beach home. So grateful we found this, as it allowed our 10 family members to live together instead of being in separate hotel rooms. Waking up to the ocean off the lanai was incredible. The kids loved swimming, exploring the beach, collecting coconuts. Adults loved taking in the view and having plenty of space to hang out, play games, etc. This house was well stocked so we didn't have to bring our own towels, shampoo, umbrella, body boards - so helpful! Some of the beds were a bit firm but no big deal. There is a bit of noise at night from the street and crashing waves, but we knew that going in. We enjoyed all parts of the island and looked forward to coming back to our beach home each day. Highlights were Shark's Cove, surfing and floating in Waikiki, eating papayas from fruit stands, Island Watersports, Kailua beach, and the ukuleles at Polynesian Cultural Center. We would definitely return to stay here again! Thank you Wade!

We stayed here in early February with our family of 10 and could not have asked for a more perfect vacation. This house was exactly as described and fit our family (5 adults and 5 teenagers) perfectly. We has plenty of space and never felt crowded. There were plenty of beach chairs, boogies boards and other water toys to keep everyone happy. The best part was being right on the beach and waking up to the beautiful view every morning. The water was a little cooler this time of year, but none of minded. The location was great as it was in between Honolulu and the North Shore. We traveled to both areas quite a bit while we were there. Since it was February and a little cooler, we had a nice breeze at night to cool off the house and there were plenty of fans in every room as well. The only downside would be no AC in the summer, but the location is so amazing, I'm not sure if it would be an issue. Wade was fabulous to work with and responded to all of my questions right away. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had such a great time being together. We did all the things…. PCC, Pearl Harbor, snorkeling, paddle boarding— even jumped off a bridge while in Oahu. We absolutely loved the location of this home— the beach right in the backyard meant hours of fun!! The location was perfect— not too far from anything! We will definitely be back!!

The property was exactly as described -- charming and right on the beach. It was spotless and well equipped.
Two popular trailheads are just a half mile away, and Tamura food market is a mile away. Tamura has some of the best poke on the island.
The host was the best we've ever had. He answered all our questions promptly and knowledgeably.

Our family of 8 (our children are all adults now and some are married) had plenty of room to sprawl out and yet there were wonderful spaces outside and in the house for us to just be together. After a long day of exploring other parts of the island we felt like each night we were coming back home. What a true example of hospitality! We witnessed beautiful sunrises in our back yard and even caught a glimpse of Sandy the monk seal.

Wade’s home is exceptional. Clean, well stocked and 7 adults fitted comfortably without getting in each other’s way. Facilities are just outstanding and you really could not want for anything. The sea at your doorstep.. so many wow factors.

The house was right on the beach. We saw a handful of people walking the beach in front of the house the whole week. An hour from Honolulu (airport, Pearl Harbor, etc.) 20 minutes from Waimea, surfing, etc.
All 8 of us slept comfortably upstairs. The pull out couches worked fine for my kids. It was a bit hot, but at least there were enough fans for each of us to have our own at night. Waves crashing was loud at first and then we got used to the white noise of it.
Boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, floats, sand toys, etc. were all available at the house! Even some basketballs for the court across the street. Kitchen was fully stocked. Washer & dryer were nice and big.
Owner was super helpful and responded immediately to my questions.

Perfect Location!
We had 8 in our party and the layout was perfect for our group. Outdoor tables, lounge chairs, beach toys, ocean floats, and snorkel gear we had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and aside from the normal wear and tear from the saltwater the house is in very good shape. Wade is an excellent owner, he checked in on on us and made sure we had everything. WE WILL BE BACK!!!! TY Wade :)

The location of the property was amazing!
Plenty of outdoor space for my family (7) with a great view and access to the ocean. We also had access to sand toys for the little once, extra beach chairs and towels. Wade checked on us periodically and responded quickly every time I reached out.
My four complaints…
1. the showers were not properly clean. There was hair in the showers, which we had to clean before using.
2. The beds were hard as a rock… probably more than 15yr old beds. There was not a single member of my family who didn’t complain on how sore we were every morning… you feel spring one of the twin beds the moment you layed on it.
3. The Roku in the downstairs living room worked periodically. Likely because of the corrosion on the TV HDMI ports.
4. The gas grill is old, not well maintained and not enough or good tools to clean after use.
That said, we did not complain and just dealt with it. Maybe a bad choice since we payed prime dollar to stay in a comfortable beach front home.
I do have to stress, the view was amazing and hearing the waves crash was soothing.
With a few improvements that I’ve complained above, I would stay there again and would recommend it as well.

Amazing Private Beachhouse
We loved the house, it's right on the water and you won't need a sound machine you can hear the waves crystal clear from your bedrooms. The appliances were nice and plenty of pots, pans, and utensils you'll ever need. They also had a ton of beach accessories and great beach chairs to use on the beach. The only negative is that it's a little close to the Hwy and you can hear the cars at night. Other than that you couldn't complain about anything. Wade was a great host as well, very informative and attentive.

Incredible House
This house is incredible. Updated interiors and very clean. The beach it is on is clean, safe, and relatively private. The waves are gentle and it is easy to enjoy the day playing in the water with the family. The house also has many amenities nearby and you won’t have to leave the general area for very much! Overall incredible property and Wade the property manager is attentive and very easy to work with.

An Amazing Stay with a Better View
What an amazing experience my entire party had this past week, and the key to everything was this location. Here you are out of the way of the big tourist spots, but its a short drive any where you want to go on the island. Want to see the Culture center, thats 5 minutes away. Want to go shark diving, or get some amazing fresh pineapple. Just a short drive away. Surfing, snorkeling, hiking, all really close with hardly any traffic. And getting back into Honolulu to do the touristy stuff isnt a long drive either.
The views from the back porch are worth a life time of memories. This house has an amazing view, great space, and you will sleep great with the sound of the water crashing on the beach just 30 feet from you. You will not regret a minute of your vacation staying here. Not to mention the owner was great to work with as well. If i had any questions, he responded quickly.
So you know what to do, select your dates, and book your stay. We will be staying here again.

We all had a fabulous 10 day stay at this wonderful beach house. The Beach was right there and so many water toys, sport balls, beach chairs, coolers, etc. at our disposal. The kids loved it, The adults loved it! The house was the best stocked vrbo location we have ever stayed in. Enough towels, beach towels, etc for all of us. The kitchen was perfect and very well stocked. We cooked often 9 (including using BBQ outside) with so many people (7-9 people) The location was perfect. Near the north shore, about 1 hour away from Honolulu and about 45 min away from the Marine base, where my Granddaughter lives so she and her 2 year old visited daily. Wade was super. He was very helpful, knew the area, made recommendations, and checked in with us often to be sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our time. He showed us what the Aloha Spirit really is! Mahalo Wade!
