About this house rental

Recently remodeled and beautifully furnished throughout, this four bedroom luxury home includes something for every age. A variety of lake toys, a complete fully stocked gourmet kitchen with brand new Kitchenaid appliances, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, double ovens, and a microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has ample room to gather and entertain. Private swim dock, outdoor patio, fire pit, smart HDTV, lake toys, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.

Looking to enjoy a boat or jet ski while visiting? Make sure to contact our preferred provider, Lake Effects at Midway Marina. Mention that you’re staying at LKN It Easy for added perks! Lake Effects will bring your watercraft directly to our dock and come pick it up at the end of your stay! They have seamlessly served our property for over two years and have always taken the best care of our guests.

Looking to bring your own boat? The right side of our dock is equipped with bumpers and cleats for tying up. We also have a boat ramp adjacent to our property that is available for our guests to use. With a large driveway, you’re welcome to trailer your boat and store it in the driveway at the end of the day.

This rental was amazing! Open concept was great for our large family, Blackstone and grill were highlights and used regularly. House was immaculate and had all the amenities we could want! Dock was so convenient for water sports and boating (ability to boat to nearby restaurants with dock to dock accessibility was super fun) Our first time to the Lake Norman area and we will be back!

My family and I had the most amazing vacation at the Luxe Lakefront Property. The house is gorgeously decorated and in a prime location on open water. The house sits closer to the water than all the neighbors so you get great privacy as well. The boat dock was a perfect fit for a large pontoon boat and 2 jet skis. Which we rented from Lake Effects (I highly recommend them as well). Inside the house were perfect homey touches that most VRBOs do not offer. There were laundry baskets in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner as well, laundry detergent in the laundry room, tons of garbage bags, quality bath towels in each bathroom, and lots of lake towels. All for guest use! The recreational options were impressive as well. There were plenty of life jackets, rafts, paddle boards, kayaks (of all sizes), and outdoor games. The Blackstone Grill was in perfect shape and very easy to use. Our group of 6 adults and 5 kids fit perfectly with room to spare. The owner was very kind and extremely helpful!!!! I would highly recommend this property.

This house was absolutely amazing. Perfect location and the house had everything you need. Nicole is also an amazing host. We had some issues with the paddle boards and kayaks taking on water, and she got them all replaced that evening. It was a perfect week. We also had our 15 month old daughter with us and the house is set up to be very kid friendly. It was the best house for little ones. We will 100% be staying again. Highly recommend.

Such an amazing property. It felt very quiet and private even during a summer weekend. The house is grand yet intimate. The host was very responsive. They have so many kayaks and paddleboards which was perfect for our large group. The large deck was the perfect place to hangout and watch the sunset. The kitchen has all the necessities to cook and feed a large group. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely return!

The house has all the modern finishes and conveniences. Very well done renovation. Kitchen, gathering areas, living rooms, bathrooms all excellent for large groups. Expansive deck offers fantastic 180+ degree views of Lake Norman big water. Hosts provided lake toys, fire pit and grills. No complaints and would love to visit again if the occasion arose.

We attended a wedding near Lake Norman and took the opportunity to stay a little longer. This home was the perfect place for us and our adult children. Beautiful setting and beautiful home! Fully stocked with everything needed for our stay - including sweet treats and plenty of ambiance! Nicole was a super responsive host. We are definitely coming back!! ❤️

The home and property were awesome...one suggestion would be to just make the dock more suitable for boats and getting on and off wave runners.The water was absolutely beautiful in this spot...but could get a little rough with traffic..But this house and this spot was absolutely beautiful !!

The house is spacious, clean, and modern. All of the furniture is comfortable (the beds, the couch, and even the outside furniture on the deck). This house is right on the lake and has all the water accessories you need! We would definitely stay again! The host is also very responsive and accommodating!

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. We had a total of 4 couples that met up here for a weekend away. This house had everything we needed. Each couple had plenty of space and their own room. The kitchen was fully stocked. The kayaks and paddle boards made for great fun and the fire pit was perfect for s’mores. The house is very updated and spacious. Thanks again!

This newly renovated property is an amazing getaway! Very beautifully appointed, great waterside view and retreat. We enjoyed the kayaks and dock for swimming and fishing. The kitchen, dining and great room are a perfect area for family gathering and the outside upper deck was the best! Thank you for a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful weekend at Nicole’s home. It is beautifully decorated with every detail. The kitchen is fully stocked. We also received a s’mores and snack kit for fires out by the lake. We can’t wait to book again. Nicole is the BEST host!

We really enjoyed this home. We stay at 2-3 lake houses a summer and this house is our favorite. It's set up like someone's primary home. It's loaded with everything you'll need. The boat slip is a great place to hangout on the water. Great location on the lake. Flat back yard perfect for kids to run around and play. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great bonus. We highly recommend!!!

We LOVED this house. It was by far the cleanest house that we have ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were immaculate and the house was set up really well to accommodate our family (kids age 0-16). We loved the location on the lake! It felt more like up north vs being down in the busy hustle and bustle at the bottom of the lake. We will definitely be back if there are dates open that work with ours next summer!

This house is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. It is a very nice home and a spectacular property if you are looking for easy lake access and beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood. The owner has stocked the house with literally everything you would need and a lot of extra touches you don’t often get with other listings. Check-in and check-out were very easy. I highly recommend this property.

This home was a perfect fit for our Thanksgiving holiday with our kids and grandkids. The interior was immaculate, and we appreciated all of the attention to detail that the owners have put into this beautiful home (from the decor, to the linen supplies, kitchen amenities, and welcome basket). We definitely felt at home and made some great memories. The house has an open floor plan, and is family friendly for a luxury lakeside getaway. The house was also well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen supplies (they made sure to have extra pans for our dinner). Nicole was extremely responsive to our questions and was very helpful. We would highly recommend this if you are looking for a lake view stay! We hope to book again!
