About this house rental
Spacious single-family home with an open floor plan. Tile and laminate flooring throughout. Not located in a homeowners association so you can bring your boat, kayaks, or jet skis to enjoy the Indian River or ocean. Plenty of parking. Centrally located in Vero Beach gives you ease of access to shopping and the beaches. Only 5 miles to the beach!! Only 1.5 miles to Jacki Robinson Training Center!

We needed a small space with two bedrooms close to the Jackie Robinson training facility and this was perfect! We were just a short 5 minute drive from the facility and only 10-15 minutes from the beach. (Loved the beach chairs and umbrella provided). The beds were very comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the house was very clean.

Easy booking, check-in and communication with property owner. Had to move out of our home due to builder replacing floors, close to my work and close to home where my husband could check on our home. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others. Just bring your toothbrush as it has everything you need for your stay.

This property is exactly as it appears in the ad. Very clean and well maintained. We had zero issues during our 1 week stay. The neighbors tree provided nice shade on the back patio during the late afternoon. The turn around driveway made coming and going easy. Generally, a very quiet neighborhood.

Rented it for some R & R,and to recoup from surgery @ Indian River CCF.It was perfect in every way,super cute,so clean,beds & pillows comfy,sheets so soft,home supplied with everything,even beach chairs & a cooler for a day at the beach,which is 10 min.away,hospital 10 min.away (home has NO steps anywhere,easy to maneuver),every store possible minutes away. Our favorite thing was the greenery around property,and all the flowering plants,sitting out in the screened front of home,having morning coffee listening to birds singing,squirrels chasing each other,and all the flora & fauna all around.So peacefully on a dead end street,felt totally safe.
Kim was a gracious host,open communication at all times.
Thank You for sharing your wonderful place with us,we did NOT want to leave.Planning on returning for a longer period of time.

House was perfect for our little family of three. Really clean. Only thing I would suggest is a a few hooks in the bathrooms for hand towels.

This was our third time staying here. Kim is a great host and always so accommodating if you have any questions. The house is always clean and has everything you need! Centrally located and close to a lot of our favorite things.

This rental was very nice, spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. My son and I stayed for a baseball event at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex which was lest then 5 minutes away which made it very convenient. It’s also close to the beach, shops and dining. Owner also communicated with me to assure are needs were met. I’d recommend this rental to anyone. Thank you!

Many thanks to the kind hostess. We had one of our best vacations here. The cottage is perfectly equipped and lovingly furnished. We have missed nothing. The location is also very quiet, so we could relax well. We would definitely come again.

Overall the inside of the house is nice. Definitely older house but nicely decorated for the area. Wish the outside was better maintained (grass was very high in the back). Overall landscaping could have been cleaner. Good amenities inside the house as well!

I first stayed at this property in July of 2022. When u has to return in June of 2023, I instantly searched for tis property and was so happy it was available. It was as easy, clean, convenient and comfortable as the first time I stayed.
My son stays at the Jackie Robinson training facility so the proximity is perfect for games. It’s close to beaches and quaint eateries and I did not lack for anything. Once again, if I ever return to Vero beach, I will stay here! Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

If you know your way around Vero Beach and the barrier island, the location is fine no matter what your plans.
The neighborhood is modest; some homes nearby could use more upkeep; but this home is pristine. Interior is spacious; beds are excellent!

The house is impeccably maintained, despite a few small problems that can be resolved quickly. In terms of the kitchen, everything is there and we lacked nothing during our long stay. The beds are comfortable and very clean. Both bathrooms have been partially redone and are very clean. One of the bathrooms had a non-functional sliding door when we visited. The living/dining room is pleasant for 4 people and a bit tight for 6 people. The house is in a cul-de-sac and the immediate neighbors are quiet. The proximity of a main road spoils this tranquility a little during rush hour, but pleasant the rest of the time. The backyard is not so suitable for a group of 4 or 6 people since there is no installation to protect against the sun or insects. The paving stone in the backyard is uneven and a little dangerous, especially for children. The small Florida room located at the front is pleasant, but is limited to two people.
Kim is a remarkable host and very attentive to the needs of her customers. All in all, this place was pleasant and allowed us to recharge our batteries.

My friend and I were looking for a break from cold weather and decided to come to Florida. We really didn't want to pay for a beach or water front so we settled on this. The property was clean, well appointed, and private. The beds were comfortable and baths well equipped. Vero Beach has plenty of public beach accesses that are 30 minutes or less from the property and shopping is even closer. We were very pleased with our choice.

This house is so cozy & welcoming. The location is perfect & the area was extremely quiet. It is fully stocked with towels, blankets, dishes etc. Kim is great & responds to messages quickly. I highly recommend this property!

The house was clean, bright and welcoming. Kim communicated with us at different points throughout our 2 week visit to make sure we had everything we needed. We had no issues during hurricane Nicole. The house had most of the utensils, pots and pans needed. (We don't go out to eat much at all.) There were lots of towels, blankets, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.
Overall, it was a very good experience and we'll be back!

We rented here a year ago on vacation and then again this week as we evacuated our home at the last moment for Hurricane Ian. We are so thankful for Kim's flexibility as we decided to come a night early due to the storm. Kim checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable and that we had what we needed. This is a beautiful, clean home on a quiet cul-de-sac, near everything and a host that knows how to make you feel welcome. I wouldn't hesitate to book this home when we are on the east coast of Florida again. Thank you so much Kim!
