All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.

Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. NO OTHER cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS: We're pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking). We do allow some hypoallergenic breeds for a 150 per pet fee. Must be crated or supervised at all times.

There were a lot of issues with the place. It’s just old and tired. Had an electrical issue that damaged several of the appliances and washer Property mgrs were a pain, argumentative and tried to say they were new issues when the hot tub person told us he heads the same issues from tenants all of the time.

The private property is right on Capo Beach. The jacuzzi on the deck is feet from ocean waves. It's an older property but is perfectly suited for close family or friends with lots of space to entertain and soak up the sun. Michael's Team (property managers) were outstanding communicators and easy to get a hold of. Wish they ran all the VRBO's.

We had a fabulous time at this house! The views were spectacular and the location was perfect. We came to meet up with my nephew to teach my 18 yr old to surf and the experience did not disappoint! Will definitely stay here again!

The beach has been wearing away on Beach Rd. and sadly what used to be just a step over the wall is now an 8 foot drop. There weren’t any stairs to go down so we attempted to use the neighbors but were quickly told that it’s private property. Other than that the house was pretty great but could use some updates to cabinets and appliances. We have stayed in this same house a few years ago and do enjoy it but wish we would have known about the lack of ease to get down to the beach.

It was wonderful to hear the ocean and it was clean and had a very large gathering room with the kitchen, dining table, and living room all together. Only had a few issues problem. One was that the beach was covered in rocks. Unsure if it was caused by the recent storm or are always there. Two, the ocean is not safe to swim in there with kids due to high waves. But there was a good beach called baby beach that is perfect for kids close by. Three, the layout is very weird and you do have to walk through each other’s rooms, but we didn’t mind. Overall amazing! Loved hearing the waves at night!

The family room/kitchen area was bigger than expected. That was nice for family dinners and board games. The ocean was giving us lots of entertainment with big waves and lots of excitement. The manager was very quick to respond to our questions and respectful of our family time. We had a great experience despite the heatwave. The beds are comfortable and they supplied plenty of fans to keep us cool at night. Great location!! We got lucky with very sandy beaches this time! I hope we can come again.

We spent 2 weekends here this summer. We had Beautiful sunsets, private beach, and Dolphin sitings every day. We loved it. It was perfect for my elderly parents to enjoy the beach since it is no longer possible for them to walk on the sand. They loved being able to enjoy watching the kids play from the deck. The spa is a huge plus as well. Perfect staycation for this OC family.

House was clean, just a weird set up and a little dated with no hallway, so you have to walk thru the other bedrooms to get to the master. Common areas were adequate and BBQ worked fine on patio. Would stay again.

Capistrano Beach House stay
We enjoyed our stay. It was brief. Wish we would have had more time. Michael, the property manager, was always helpful and promptly responded to any issues or questions we had. The location of the house is great with stunning ocean views. The jacuzzi was great, especially now that it’s getting cooler. Our family had a wonderful time.

Great Beach Road Location!
We had a week and a half long stay with extended family and really enjoyed the house. The kitchen, living room and patio area were all great and that's where we spent most of our time. The bedrooms and bathrooms could have been nicer or better laid out, but they were perfectly adequate. Ceiling fans and more lights in the bedrooms would have been great.
As others have noted, the bedroom setup is a little odd where you have to go outside or through bedrooms to get to the other bedrooms. This wasn't a big deal for us at all with a pretty close family that all wake up pretty early, but for people on different schedules, I could see it being a bigger deal. Walking through the courtyard wasn't an issue though when we needed to go around one of the bedrooms.
This was our first time at beach road and there currently isn't much beach left at all; at high tide the waves came almost all the way to the patio. Maybe we were just lucky, but the nicest stretch of beach the whole week was right in front of our house. The houses down towards the end had almost no beach except at low tide and many other homes had mostly rock piles in front of them. We would have been pretty disappointed with many of the other houses because of the beach situation.
As far as swimming, you can most certainly swim in the ocean.
The rocks on the beach were pretty small and there's more small rocks right when you get into the ocean, but a very nice sand bar maybe 10 yards out. The kids wore water shoes for swimming, but most of the adults didn't need them because there aren't rocks once you get out onto the sand bar. The waves were a little rough for our small kids in the afternoon, but usually the mornings were calm enough for them to swim and the later waves were great for boogie boarding and body surfing for the older people in our group.
The house wouldn't get mistaken for a 5 star resort any time soon, but for the price and the location on beach road, it was great. We would gladly return, but would definitely get more information on the current beach situation before booking on beach road again. Also, the train wasn't as bad as others have indicated. It woke us up a couple times in the morning, but with fans and noise machines going, everyone was able to sleep just fine.

Great for those not wanting to be in water
We had a great time and enjoyed the sound of the waves, but it did not make up for the awkward layout of house (walk through courtyard to primary bedroom or you have to go through the other rooms) or the very loud train sound that practically shook the house. Great experience with the property manager, but the house could use a renovation and updates, looks run down (doors, walls, outdoor furniture) to warrant the price. Beach is very rocky and rocks are in the waves, not ideal for little swimmers.

Kids could play in the water, right there and he could watch from the patio. The house is located in a nice guard gated community. It needs a lot of work, with how old the house is and how close to all that salt water. This place will be incredible with some renovations!! The metro link train was a fun surprise too. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly!!

The house is great and as described. The hot tub and grill are in working order and were great to have. The only critique is the house could use a little freshening up. The lock on the slider was rusted beyond ability to be used. Overall, the house is a solid 4.

Our family had a great vacation at this home. We hope to come back soon. We loved watching the dolphins each day. The kids loved playing in the sand and going in the water. The only downfall is the train that goes by all night... Feels like the train is in the house and kept waking us up. Next time we come, we will bring ear plugs in hopes that helps us get better sleep. That was the ONLY downfall and hope we can come back with a solution next time!!!

Great time by the Beach!
Our family had a great vacation at this home. We hope to come back soon. We loved watching the dolphins each day. The kids loved playing in the sand and going in the water.
