We have a great time in the Sutton's Bay Stone House! The location was ideal to town, beach parks and biking trails. The house was very clean and we encountered no issues. The front porch was our favorite spot for games, food and relaxing. Truly a hidden gem!

This well-appointed home checked all the boxes for us — modern amenities, AC, full kitchen, close to downtown, and a perfect porch to nap and read. We will be back!

the property was very nice. The location was great for us as we were half way between Traverse city and Northport in Sutton’s place. We usually enjoy being on the water but for this time of year it was perfect. My fault was thinking there was a fireplace for the cold days we were there for. Would have loved a fireplace but again I did not read the ad carefully enough but the cottage did stay nice and warm!!!!! This place would have been perfect for larger families!

Loved how close we were to the downtown area and a few of the wineries we were visiting. Clean, comfortable and easy instructions provided for our stay.

The Stone House had absolutely everything my group need. Was a couple blocks from town and an easy walk for shopping, visits to the water and restaurants. Had a great kitchen to cook in. A dining area for meals and games. A screened in porch for checking out the. neighborhood scene. And enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple to have their own space. Would definitely stay again

This property met our expectations; it was exactly as billed. Plenty of gathering space for 3 couples. Nice base for wineries and hikes. Nicely equipped, quiet neighborhood. Walk to shops/restaurants. Would stay here again!

Great location in Suttons bay. So quiet and tranquil. Beautiful classic bungalow nestled amongst the old trees and adjacent to old churches. Comfortable and well stocked.

We stayed here for a few days due to a family wedding that was taking place on nearby Lake Leelanau. The house itself was extremely charming and had a great location with walking distance to downtown Suttons Bay. We loved sitting on the front porch and having coffee in the mornings. Perfect for what we needed!

We so enjoyed our stay at the house in Suttons Bay! The porch was our "place" for morning coffee and conversation! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked although we ate our all of our meals out except breakfast. We loved the location and are already planning a return trip!

This historic home is cozy and comfy. We spent each morning in the porch drinking coffee and planning our day. Whole town is walkable right out the door. A wonderful stay!

Suttons Bay is a gorgeous locale, and this lovely old home matched the environment perfectly. The stone facade is unique to the area. The interior is beautifully renovated and very well-stocked. The old front porch is perfect for morning coffee and watching the sun rise. The only possible sticking point is that both bathrooms are on the main floor. The two upstairs bedrooms are comfy but the old architecture doesn't provide space for an upstairs bathroom. This might be a sticking point for some. We did not find this to be a big issue, however.

Cute cottage about one block from town. Older but charming. Listing was as described. Enjoyed our time!

This is a charming, old house with a large front porch that's perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of the village of Suttons Bay. The yard and location on the edge of the village was perfect for my young kids. They had lots of room to play and explore, yet we could easily stroll into town for a coffee or ice cream. The main drawback at the house is the steep wooden stairs to the upstairs bedrooms, which were challenging to navigate with small children.

Every thing was very nice.
I think the listing should mention that both baths are down stairs and only one bedroom is on the ground floor. I’m 68 and my sister is 70. Stairs were an issue for her husband.

Loved this cozy house. Great stay!
One disappointment.. the twin beds were smaller than standard twin beds, so that was a challenge for our tall friends who used that room!

Communication with Becky was open and easy. Check in process was smooth and the property looks even better than the photos! Everything was super clean. The house itself is decorated beautifully. The location cant be beat- we walked to downtown Suttons Bay everyday, and the rest of the peninsula was easy to access via car. I really hope to stay at this property again in the future. Thanks Becky!

This is a wonderful, character filled house! We especially enjoyed the front porch, beautiful. Also appreciated that though an old house it was updated and Sutton’s Bay is such a cute town.

Great property, location was awesome and the house was charming and comfortable. Our only regret is that it was too chilly to fully utilize the adorable front porch!

We loved our stay at Becky’s place. The house is tucked away on a quiet street but only a couple blocks from the quaint downtown and public beach. Everything is updated and the house was stocked with what we needed but it retains the charm of a craftsman bungalow. Would definitely stay here again!

This cute house is in a great location in Suttons Bay -- walk to almost anything in village. However, when we stayed in the house the internet was extremely unreliable, going off an on throughout the day and night. This was important because one of our party needed to make a presentation via Zoom during our stay. Owner made one attempt to fix it but it wasn't successful. after that, we didn't hear from them about the situation again. We had to find another place with reliable internet for the presentation. Make sure to bring tissues, extra TP, washcloths, extra towels and soap for the shower because they are not provided.

Our overall stay was good. The house is well supplied and clean. However, after our stay the owner accused me of having extra people stay at the home, which I did not, and then charged $75 extra for house cleaning because of this accusation. We made sure to follow every instruction to prepare the house for our departure. This put a real negative end to an otherwise nice family trip.

Sutton’s Bay is lovely
Great village house just a few blocks from Suttons Beach and the bike trail. House was clean and ready. A couple of old bikes in garage that we used a little. Rentals also available. Beautiful weather. Close to Traverse and Leland. This is one of my favorite places to be in the summer for the cool evenings, cherry orchards, the water and many other things to do. A good house with a nice porch and a full kitchen and laundry. You will enjoy it here.

Home away from home in Suttons Bay
What a lovely home for our Suttons Bay vacation! It was quiet and perfectly located for a walk into town or bike ride on the Leelanau Trail and close to fantastic golf courses and wineries. The enclosed porch was great for dining, playing cards and general relaxation. The house is well appointed and our host was immediately responsive to our questions. We would come back again and again!

This is a great location. Conveniently located to downtown and centrally located to all of the attractions that the peninsular has to offer. The house is very nice and appears to have been recently remodeled. We will definitely stay here again...
