EL alojamiento: Quiet building with the following less than 1 block away to : Isla verde - water sports , & food and plenty of fun ! Casinos, el San Juan hotel next door , 4 minutes driving to piñones, night clubs, bars, lupi's restaurant, next door embassy suites hotel,chili's cvs, pizza hut , As of December 2020, the swimming pool is closed due to the covid restrictions.

You must be 21 or older to rent this unit .please read the following covid notification: the property is located at Isla verde verde , carolina puerto rico . Is quiet and safe . There are some people from the US living in the neighborhood and the building. Most people speak English, I recommend a rental car.this is a small island and its easy to get around.
We are flexible with the check in and check out ( as long as it does not interfere with another booking.
Important: I am jefry your host, the world as we know it has changed due to the covid 19 pandemic, but life goes on and we adapt. My staff is trained and ready to keep the unit disinfected and sparkling clean for our gest. It is mandatory to usea mask in the Facilities, except when you are inside of the apartment.
