Reel Em Inn is an incredible waterfront property located in mid-Frisco, halfway up the Scotch Bonnet Marina canal with easy access to the sound. The Marina has a nice, small boat ramp for use if you want to bring your boat on vacation. Also, Reel Em Inn has a newly renovated bulkhead to tie up your vessel, a small dock for launching SUPs and kayaks, and provides plenty of space for fishing and crabbing.
This newly renovated home features under-house pull-in parking for three vehicles, an outside shower, a grill, and a fish cleaning station. Guests can enjoy the hot tub on the waterfront sundeck.
The first floor features a breakfast room with a small chest freezer, a kitchen with double ovens and a full-size microwave, a formal dining room with seating for eight, a large comfortable living room, a theater room with a 70” flatscreen TV, Blu-ray player and seating for six, a bathroom with tub/shower combination, and a spacious queen bedroom. Also located on the first floor is a large game room with an air hockey table, pool table, wet bar, microwave, mini-fridge, ice maker, pub seating, and large screen TV, a laundry room, and a sunroom that overlooks the deck, hot tub and sunset water views! Original hardwood floors abound in this home.
The second floor includes a bedroom with two full-size beds, a double bunk bedroom, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second-floor main bedroom has a king bed and a private main bath with a shower. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs.

Everything was just as described, beautiful accommodations for two couples to just relax and unwind! We fished off the dock and even caught a couple of crabs. Enjoyed the game room and movie theater. Clean comfortable beds. We hope to go back soon thanks again

This house is huge and has everything. We have rented with Vacasa several times and they can be a hit or miss sometimes. However, this house is possibly the nicest place any of our 6 person group had ever stayed in!

This is the second time we have stayed at this home...and home is what it is! This isn't some impersonal rental. This is a very nice home. Very well equipped with perks not even mentioned in the listing. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful time on the sound. Short drive to the beach. Highly recommend Scoth Bonnet fudge, Gingerbread House bakery for pizza and cookies and the Sandbar grill. Nice quiet neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our annual OBX trip at Reel ‘Em Inn. Very spacious clean house with 2 dinning rooms, large living room, theater room, sun room, laundry room, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a game room with a bar, sink, mini fridge, ice maker, pool table and air hockey. Every room had a flat screen tv with Roku. We didn’t use the Hot tub on the deck. The chlorine smell was very strong. Nice area under the house to sit and enjoy an out door bbq. Two nice kayaks hanging below the steps for renters to use. It was a little too windy and cold for that this year. The sunset view is blocked by brush across the waterway but there are some pretty views of the sound. You see a few small boats in and out of the canal not a lot of traffic. Pretty quiet with the occasional jumping fish and seagull call. Make sure you visit the Scotch’s Bonnet marina store. Yummy fudge and cute souvenirs. We are definitely renting again for next years trip!

What a great house with a great setup and great location for a great time. The listing is accurate but doesn't do justice to the renovations this house has seen! We had another great trip to Frisco for our 2nd year in a row. First time with Vacasa though. We had a few little bumps but the group at Vacasa was great with communication and addressed our concerns immediately. Would definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to go back again!

We enjoyed this property immensely! I was hoping for easier put ins for kayaks… it was a bit awkward and more than one of us ended up in the sound… the coffee situation is bad. The large pot stopped working and i hate keurig. The coffee mug handles dont insulate in the microwave and we burned our hands. Maybe they are old?? The shower handle fell off and the 2nd floor bathroom door doesnt lock. I would stay here again, but the coffee situation needs to be better. Kitchen is excellently appointed but could use a fillet knife. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This was a wonderful vacation home to bring the family. Dock was perfect for our boat and the launch was close. Beaches were a short drive away. Game room with air hockey and pool table made for wonderful evening family time. The house was clean and the kitchen was nicely equipped if you plan on eating in. All beds were comfortable! Our family truly enjoyed our time at Reel Em Inn. We would certainly stay there again.

We had such a great time last year that we hunted down the house after it changed owners- and we had an even BETTER time this year!! The house is always immaculate (hot tub too!!), the linens were already waiting for us, and when they say “fully furnished”, they MEAN IT. The bar with pool table & air hockey & theater room make sure that rainy days are a blessing. Ample rooms mean nobody has to struggle for their own space to relax, & being right on Scotch Bonnet canal means you can toss a line (or crab pot) right in & enjoy the views of the sound & marshes in the backyard. My sons enjoy the fast Wifi & messing with the hermit crabs on the boat ramp…& less than 5mins to several beach access points means jump in the car & we’re there. 😎 I never want to leave when I’m here. Thank you for having us again… I’m looking forward to next year!!

We had such a great time last year that we hunted down the house after it changed owners- and we had an even BETTER time this year!! The house is always immaculate (hot tub too!!), the linens were already waiting for us, and when they say “fully furnished”, they MEAN IT. The bar with pool table & air hockey & theater room make sure that rainy days are a blessing. Ample rooms mean nobody has to struggle for their own space to relax, & being right on Scotch Bonnet canal means you can toss a line (or crab pot) right in & enjoy the views of the sound & marshes in the backyard. My sons enjoy the fast Wifi & messing with the hermit crabs on the boat ramp…& less than 5mins to several beach access points means jump in the car & we’re there. 😎 I never want to leave when I’m here. The house offered plenty of space for our family of eight, and the children loved fishing and crabbing in the canal. The hot tub burnt our feet after the second day I bought a test kit and the levels were 3 times over normal. It was insane and no return call back on this
