Had a weekend from the family to recharge. The kitchen is well equipped, it would have been nice to have a set of steak knives but otherwise, everything was available. The hot tub was clean. The bbq grill out back could definitely use new burners and burner covers. The drip pan is also unattached grease drips onto the patio. If you plan on using the wood-stove, bring your own wood. I didn’t see this listed in the description of the house anywhere. Rooms were all clean and comfortable.

House had lots of room, and communal areas. Hot tub was great after a day on the slopes for 5 adults comfortably. Soft beds, hot showers, lots of towels and pillows. This deserves a 5 star review.

Upon entering into the home, it feels very open and A-frame like, just like a cabin. The kitchen is nice, spacious, and full of cooking utensils. We were able to use the grill and make ourselves a nice steak dinner and enjoy the rest of our night in the hot tub with the sounds of rain hitting the roof. The master room is very spacious with a king bed and big bathroom, as well as the secondary room. We loved how the house had a spacious living area with enough couches and seats to end the day off. The location of the house and drive to mount hood/ timberline was perfect, a very close drive! As well as the drive to little crater lake! Overall a great home and awesome experience! Especially for those who are looking to get outdoors with a homey feel :)

We had a perfect couples get away. The house is even better than the photos. We did day hikes and outings, then home to enjoy the hot tub and wood stove in the evenings. Loved it!

The house was beautiful! So clean and peaceful. The kitchen had a good selection of Cookware and even had some seasoning. The Keurig had a good selection of coffee's. I really loved the air purifiers in each room. My kids loved watching movies on the big TV. The beds were firm but I didn't mind. The hot tub was a wonderful experience. Thank you for sharing your home. I hope we can rent it again maybe in the winter.

Our stay almost started with a catastrophe. We arrived just as the cleaning person was leaving. She in fact drove her car into the street to leave, but then returned to retrieve something. As directed, we used the key pad to gain entrance to the house, but the door didn't unlock. Because the cleaner was there, she tried to open the two key holder boxes, but failed. She then started to text frantically with Vacasa to get the combinations. After many long minutes she finally succeeded. The keys to the back door worked only on one of the two door locks, so they didn't help. Fortunately, the key for the front door did work. If the cleaner hadn't been there, we could not have gotten in. While she was working on the keys, I called Vascasa's 24/7 service number and no one picked up. After we got inside, I talked to 2 Vacasa representatives, who tried to get the key pad to work, but they failed. I later got a phone message saying that the house's internet service company would have to fix the problem. As far as I know, the problem was never fixed.
The house was quite serviceable. We liked the hot tub and the kitchen was well equipped, but there were only 2 mismatched wine glasses; we did eventually find a third one with a long crack on the side. The upper bathroom has a heater fan that makes a hideous noise when turned on.
The location was very good and the house was comfortable, although pretty sterile.
Our experience made it quite clear that if the accommodations don't have a local manager, you are out of luck should anything go wrong.

This home was the perfect stay that fit multiple adults and children. It was kid and baby friendly which was great. We stayed for one night with check in time being at 4pm and check out at 10am, we did not get to use the hot tub that had been drained right before we arrived. We waiting until night time but it was not yet at the set temperature, which was a bit of a bummer. We were also greeted by the cleaning person when we arrived at our specified check in time to which we were told to wait outside until they were done for another 30 minutes, which we were okay with. We loved this home and hope to come back again soon, just a couple things that made it a little inconvenient to make the most of our one night stay and other outdoor activities.

Perfect family house
This is the absolute perfect place for anyone with little kids. Toys, puzzles, lots of space. We plan to make this a yearly destination! The hot tub was a treat and 15 minutes from sledding was great.

Snowy fun place!
Welcoming home that was easy to get to, even in snowy road conditions. Convenient location. Beds were great, hot tub was great, nice kitchen (could use a couple more towels), quiet and restful - nice place to walk from for snowy getaways!

Fun
Fun weekend but we lost power the 1st night for a short time then had no Wi-Fi the rest of the weekend. The service was very poor on our phones. Ues, we know it’s in the mountain & we got to reconnect with our kids ; But let’s face it everybody likes to check in on Instagram

This house was perfect for our family. The setting was beautiful and the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms and living spaces were super comfortable. The hot tub was a nice bonus as well. There are great hikes a short drive from the house. We would definitely look forward to returning.

Clean home, nice stay
Home was clean when we arrived, and had plenty of room for the two of us to work remote. Nice that it has an office upstairs. Kitchen is well stocked and it thoughtful of them to leave snacks, although some were stale. Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. Some things that could have made stay better - it was very cold in the house when we arrived. There were no matches or anything to light the woodstove with so we had to go out to buy some matches. Bed sheets felt slightly scratchy, but not a big deal. Hand soap had an overpowering floral fragrance and not good for someone with allergies. The TV is a 4k, which is nice, but the picture needs an adjustment - the resolution was a little funny looking. Overall though, the house was well stocked and clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
