About this house rental
‘Benny’s At The Bay’ is a beautifully furnished pet-friendly duplex nestled in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in Corlette. It’s just a short stroll along either of two nearby pathways to the off-leash shore of Bagnall Beach, a twelve minute (1km) walk to Dutchies beach and a twenty-five minute (2km) walk along the Bridle Path to D’Albora Marina.
The property is located in a residential area and has strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING policies (both inside and outside the property). All guests must be non-smokers.
The property is spread across two levels, with open-plan living / dining / kitchen upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. As the lower level is accessed via stairs, and the backyard is accessed via a steep ramp, this property may not be suitable for people with mobility issues and/or families with young children.
Upstairs features a well-appointed kitchen with stone benchtops, a lounge area with electric recliners, and a dining area that opens out onto a balcony with gas BBQ and filtered water views. The kitchen is complete with induction cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge / freezer, and DeLonghi coffee machine. The property offers unlimited WiFi and Optus Fetch with free-to-air channels, kids pack and Optus Sports. There are also loads of games, puzzles and books. For added convenience, there is a small powder room upstairs and a second fridge / freezer in the garage.
Downstairs features three bedrooms, a main bathroom, ensuite, laundry, covered verandah and doggy master suite. Pets are welcome upstairs and in the doggy master suite, but are not permitted in carpeted areas or on furniture. A doggy gate is provided to keep the fur baby upstairs. The doggy master suite is accessed from the backyard.
The main bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV, while the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with reverse-cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes for your comfort and convenience. The main bathroom provides a bath, shower, toilet and vanity.
Laundry facilities include a front-load washer/dryer in the internal laundry, a small under-cover clothes line on the bottom deck, and a larger clothes line at the side of the house.
The doggy master suite is located off the second bedroom and provides your pet with their own indoor sleeping quarters equipped with ceiling fan, dog beds, blankets, towels, bowls, toys and private access to the secure backyard with grassed area. There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower especially for the four-legged guests, making it easy to get all the sand off after enjoying the beach!
Parking is provided for two cars in the double remoted garage and a third car in the driveway. If additional parking is required, guests are requested to park down the street by the reserve to avoid blocking the cul-de-sac. Parking on the grass is not permitted.
This property is privately managed and bookings are subject to strict Terms & Conditions as set out in the rental agreement. Please review the Terms & Conditions in the rental agreement prior to requesting a booking.
Check-in is 12pm and check-out is 12pm to allow you to make the most of your stay, and to provide a minimum of 24h between guests.

A great holiday house indeed
We stayed here for almost a week and loved everything about it. It’s a pet friendly house and Sarah has thought about everything. It’s well kitted out with good quality furniture and appliances, three lovely bedrooms with all the bedding and plenty of towels and so on. The doggie suite is also lovely with comfortable bed and lots of toys, blankets and towels. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of kitchenware and all the appliances one could want for a stay or entertaining friends and family.
It’s a stones throw from Bagnalls Beach a pet friendly beach and our dog loved walking and running on the beach every day. On the day we arrived we were also greeted with a fabulous grazing board full of meats, cheeses and fruits, absolutely delightful.
Would happily come here again any day. It was one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in a while and Sarah is a wonderful host. You don’t need to think about anything as she has already thought of it for you.

One of the best ever beachside houses
One of the best houses we’ve ever stayed in. Spotless , amazingly well equipped and great for adults and dogs. Stone throw from the beach. Sarah’s communication was great and she even left a very generous platter of food as welcome gift for us. I really couldn’t fault the place.

Benny’s is such a beautiful place in a stunning location; super comfortable and relaxing! Everything is thought of so you can kick baby and enjoy your holiday! Hosts were amazing - everything was above and beyond expectations. Thank you so much for having us - we feel incredibly spoilt and will be back!!

Great pet-friendly stay
We had a wonderful time at Benny’s at the Bay. The house is so close to dog-friendly beach and in a very quiet location. There’s pretty-much everything you could hope for in the house with dedicated pet sleep-out fully equipped. Inside there’s a great selection of kitchen appliances and utensils. Also some unexpected surprises like a ping pong table that my kids loved. We arrived to a gorgeous welcome platter and the experience was definitely 5-star.

We had such a pleasant stay at Benny’s , it had all the comforts of one’s home, great attention to detail throughout.
Beautiful quiet location, with walking paths and beaches nearby.
Property manager was amazing and very responsive to all communications.
