-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

Was right on the beach, loved the view and atmosphere. To us it was worth extra cost compared to renting units on the side of the building that would have faced straight into parking lot, we instead got beautiful beach view. Property comfortable for two adults and one child in our case, but two would be ok as well.

It was exactly as we had hoped... the condo was immaculate. Ocean front ground floor, quiet and restful. Best time of year for retired folks to go... no kids screaming or running around. The beach was nearly empty. Sitting on the patio and watching and hearing the surf while drinking a glass of wine. Life is great!

Great location, quiet, relaxing, and very quick walk to the beach. Witnessed a beach wedding which speaks for the beautiful area to hold such a special event!

Tropical Storm Alberto came in the day before our arrival and flooded the streets and beach access. You would have to travel in 3 to 4 foot of water to reach the property so we were not able to stay in the condo. All of our fishing charters were cancelled so we called the management company to see if we could move our stay to another time. The management company would not work with us at all on crediting us or moving our stay dates to another time. We were going with a group of friends that all had reservations at different properties in the same area and all got either refunds or credits to come on a different date. This property was the only one in our group that would not work with their guest.

We have been staying at El Constante for years now and we love it!! The property is very well maintained and the staff is always professional and courteous. The rooms that are facing the beach have become very pricey would be our only complaint. Its the best location on North Padre Island.

Have always loved staying at El Constante. This is the first time we had people staying above us that sounded like cattle. Until about 1 o’clock in the morning! And we didn’t have a coffee carafe. Big deal to coffee drinkers! It was replaced late in day on our second day there. Dog **** in grassy area and lady couldn’t find it to pick up. She might have been too big to see the ground. First stay with a not so good review. Front desk-guy was very nice and helpful.

The property was very clean and well organized. We felt very secure and the location is quiet and easy to get to. The only thing we could suggest is to add another trash receptacle in either the kitchen or living area. There was only one small trash receptacle in the bathroom. Not a huge deal, it would just be easier to have something other than a loose trash bag to use in the kitchen.

Our Condo was in good shape. Nice furnishings. It would be nice and very helpful if El Constante provided luggage carts for unloading and loading up. I know there are no elevators, but luggage carts would at least provide less trips to your vehicle. The front desk employee was very nice and courteous. We were using the pool and noticed the hot tub was not working. We stopped a housekeeping staff member who took the time to explain that the person who works on it was off, but she took the time to report it. We appreciated her courteousness. The hot tub was fixed the next day and we received a text message regarding that. That’s efficient. Very nice stay and hope to make it back soon. R Thompson

This was our first time renting property and not a hotel. The condo was perfect! Perfect spot facing the beach which made access easy with my health challenges. The entire place was nothing but confort. The only hitch was the dishwasher but really was no problem since we perfer to hand wash.
Perfect enough for us to want to come again instead of taking a cruise!

It’s nice spot off the beach but it’s not set up to have all what you need so bring extra blankets, bath towels & pillows. The faucet in kitchen was really loose and only half of the stove top works. It’s perfect for a couple and I know they’ll fix the issues listed above.

My husband and I visited El Constante over the Labor Day weekend for our 1 year anniversary and stayed in one of the ground-floor, ocean-front condos. Our view was incredible and it was so convenient to go relax on the beach all day. We only saw one cockroach which we call a win considering all the critters around the humid texas coast. Will definitely be back!

The property was in a great location and very clean (which is HUGE for us when staying anywhere) and as it was described. The furniture was nice and didn’t give you the heavily used beach condo feel. I’m pretty opinionated but was pleased with this booking.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were as described.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay without breaking the bank for a quick Texas Beach visit.

We love the location. The construction of the units are not very sound friendly. There was alot of feet stomping upsatirs and construction work noise during the day. But most of our days we were not there we were sightseeing and on the beach so not too big of deal. The management sent an email about noise so i thought that was strange...They could have had a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper ... but i figured there was still a shortage on toilet paper in Texas or something. Than one morning there was the biggest ROACH i have ever seen in my life inside the coffee maker....it took 3 shots from my 9mm to kill it....another strange thing was nobody heard the shots maybe the construction noise covered the sound....Than there was a refrigerator door bracket that had a little piece of plastic broke out of it so it kept falling off. There were three of us and only 2 towels were provided in a unit claiming to sleep 4. The remote controls for the tvs were really a pain to operate and a battery missing in one meant that you had to keep switching a battery from remote to remote to change channels in the 2 different rooms...and the batteries woud not stay in one of the one's in the bedrrom because it had a plastic tab broke on it too....Parking is a little rough too... had to park way to the far side the beach front units should have a least marked spot p[er unit all the way to that end. BUT WE STILL LOVED IT AND WILL RETURN....ITS A GREAT LOCATION !

The location was beautiful, right on the beach! The amenities were perfect for 2 people. All good except we couldn't get the TV to work. Seemed like we were missing a remote that operated a portion of the TV. All good as we usually don't watch TV on vacation anyway, but would have been nice in the mornings. To be fair, we never mentioned it to the company.

Location is everything, and this condo was a walk out onto the beautiful beach. It was also conveniently located to everything we needed in Corpus.

Unit is in a great location. The uint is old and really needs a refresh which makes it feel dirty. Killed one large cockroach and can see dead ones in bathroom and kitchen overhead lighting.
