About this house rental
3,200 sq. ft. villa directly on Grace Bay Beach, with fully facing ocean view, just 30 steps to the beach and snorkeling at beautiful Bight (coral) Reef.
3 king bed bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, for up to 6 adults and a living room pull-out couch suitable for 2 children under 12 years old. For infants we have a crib and a Pack n’ Play. Maximum 6 adults and 2 children aged 11 years and under.
Fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry washer and dryer, porch and dining room for a large family. Three bathrooms, walk-in showers; air conditioned, valuables safe, cable television and free Wi-Fi.
Professional full housekeeping and concierge services included. All Coral Gardens guest amenities are included: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, pools, parking, etc. - no extra charge.

You can safely stroll up and down the Grace Bay beach for miles and miles, it is rated as one of the best beaches in the world.
The White House is 12 minutes from the international airport by car and is not in the flight path of the planes. Seeing or hearing a plane here at Coral Gardens is, at most, rare.
Oh, and yes, I’m the owner of the White House. I bought it mostly for my immediate family to use. We thoroughly enjoy everything about Coral Gardens and are happy to share the White House with you. All the Coral Gardens guest amenities are available to you - no extra charge.

Best Property on Grace Bay Beach!
We stayed at the White House villa, which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it was amazing! The pictures online do not do it justice—updated, modern and literally steps from the beach and pool. The construction next door for the Andaz property was not a noise issue nor an eye sore from the villa and didn’t bother us at all. We liked the privacy and being steps to the beach and snorkeling. And having Somewhere restaurant right next door was an added bonuses. While it is not walking distance to the heart of Grace Bay, it’s a quick car ride and we loved the location. It is in a narrow strip on the beach and we did notice a difference when we visited other hotels in Grace Bay but we would not trade our location, space and convenience. The White House villa is the biggest unit on the property and comes with every other day housekeeping, which was great. It also has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, including pots, pans, toaster, microwave, etc. Don was very responsive and provided great guidance. We can’t wait to visit again!

Looking for the perfect villa, perfect location and the perfect host? Look no further. You found it right here at The White House Villa! The property is beautiful and the view is incredible! It was just what we needed for our family of five- my husband and myself plus our two adult sons and daughter-in-law. We were steps from the beach and a short swim to Bight Reef, where the snorkeling was awesome! Don is quick to reply if you have questions before or during your trip. The entire staff at Coral Gardens was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Q. Should I RENT A CAR?
A. A rental car is not a must, but it's nice to have if you don’t mind driving on the left side of the road. With a car you'll be able to easily pop over to the grocery store and also explore the island. Expect to pay around $18 per person for the 12 minute taxi ride from the airport to Coral Gardens ... and pay again to return at the end of your stay. I like Grace Bay Car Rentals. They are a two minute walk from the airport terminal and their rates are competitive.
Q. Where can we get SNORKELING equipment?
A. The grocery store a mile away has nice quality inexpensive snorkels. We share three among our family of five. Each of us usually like to snorkel a few times a day for up to an hour each time. The reef is beautiful. We find that flippers are unnecessary because, when snorkeling, your head is mostly under water and you tend to float. Also, the reef is right there and there is negligible current - you hardly have to swim.
Q. How far is the REEF from the White House?
A. The Bight coral reef is right in front of Coral Gardens and the White House is the closest unit to the beach and reef. In a leisurely two minutes from the porch of the White House you can be snorkeling within arms length of beautiful coral and a variety of colorful tropical fish. In five minutes further out you’ll see turtles and rays, and sometimes be surrounded by schools of pretty fishes. I believe it is the only coral reef on Grace Bay that is readily accessible from the beach. My family and I each typically spend an hour twice a day snorkeling. There is always something new to see.
Q. Can I rent a KAYAK?
A. You can rent kayaks and paddle boards and small sailboats on the beach there. The staff at Coral Gardens can help you with things like that. Most people are happy simply snorkeling.
Q. Is the nearby “SOMEWHERE” restaurant noisy for White House guests?
A. It's not too noisy because much of their sound is directed toward the ocean. Somewhere faces the water, away from the White House. The kitchen closes at 10 pm. (Updated March 17, 2023)
Q. Is the POOL for exclusive use by White House guests?
A. There are two pools (see the photos). They are for Coral Gardens guests. The pools aren’t a source of noise. They are too shallow for diving and are not very big. They are not used much. People mostly prefer the beach and snorkeling.
Q. Passport/entry requirements?
A. "Upon arrival in the Turks and Caicos Islands, you must show a valid passport. You must also have a valid onward or return ticket. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended departure". (visittci.com, entry requirements)

Gorgeous views, perfect location
Words will not be sufficient to exalt this vacation property. This is my 3rd time to Provo, and with increasing familiarity of the island, the location alone is reason to book this property. Wake up, grab your coffee and sit on the patio and gaze upon the cerulean beauty of the Caribbean. The views are unobstructed and at the heart of Grace Bay. This is the best of all worlds with a private home in a managed resort like property (beach towels, housekeeping, concierge like services to book activities). The property managers are kind, helpful, attentive. You are steps from the beachside restaurant/bar "Somewhere", which has killer Pina Coladas and delicious food. There are beachside attendants to guide you to chairs with umbrellas. There is world class snorkeling directly in front of the property, my daughter saw 6 to 7 sea turtles, and apparently there are eagle rays hanging out lately in the mornings. The property is convenient to much on the island, a short drive to town, to grocery stores, etc. The property itself is very nice, comfortable, and amenable to a medium size family or 2 to 3 couples. It was so nice to have a full kitchen to make coffee/breakfast every day. And to top it all off, the property owner, Don, is very nice and helpful. Do not hesitate to book this. I hope to be back as soon as I can!

Even though there is construction next door, I didn’t find it too disturbing especially when on the beach. We tried all the ‘beach types’ around the island but kept just wanting to be at the perfect spot Coral Gardens. The beach was great, Somewhere cafe provided the refreshments and the White House room is steps from the beach. Outstanding. And a special shout out to Jerome the beach attendant! He was awesome.

This is a great property that was perfect for our family. The property was ideally located just steps from the beach and the Somewhere Restaurant was very convenient for lunch and afternoon drinks and snacks. The service was excellent. The staff at Coral Gardens (local property manager) was very helpful. They had our chairs and umbrellas and towels set up for us just as soon as we asked. We rented a car and made our way easily to many different restaurants and excursions. The owner was very helpful throughout the rental process and promptly answered all of our questions. Certainly would recommend this property for family and friends.

Beautiful older property. Close to Bight Reef, restaurant and great walking beach. We all enjoyed our stay. The showers and beds were wonderful. We packed light hoping to use the washer and dryer but only the dryer worked. The remotes to control air conditioning units were either missing or not functioning properly. Main handle on sliding door was broken. Unit could use some maintenance but overall a pleasant stay.

This was our first trip to Turks & Caicos and we will go back in a heartbeat! The White House was the perfect landing spot for our family - giving our teens their own space as well as great family gathering spots, steps from Somewhere Cafe - which was always bustling and has great morning coffee, and steps from the white sand beach and clear blue waters. The reef is literally right in front of the property and we saw beautiful fish and turtles right off the beach! The Coral Garden staff were amazing - always very friendly, making sure we had chairs/towels and arranging any activity.

* Coco Bistro ( need reservations weeks in advance), Da Conch Shack, shopping / lunch / coffee in the salt mills area
* day trip to Saprodilla Bay - very beautiful beach you can walk forever in waist deep, clear blue water. Be sure to take a floaty, towel, activities if you want and pack a few snacks & drinks for a relaxing day!

Had perfect weather every day. Water temperature was perfect for swimming for hours each day. Somewhere Cafe was very convenient and the food was delicious. The White House was just amazing making our stay very comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

White House at Coral Gardens was a wonderful place to stay for three couples. Very close to the Beach and the staff was very accessible and helpful with anything we needed. We appreciated the 3 king bedrooms and bathrooms.

Phenomenal location steps from the turquoise waters of Grace Bay. Very friendly staff and availability of beach equipment (private umbrellas, lounge chairs, towels, etc.). This is the only stand alone house in Coral Gardens, and the envy of all the other guests. Three king bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. Full kitchen if you like to cook (and we did), but only critique is the equipment in the kitchen is bare minimum. For the money, the owners should significantly upgrade the cooking tools and serving equipment. Still, totally worth the investment for a week in paradise.

We stayed with our 3 year old son for Thanksgiving and had the time of our lives. Already planning our return. The host is friendly and answers questions quickly. You won’t find a better spot this close to the beach with a restaurant 19 steps from the entry to the condo. Can’t wait to return!

We loved staying at the White House. It was exactly as listed, spacious for our family trip, clean and comfortable. It was so wonderful having the pool and beach at our footsteps. We loved having the housekeeping every other day, it helped keep the villa clean from the beach and sand. We had a great time and definitely recommend this property to everyone traveling with a bigger group.

Super close to the beach. Grace Bay has gentle waves and soft sand. The villa is very nice. Even bough there were 4 us, it can easily accommodate 6 adults comfortably since it’s a big space. The owner responded to questions very quickly and was quite informative. Highly recommend. My entire family loved the place

We stayed 7 nights. Perfect for us. Clean beautiful condo, 3king bedrooms each with bathroom. Perfect right on the beautiful beach and reef. Best snorkeling right there! Somewhere cafe next door was good too! Convenient to restaurants, shops. Had AC issue when arrived but it was fixed quickly. Owner was very prompt with answers to any questions. So happy with our stay.

What an amazing place and location. Gerome, the towel guy, is the BEST!!!!! He really made our vacation special. We had our daily “meetings” with him. He made sure we had everything we needed every day. We will definitely be back to see Gerome. The condo was very nice, very clean, comfortable beds and the ac worked great. The location could not have been any better....literally 20 steps to the beach and 15 steps to Somewhere Cafe. Coral gardens reef was amazing. We snorkeled every day and saw tons of fish, barracuda, grouper, turtles, etc. Sitting on the porch every afternoon watching the sunset was perfect. This condo was close to all restaurants, different beaches, and grocery stores. We will always stay at this condo when visiting Turks.

We had a wonderful view of Grace bay while sitting in the family room! It is only steps to the beach and always had chairs and umbrellas waiting for us each morning. Somewhere cafe right there too in case we didn’t feel like cooking.

My five friends and I celebrated my 50th birthday at The White House at Coral Gardens. We were blown away with such a beautiful villa. It’s spotless, spacious, and literally 20 steps to the sand. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked great, the kitchen was well stocked (although we didn’t cook), the living room was the perfect spot to play games at night. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, especially the beach towel/chair guys. It was very easy to get a taxi to pick us up and the IGA grocery store is a very quick taxi trip away.
The beach was perfect, beautiful, and there was always a chair and umbrella waiting for us. Somewhere Cafe is also a wonderful perk having delicious food and great drinks right off the beach.
I highly recommend this place, and would most definitely stay here again. Don was very responsive to our messages and I can’t say enough about this stay. Wonderful!! Book it!!

Perfect place for a family…. Pool, beach and restaurant just steps away from the room! Everything was clean, property was well taken care of, staff was very friendly. Don was super helpful in making sure we had a crib in the room upon arrival and responded immediately to my many questions prior to arrival. The reef was directly in front of the property with fantastic snorkeling! We can’t wait to go back!!

Literally 20 steps to beach off the patio. 10 steps to Somewhere Cafe. 3 adult couples had the best time at the White House at Coral Gardens. 3 king bedrooms and we all had our own bathroom. Will definitely stay again. Don was so quick to respond to any questions we had before the trip. We didn’t need anything during our stay as everything was just great! Kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked 2 breakfasts in and 2 dinners, we wanted to try too many restaurants there!

We just got back from 5 days at the White House on Grace Bay. It is in a fantastic location facing the beach, and next to the outdoor pool. While it is part of the Coral Gardens complex, and is next door to the popular Somewhere bar and restaurant, it feels fairly quiet and isolated in the unit, even on a holiday week.
Don the host was very clear in his communications and easy to work with.
Check-in and check-out were easy, and the unit itself is clean and spacious. It does have a bit of a funny layout, but we found it quirky and it didn’t bother us. Note that while the common area has great views of the beach and ocean, the bedrooms have no view. Also, Coral Gardens is too far to walk from the main shops and restaurants of Provo, so I’d recommend having a car or planning to take a lot of taxis.

All six of us loved our stay at The Bight. Four adults and two teens and we all had our rooms and bathrooms. Our first visit to TCI and we loved the location of The Bight. Literally beachside, with the cafe for delish drinks. Easy access for exploring other parts of the island. Totally recommend The Bight!!

We had a family of 5 adults, 2 teenagers and an infant and this place was perfect for us. The house is amazing with incredible views, staff, and extremely convenient location. We were steps from beach, snorkeling, and dining every day. Just a few minutes from the grocery store. About 5 minute drive to the marina for any excursions or to Smith's reef. Then pretty much 10-15 minute drive to anywhere else you’d want to go or do. Just fantastic! Our entire family loved it and we were already planning our next trip back before we left. Thank you so much!!!

We had our two siblings join us. It was a first and the place lived up to the description! Everyone loved the location and especially “Somewhere” restaurant 10 steps from the condo and the sand and coral reef 20 steps from the condo.

This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos, and we had a truly amazing family vacation!! We couldn't have been happier with this beautiful house and the superb location. The beach and ocean view from our patio was stunning. Plenty of room in the house for the 5 of our family members. Very comfortable beds, and the A/C units kept us nice and cool inside on the hot July days we were visiting. Although warm, there was frequently a nice breeze that never left us feeling uncomfortably hot outside. The kids enjoyed spending time on the beach, in the pools, and reef snorkeling in the gorgeous crystal clear water, all literally just steps from our house. We frequently visited the Somewhere Cafe, just at the bottom of the steps from our location on the beach -- fun spot, good food, and family friendly. We made the decision not to rent a car as I didn't feel comfortable driving on the left side of the road. A staff member at the cafe recommended a reasonably priced taxi company (D&L), and we ended up using this one friendly and dependable driver for the duration of our trip (grocery store, shopping area, restaurants). The office resort staff was great; they were attentive and helpful with any of our questions or needs. We loved having our own beach chairs and umbrella set up for us each day. The cleaning staff cleaned every other day. There wasn't one time on our trip that we didn't feel safe and at ease in our surroundings. Donald, the owner, was so helpful in answering my numerous questions promptly and informatively prior to our arrival. He had recommended the restaurant Mango Reef (just a five-minute drive from our location), and it didn't disappoint! We enjoyed a lovely and delicious dinner there toward the end of our stay; it was absolutely our favorite evening of the trip. We were so sad to leave, but hope to return someday to this lovely house in Provo!

The White House will not let you Down!
The famous White House lived up to everything that it offers! The perfect location right on the beach and at the reef with wonderful snorkeling! I even saw a turtle going thru the reef!! In an area of the Island you will need to have a car to go to all the wonderful restaurants and to check out the rest of the Island. The villa was perfect place to gather with friends or family! The AC was amazing as were the views!! The house was fully equipped but with so many amazing restaurants we did not eat dinner in!! The staff at the Coral Garden are friendly and very accommodating! Plenty of chairs and umbrella's at the beach and you didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve you seats!! So nice to have the restaurant Somewhere right there with the best Pina Colada's!

Simply amazing!!
This is our second stay at this wonderful property and we hope to come back. It is literally steps from the beach, with beautiful view from the living room, fully equipped with everything you need to have the best vacation.
We were 6 people (3 couples), and it was perfect for us, having 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen, dish washer, washer and dryer, housekeeping services, very accommodating and helpful staff, very responsive owner, beautiful snorkeling right on the beach, simply fabulous!!

Spot in paradise
Our week at The White House was amazing! My family and I had a fantastic time. The White House was perfect for my family of 6, with 4 adult children. We enjoyed the views and easy access to beach, snorkeling and paddle boarding. The staff at Coral Gardens was extremely helpful and so friendly. I can’t stress enough how amazing our time was at the White House villa. Don was a wonderful host who was easy to communicate with. I also can’t say enough great things about the staff at coral gardens. So helpful and friendly and accommodating. We loved having the feel of staying in a spacious home but with the safety and security (and housekeeping :) of a hotel. Can’t wait until our next trip because we will most definitely be staying here again soon! It was a dream trip I can’t stress that enough!

I can’t stress enough how amazing our time was at the White House villa. Location to beach and snorkeling was incredible (about 20 steps to the beach). We had a car and it was centrally located to everything. The onsite property manager was great and helpful, the 3 King bedrooms are very spacious, plenty of living space and a full kitchen to save us money from having to eat out all the time. Don was super responsive and accommodating when we requested to stay one extra night. Also really convenient having the Somewhere restaurant steps away if you didn't want to cook.

We like a smaller hotel and this location fit the bill. The staff were just wonderful ! We loved Jerome at the beach and Besma ( not sure if I got that right) at the front desk. Being able to have breakfast on the porch overlooking Grace Bay was pretty spectacular! This unit is adjacent to the somewhere cafe and we enjoyed the Christmas lights and casual vibe during our holiday week.
The unit is very unique and was perfect for us and our single adult children. Everyone had their on space which was a plus. We even prepared Christmas dinner here. Everything is perfectly equipped.
The living area has stunning views in every direction. And we loved being 50 steps from our lounge chairs.
Don was a wonderful host in answering all my questions. We highly recommend this location!
