Utrolig hjælpsom værtinde og dejlig Terrasse . Fint badeværelse.

Køkkenet kunne fungere bedre med almindelig Nescafé i stedet for den kapsel automat. Det kunne også være fint med køkkenrulle og en saks.

Consigliatissimo!!!

La camera ci ha notevolmente stupito, le fotografie non rendono merito. Grande, spaziosa e confortevole. Molto pulita, bagno grande e doccia superlativa! Top! Posizione leggermente decentrata rispetto al centro di Lucca, ma per noi è stata una scelta voluta. Con una camminata di 15 minuti si raggiunge la porta di ingresso al centro storico.

Non c'è nulla che non ci è piaciuto. Segnaliamo giusto due punti che secondo noi potrebbero migliorare ancora di più la proposta di Affittacamere Rossi: 1. Gli asciugamani, così come l'asciugacapelli, sono inseriti in buste di plastica sigillate. Ottima cosa per l'igiene, meno per l'ambiente. 2. Aggiungere al pernottamento la possibilità di avere anche la colazione, sarebbe il top!

Modern und komfortabel

Sehr saubere, modern ausgestattete Zimmer mit Terrasse, im Erdgeschoss findet sich sogar eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit heißen und kalten Getränken und Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt ist es doch mehr ein ganz schönes Stück zu laufen..

Al primo impatto sembra una casa normalissima con il pregio che sei vicinissimo al centro storico, poi quando entri scopri cose interessanti, una sala ingresso con degli utili servizi per gli ospiti accompagnata da una piccola cucina, frigo, tavoli, ecc.ecc. Camera ampia per non parlare del bagno, le pareti senza alcun graffio e armadi "nuovi". Siamo stati bene e se andiamo ancora a Lucca ci fermeremo li per la prenotazione.

Off the main routes, with quiet comfort

Sparkling, and I do mean spotless cleanliness. Parking was convenient, and the facility is modern and in perfect working order. The host (sorry, forgot her name) was very helpful and friendly. She advised the cantina down the street that we would be going there at a bit of a late hour and we had the most wonderful time and food and wine with the charming proprietors. Definitely a highlight evening.

1 small point, since I seem obliged to say something: to get to the top floor with the high ceilings in the place is a long way to haul luggage. Maybe next time we'll do it before the wine and food...

Good Stay-Over for Via Francigena Travellers with Bike

It was our 12th night of our 21-day cycle tour, Via Francigena, from Gran Bernardo to Rome. The whole accommodation was practically new. The shower was perfect and the beds were good. The room had a terrace, there was good air conditioning. We could store our bicycles in a shed next to the accommodation. Thank you. They had a fridge in the common room with drinks at a fair price

The location is relatively far from the centre if you are on foot. We took our bikes without the panniers and cycled to the centre for a stroll and dinner. As the owner himself also had bicycles in the stable, he might consider offering them to pilgrims who come on foot and want to go to the centre.

Lovely big room with beautiful ensuite. The pictures don't do the room justice as it looks a lot more modern. Nice neighbourhood and a close walk to the centre of Lucca. Great to have some shared kitchen facilities ie a fridge.

There were quite a few ants in the shared kitchen but they can be hard to get rid of.

Very good

The place was clean, well renovated, with nice decorations and style. The air conditioning worked well and made the room very comfortable in spite of unormal heat outside. The Wifi was very stable and good, which was a precondition since I was participating in online meetings from the room - this worked very well since the room had its own router. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The kitchen area was not completely in place after renovations and the covid restrictions, but every day there was one more appliance there, such as coffee machine etc. I have faith that this place will just get better and better.

The place is a little hard to reach and get into town from without a car. It may be a good idea to have a few bikes for rent at the house - bikes seem to be the perfect way of traveling around Lucca.
