My stay was only overnight, but it was absolutely worth returning. Will be recommending for sure.

Well worth the money

Very clean, everything in the room was perfect and the ac was awesome!!

Only thing I didn’t really love was the pool hours, but I’m not complaining because the hotel itself was amazing

Location

My only complaint would be that the tile floor in the room inside the door looked like someone had walked in it before the floor dried. Not a huge deal but the floor could have been cleaner.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and told me and my family that we couldn't stay there because they don't accept online banking cards. But they sure accepted it when I put my card on file to book the room. Horrible customer service and experience. Definitely don't recommend staying there.

Comfortability, location a bit far from downtown, but you stays in a quiet place:)

I happy that breakfast is included, but I was disappointed that we should be used plastic plates and forks, etc.

Perfect accommodations for an aunt and her niece to stay over and enjoy an amazing concert together!

Friendly staff, easy to Uber to the PNC Pavillion. Will stay here again for future concerts.

There were a few bonus hairs in the bed.

Rooms are really big and modern. Printer available for guest as much as needed

- bad internet. In case of issue, guest are expected to call service provider directly. Internet is off very often so that meant making calls regularly to the service provide and they take forever. - terrible breakfast. - Challenges with having clean towels

The hotel was very nice, with restaurants close by.

We did not partake in the breakfast service.

There was only one small microwave oven in the hotel for guests to use. While it worked for me because I was the only one who needed to use it, I think this is unacceptable for a hotel of this magnitude. In addition, there was not a coffee maker in the room, despite the fact that there were cups, and additional coffee fixings.

Horrible stay for the price

Property is dated. But the worst part was noise - we wanted to rest and have a good night sleep but there was so much noise. We made multiple phone calls to the desk and staff kept telling us that they will address the issue. But some kind of band kept going till very late night. Couldn’t sleep, couldn’t rest. This issue happened the year prior but we let it go thinking this is one off. The walls are so thin and elevators are constantly noisy. We won’t be ever going back and advise you to stay away

Schönes Hotel, Personal naja.

Schöne Zimmer und gut erreichbar. Der Manager war super nett.

Sehr lauter Luftzug durch die Tür im Zimmer. Die Dame am Check In war total unfreundlich und angepisst, als wir nochmal dorthin sind um zu fragen, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer haben können. Und hat uns gesagt, dass das Geräusch kein Grund sei ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, da man das Problem ganz einfach durch ein zusammen gerolltes Handtuch am Boden "entfernen" kann. Das mit dem Handtuch wäre für uns vollkommen ok gewesen, gar kein Problem aber man kann dabei nett bleiben. Wir haben sie vorher ja auch nett behandelt. Sie ist dann nur angepisst zu ihrem Manager gegangen und hat diesen zu uns geschickt (obwohl wir diesen eigentlich gar nicht sprechen wollten). Er hat uns dann doch ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, um auszuprobieren, ob es dort besser ist. Er hat uns auch sehr nett erklärt wo das Geräusch herkommt. Der Luftzug war dann kein Problem für uns. Das Frühstück wird leider von Plastiktellern gegessen.

We made the best of it, but hesitant to book again.

The property had good breakfast and great location.

Nice overall but was not comfortable at all due the heat was not working. It was extremely cold the night we stayed. Front desk stated they were booked. Asked if could get discount was told I would have to call booking so I let it go. I would say they did offer extra blankets and a small heater that helped a little.

I love the location.

I didn't like that my roo Wasn't clean. I ask front desk could they house keeping come clean my room and they said okay. Well all house keeping did was make the bed and take out the trash. And I didn't like it didn't have a microwave.

there are better options.

proximity to where we were going.

for a new hotel it was dirty. there was a used towel in the closet. light switches were dirty. trash on the sink shelf. the sheets were stained/dirty. the breakfasts left a lot to be desired. staff was dry. the ac would not cool & room got really hot. vents in bathroom were filthy. no toiletries. & not enough towel for a room for 4 people.

charged $ each room to be able to get into our rooms early- most places will do it as a courtesy if rooms are ready- no black out curtain in room- staff aware and stated they were waiting on interior design-parking lots lights at night and early sunshine made for short sleep

Amazing place to stay!

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The woman who assisted me with checking in was so kind and informative. The night manager was so understanding when I informed him that I had locked my keys in the room.

The stay was amazing. The only thing that I wish was available was a jacuzzi tub. It really doesnt affect my opinion of the hotel though.

Was overall good stay but can’t understand what’s wrong with the charges

Was comfortable and nice location

When I checked in I was continuously being charged fees on my card separate form a 50 per night deposit. I could not understand. And wasn’t given an explanation.
