About this apartment hotel

Our studio apartment is quaint and cozy. It's located right off main street with walking distance to the local grocery store, bars, restaurants (right across the street), gas station and city park.
Couple blocks from the city sliding hill and skating rink.
We have off street parking, internet and cable TV.

Keep in mind that this isn't a motel. It is located in a commercial area. It does have the conveniences to walk across the alley to couple restaurants and bars.
Sometimes there are times you may have outside noise.
But most guest love not having to drive to a restaurant/bar/grocery store.
This apartment doesn't have air conditioning.

Enjoy the outdoor patio during the summer months.
We are located only minutes from Giants Ridge Golf and Ski Resort. Enjoy our towns beach, biking, ATV and snowmobile trails. Park and walk right in. No steps!

The space
Our new studio apartment is brand new and is located in building 108. We also have a 1 bedroom apartment in the same building. It's also available for rent under Airb&b and VRBO. You will find our space very comfortable and has many conveniences.
You'll find a basket full of morning necessities which includes coffee and tea.

A code will be sent to you on the day of arrival.

Other things to note
The apartment is located in Building 108. I am a realtor and my office is located in the same building. I'm in and out of my office throughout the day. Please feel free to contact me if you need assistance.

My teen daughter and I had a lovely two night stay at Paula's place. It worked perfect and my daughter especially loved the 'grown up' apartment feel the unit provided. We will definitely look to stay again when in the area.

The unit is absolutely perfect for a weekend ski getaway. It was spotless, quaint, and had all the items needed for two people. We were also thrilled to learn that there is a pizza place and other restaurants directly across the street. The unit is also located only 8 minutes from Giants Ridge. Paula was an incredible host with impeccable communication. We will definitely be back for our next ski trip!

Not a personal fan of staying right off “the main drag” in a town, and would have (really) liked to have air conditioning. Property description is very accurate. Great shower and bathroom. Good size apartment for two. Nice to have parking literally just feet from door.

We choose this site when planning our bike trip, because of it’s central location. While the room is small, it’s fresh, clean, and has everything you need. Paula was great, and answered our many questions. The convenience of the nearby bars and restaurants, also meant some nighttime noises. But overall, we would recommend to anyone biking the Mesabi Trail.

We enjoyed 8 days of vacationing in this nice studio appartment. Everything was nice and clean, with a simple but elegant environment. The small kitchen was enough for our needs since we were visiting friends and family most of the time. Breakfast was the meal that we were most interested in preparing.. We even enjoyed some pasties prepared and cooked by a pasty place in the next block.

Only thing I would change are the pillows on the bed. They are the flat foam kind and cannot be fluffed or adjusted to suit support to my neck or head. Loved the accessiblility to grocery, gas and liquor and restaurants nearby walking distance. In addition to an easy drive to Giants Ridge resort! I'll be back!

In mid town Biwabik easy access to everything Very pleasing appearance, only thing missing is a toaster for my morning toast. Soothing colors on the wall, great barn door, wonderful shower. Heating works great. Very attentive owner A perfect place to getaway, relax and revitalize. Giant’s Ridge with great skiing only a short distance away. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very nicely done and had a well equipped kitchenette including coffee and coffee supplies. The only thing that could have been better was to have control of the thermostat. We would have liked it cooler. Perhaps they should consider a mini split unit.

We had a very nice stay at Paula's place. Just a short drive away from Giants Ridge, a short walk to restaurants in Biwabik. We went on several scenic hikes in the area. A very clean, well kept space.

Very nice Place centrally located. Her email contained all the information that you needed including the WI FI password. Basic TV channels could use a ESPN Channel I was not able to watch Thursday night football. Great Place, Steve

Great place to stay - very clean and nicely decorated! Perfect for a long weekend in Biwabik. Only one suggestion is that we could not find an address on the outside but it is across from the police department so they helped us! :). There is a ton of constructions on the main road in town but we hope to come back soon!

Paula was great! Apt was very nicely decorated and clean. Hospitality snacks and coffee provided. Although Main Street was all torn up when we were there, I can see convenience in being close to downtown. One thing to be aware of is that this apt does not have air conditioning. I must have missed that in the description. We were lucky it was a bit cooler when we were there. All in all, very comfortable place to stay in Biwabik, and host was helpful in providing tips on things to do. Thank you!
