Inside, you'll find a phenomenal, well-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island, and counter seating. Meet at the dining table to enjoy home-cooked meals or play board games. And, the warm and inviting living area includes a wood-burning fireplace (with a gas light assist) and a TV for watching your favorite Netflix and Hulu shows and movies. Extra perks include firewood for the fireplace, high-speed WiFi, and a high-capacity washer/dryer.
Located at the entrance to Ketchum, visiting skiers will have direct access to town and skiing at Sun Valley's River Run Base Area. Stroll into downtown (within walking distance!) and enjoy all the shops and restaurants this charming mountain town offers. Hop aboard the free mountain shuttle system for effortless trips to the slopes at River Run, Warm Springs, Dollar Mountain, and many other sites around the Wood River Valley. We stayed here for a long weekend and loved the spot! You can easily walk into town and have access to all of the food and drink options. The townhouse itself was in a nice and quiet area, and it was beautifully cleaned and well stocked with anything you’d need for a multi-day stay.

Well-furnished, light and bright with great layout for our family. As previous guests have noted, the beds are rock-hard, making it difficult to get a good-nights sleep. The upstairs gets very hot at night, despite turning the heat way down. We opened the windows. The unit had some burned out lights, a leaky toilet and showerhead that can hopefully be remedied by the homeowner and / or the management company. The management company was very difficult to get ahold of when we had questions.

Loved our stay with our son, his girlfriend and her parents. The place is close to the slopes, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We were four sisters who stayed here and the condo was perfect. Every amenity we needed, great location, very clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of four (all adults) found this property to be comfortable, roomy, and in a great location. We appreciated the higher end Miele kitchen appliances and the ability to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were too firm for us but I'm sure that's a personal preference. Important to know the attached garage is small. It did not fit our Toyota Tundra truck. Fortunately, we found street parking up the hill.

Clean and comfortable so we could relax after a day of hiking. Well-equipped kitchen including a rarity in rentals....sharp knives! Beds were topped were topped with foam pads which we always makes our backs ache but our friends loved them! Bedrooms were super quiet.

I love this property, it's spotless, beautifully decorated, it's centrally located to walk or bike into town, close to shops and restaurants and it had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, laundry, lots of towels) and great linens for a restful sleep. Thank you so much for being great hosts. I highly recommend this condo and I hope to stay again.

The townhouse was very clean, not cluttered with personal gadgets, felt like a hotel. We agree with previous comments: The top bedrooms get extremely hot during the day, even if you have the blinds closed and the A/C at 60 F.
The other thing is that its 3 floors, so it may be difficult for some people going up and down the stairs constantly.
We were able to fit our Suburban in the garage, but in an angle. Very tight but it fit with 4" to spare.
Again we truly enjoyed our stay.

Really nice condo for 6 adults. Quick bus ride to slopes but not so easy to get back. Sun Valley’s bus routes can be a little confusing. Overall, great skiing and nice accommodations.

Great kitchen, nice fireplace, mountain view from the master, comfy beds, large bathrooms … a very happy home! The entry/laundry/mud room is chilly so recommend bringing slippers to avoid bare feet down there.

This place was very nice, the quality in the build of it shows, and the kitchen appliances were very nice also! We have a large suv and it fit well in the garage by itself. If you go in the heat of summer it does get a little warm upstairs (even with the ac on), but it cools down in evening/early mornings.

Everything was expected, and great! The only downside was the upstairs did get relatively warm at night even with the windows open, I think with the way the house is positioned there is not much of a breeze, but this did not effect our stay!

The property was clean and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms with firm yet very comfortable beds. You can sleep 6, although the living space would be tight for 6 adults. The location is great, you can walk to river run and town. Small deck for relaxing in the afternoon Sun. Property manager was great, very responsive!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our family. My husband and I traveled with our two grown children and a friend. The condo has two master bedrooms on the top floor. The third bedroom is on the same floor with the kitchen and den. It has a full bath across the hall. All and all, it was very comfortable, although we were rarely there as we were enjoying all that Ketchum and Sun Valley had to offer.. The restaurants and shops were in walking distance, as was the ski lift. We were there in August, but it was fun to go to the top of the mountain. We enjoyed hiking, horseback riding and a history tour. We ate at some of the best restaurants. The only drawback to our vacation was two days of smoke in the air from fires.in nearby states.

So close to everything Ketchum & Sun Valley... My family enjoyed the lovely town and surrounding area. We are Hemingway fans and the beauty of the area leaves us all with a giant THANK YOU! Red Fish Lake was recommended by the X-Ray tech at St. Lukes as a minor blip in my son's health brought us to their facility. The Doctors and all the people of Ketchum are such a wonderful and refreshing burst of kindness and hospitality. I can not say how much we appreciate them ALL.... From the community Librarian Pam all the way to St. Luke's WE LOVE YOU!!!
