Second Bedroom - Two Twins or King + Queen Sofa Bed
This spacious 2-bedroom/2.5-bath multi-level unit offers 1,787 square feet of living space on the upper level and can sleep up to 6 guests. There is a two-car underground attached garage and a full-size washer/ dryer on the ground level. This unit offers air conditioning for the summer months. The homeowner also rents a ski locker at the base of River Run for guest use.
Upstairs there are high ceilings in the great room with a gas fireplace and a 46-inch flat-screen TV/DVD with cable and wireless internet. The gourmet kitchen features hardwood floors, granite countertops, and center island, stainless steel appliances, and a wine cooler. Off the living is a deck with a BBQ grill and a small table with 2 chairs. The dining area table seats 6 comfortably. A half bath is adjacent to the great room.
The master bedroom has a king bed and 32” flat screen TV/DVD with cable. The oversized master bathroom has radiant floor heat, travertine tile, and a two-person soaking tub with a separate shower. The second bedroom can be set up as two twin beds or a king bed upon request, plus a double-size sofa sleeper for additional guests, and a 32” flat-screen TV/DVD with cable. There is an ensuite bath with a shower only in this bedroom. This unit does allow one dog for an additional charge of 35.00 per day.
Complex Features: The Timbers condominiums are located at the entrance to downtown Ketchum, walking distance from shopping, dining, galleries, and nightlife. There is an underground parking garage with individual garages for each unit.

This is the second time we've rented the Timbers 2G unit. We like the accessibility to town as it's easy to walk. It's also a short distance to the River Run parking lot and the unit includes a Ski Locker at the base of RRun which is very convenient. The attached garage is wonderful. The place is very comfortable for 2 couples. The only negatives are there is no hot tub, lots of stairs to the main floor and the carpet from the garage to the main level is soiled and should be replaced.

The unit itself is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything and anything. as well as plenty of towels and supplies for the bathrooms. The bedding on the twin beds is insufficient with just one thin cover, but we found extra blankets, although one blanket reeked of cigarette smoke.Our disappointment began with phoning the management co ahead of our arrival with some simple questions like what kind of coffee maker is in the unit, and the woman taking calls couldn't answer anything, instead with annoyance, simply stating they take care of 1500 properties and don't know details. The property description states that it's walkable to downtown. Yes, it's close, yet there are no visible sidewalks on Main St, which is quite busy and dangerous, especially at night. We were also led to believe that the complex is on the bus route with a stop right outside the complex, yet, that too, was incorrect. And it's not disclosed that the nearest bus only comes 1x per hour. The management company couldn't even provide us accurate information regarding the bus lines to use to get to the ski area. Sadly, we had to drive everywhere despite the close proximity, the basis for which we chose this property. We also felt that the unit description should have mentioned the 4 flights of stairs inside the unit from the garage to the main floor. Why is the unit description so incomplete and full of errors? Furthermore, we were given incomplete info regarding the ski locker access and entry code. There's no mention as to which building to go in once at the River Run base, and then we were never told which of the 2 locker rooms to use. We were also never given the door combo to enter the locker room. Basically all we had was the locker # and locker combo.Lastly, the management company repeatedly emailed us that there were extra nights to add but never once asked us how our actual stay was going. Despite all of our frustration with the management co, we had a

Beautiful condo and everything is top of the line. Underground parking was convenient and close enough to walk to downtown Ketchum. My only comment would be this might not be the best place if you have trouble going up and down stairs. About 3 stories of steps from garage to condo. Bit for us it was perfect! Stayed here in September with my brothers and father. It was our home base for a couple days of fly fishing and golf. The location is perfect. At the gates of Ketchum within walking distance of town. Stayed 4 nights at Timbers 2G and it was wonderful! Good location, had all the bells and whistles for a perfect vacation. Kitchen was well-appointed and everything you need to cook in if desired. Impressed with all the dishes, utensils, big Thermadore fridge and nice stove. Spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, super clean bathrooms. Being able to park underground in a separate actual garage was nice. Felt comfortable from the first walk in..,,we'd return for sure! Others have mentioned the stairs. You can park out front on arrival and shorten that to unload bags. Well worth it!

Clean, Nice and very Comfortable
Check in was easy, the place was roomy and comfortable, kitchen items were well stocked and had everything we needed. Good location. The only complaint was the cable/ TV /surround sound system was confusing to use(cable box needed to be updated). We are movie/TV watchers so that was a small issue but it’s still 5 stars all around!!

Modern Condo with Large Great room
We enjoyed our stay - 4 nights - 2 adults and 2 kids perfectly comfortable sleeping arrangements. Very nice beds, bathrooms and kitchen. Great room was huge and sunny. Garage was convenient. Practically walk to River Run base and easy walk to town. I would stay here again.
One downside - only sleeps 4-5 comfortably. Its large enough to sleep more, but beds don't allow for more.

Just a bit short of perfect
I wanted to give a 5 star rating but just was unable to do so. We arrived after hours and was able to get our key with no issues. Upon arrival at the unit, we had no clue where to park. There were no instructions. We were not provided a code for the garage and was lucky to find the man door unlocked. We parked in a no parking spot because we didnt know where else to part. We did get the instructions the next day. The other issue was the hot tub. It was filthy dirty and gross. The cover was torn in pieces and not maintained. I would have liked to have better towels, not small hotel towels and it would have been nice to have beach towels available for the hot tub. The unit was well equipped with everything you would want. I will say that the customer service at Alpline was great. We had a TV issue and a fire alarm issue and they came right out and took care of it. I also thought we were closer to downtown and could walk but we were a bit farther out. All in all a good stay and I would rent again but just a hair short of 5 starts.

The condo was much nicer than it looked. Very comfortable.
Good location, nice fireplace, nice hot tub,easy walk to town. We really enjoyed ourself. The only thing I would have asked for would have been more snow. If we ever come back I would rent this place again for sure!
