Rip off taxi needed to go anywhere.
One bus an hour.

Breakfast was the only thing they had going for it
The phone didn’t work even after ‘fixing’, the bed frame was broken and noisy, the window outside blinds didn’t work, no hair conditioner (only small shampoo), the room key card worked on and off and staff although smiled slit were fairly useless.

modern room , very clean
the walls are so thin , you feel like you live with your neighbors in the same room

Room with sea view and large veranda was very good and nicely appointed. Aircon was good. Conveniently placed for exploring north of Catania. The rooftop restaurant is very pleasant and a nice start to breakfast.
The room overlooked the road and was both busy and noisy until quite late at night. Getting into the city centre is a long walk and the buses can be a bit hit and miss. Having said that the bus stop is 50M away and the Railway station an 8min walk.

Breakfast was great with the added bonus of a view of Mt Etna!
Room was very clan and comfortable .
room was noisy. The blind on the window helped but we still heard traffic noise and noise from people in the corridor.

Breakfast was great. The restaurant evening meal is world class and very good value.

The only good thing about this hotel is that my room has a balcony that was facing the sea.. so the view from the balcony and believe me nothing else.
The location is far from the center and from the station. The noise from the streets and the restaurant on the roof were unbearable. The old furniture, the slow drainage, the breakfast.. I don't recommend it at all

The breakfast was good. They had the traditional pastries and cakes and breads, along with meats, cheeses, eggs, etc. Coffee upon order. The view from the dining room was excellent. We had a sea view from our room. We only stayed one night because the airport shut down due to ash from Etna. We were only there until we could get other travel arrangements. After a day waiting in the airport until it closed down, I was not really paying a lot of attention to the facilities.

The property is updated and very clean. the rooms are good-sized and comfortable. Parking is available on-site in a safe and secure garage. There is a wonderful restaurant on the top floor (with a terrace) that offers great meals for lunch and dinner… and it’s also where breakfast is served in the morning.
No complaints. The staff was friendly and professional.

Breakfast was very good and the staff excellent, compared to the rest of Catania the location was reasonable.
Although the beds were comfortable that meant nothing as we couldn’t sleep for the appalling noice coming from the restaurant upstairs. On the Saturday night the hotel then hosted an event where the noice was so bad it appeared the guests would come through the ceiling. At 11-30 I went downstairs to complain. The staff were excellent very apologetic, but it was evident they had had this complaint on many occassions. I was assured twice my colleagues ncetns would be relayed to the managers, but of course nothing came of that.

cleaning, good staff, there is security, parking, next door is not a bad restaurant, quick check-in, good towels and bed linen, the view from the dining room, especially in the morning, is simply mesmerizing
I advice You never take a room in 3-th floor
Because Upper floor is restoran and you are going to hear all the processes there till 01:00

The cleaning staff works hard and deserve praise.
* Had no electricity in our room for several hours (including air conditioning)
* The shower leaked all over the floor after every use
* My €215 laundry bill was supposed to be turned around in 2 days but it took 4 days.
* When the laundry came back it still smelled of sweat but was now covered in perfume.
* I got food poisoning from the breakfast served at the restaurant. Avoid the eggs.
* The parking garage requires you call the desk 2x every time you come or go (once for each gate)
* The shower was covered in hard water stains

Good selection of food, helpful staff.
Lovely venue for breakfast (4th floor terrace)
breakfast - small coffee machine with long queue - table service would be better?
Eggs were off.
Felt overall that hotel could do with a bit of a refresh - one of rooms quite shabby/old.
