Nem ajanlom, ar-ertek aranyban alulmarad a hasonlo besorolasu szallodaktol.

A szobak alapvetoen jok, a butorok szepek. A kert szepen rendben van tartva.

A kiszolgalo szemelyzet ideges, a nagy forgalmat nem birjak etkezeseknel. Valami mindig elfogyott es nem sikerult azonnal potolni. Nem jol valogatott menu a svedasztalnal es szinvonalon aluli etelek. A kepek alapjan komolyabb etelvalasztekot var az ember. A szaunamester nem hiteles, megkerdeztuk milyen felontesre szamithatunk, es azt a valaszt kaptuk, hogy majd meglatjuk, o spontan donti el. Igy erre be sem fizettunk. A wellness reszleg felujitasra szorul, keves masszazs spot van a medenceben. A soszoba nem uzemelt, de ezt nem kozlik elore. A furdokopenyek es torolkozok tisztak, de foltosak, regiek. A furdokopenyek ki voktak szakadva es 4XL meretuek voltak. A szobaban a zuhanyban ki volt szakadva a falbol a zuhanytarto.

Nem mennék még egyszer

Voltak nagyon finom ételek.

Úgy érzem a szálloda mindenből a minimumra törekszik. Papíron lehet megvan a 4 csillag, de a valóságban már annyira nem. Elég sok az ember és zsúfolt a hely.

Hangulatos, par napos pihenésre

Érkezésünkkor a recepción nem igazán volt barátságos a Hölgy, viszont vacsora, reggeli alatt a felszolgáló személyzet nagyon kedvesek, aranyosak voltak. Reggeli és vacsora sok választékkal és finomak. A szoba nagyon szép hangulatos, tiszta. Wellnes és medence, pici ennyi főre de el lehet lenni.

Első körben ami a legfontosabb, francia ágyat foglaltunk, helyette kaptunk két egyszemélyes összetolt ágyat ami rettenetesen kényelmetlen volt, rugós puha matraccal. Napokig tartó gerinc fájdalmakat okozó ágy. Több vendégtől is lehetett hallani, hogy panaszkodtak az ágyra.

Kicsi ennyi szobára, vendégre a medence. Lehetne nagyobb.

Kedves személyzet, tisztasá, szoba rendben.

Étkezésnél nem találni szabad asztalt, mert mindre ki van téve a foglalt tábla. Nagyon sok szék koszos foltos az étteremben Lehetet volna nagyobb választék is étkezésnél. A medencéknél ugrálnak, labdáznak, senki nem szól rájuk. Összességében nem éreztem túl jól magam a hotelben.

Kellemes hely, a közös helységek és a szobák izlésesen berendezettek.

Az ételek finomak, a felszolgálók kedvesek és segítőkészek, a wellness részleg is rendben volt, az ottani személyzet tapasztalt, jó tanácsokat kaptunk.

A szobai fürdőhelység és főleg a wc tisztasága számunkra nem volt megfelelő. (vízkőmentesítés ráférne) Az étkezőben az asztalt és az alátétet jó lett volna ha letakarítják mielőtt leültünk enni.

Általunk látogatott, hasonló szolgáltatásokat hirdető szálláshelyek között kiemelkedő.

A szoba tiszta volt és rendezett, a belső kialakítás ízléses, barátságos. Bútorok többnyire jó állapotban voltak, nem voltak letörött fogasok, leszakadt polcok stb. Fürdőszoba penészmentes, jól felszerelt. Wellness részleg minden igényt kielégített, a kora szeptemberi időszakban nem volt túltelített. Ételek kiválóak, svédasztalos vacsorához víz alapból járt. Személyzet udvarias volt.

Kondigépeket használtuk az emeleten, de meglehetősen leharcoltak voltak. Futópadon gombok nem működtek, elliptikus tréner indokolatlanul hangosan zörgött és sípolt. Evezőgépben ki volt folyva az elem.

Super SPA Bereich im Hotel , mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und viel Auswahl. Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer.

It could have been much better for the price we paid for the executive suite and wellness.

Breakfast and dinner was ok. Some of the waiters was nice, others neutral.

Staff at swimming pool was not friendly, they closed the outside of the pool 1 hour earlyer. Staff at the reception was neutral.

A place where elderly go for treatment

Positioned well near the motorway and if you would like a thermal deep for a bit of de stressing, it could work well in a busy travelling schedule

The room was fair, nothing special, but the facilities are really not what you would expect! They mention gym: well, that’s a joke! More like a storage room with some very old stuff thrown in. Depressing.

Very good

This was our second trip to this hotel in the last half a year. We really liked the compactness of the hotel, that you can reach everything with an elevator. The staff is very helpful and looks well after the gusts. In the wellness (sauna) area Tamas and Szilvia (I think) are really great! There is always some kind of program going on for the adults or kids. It is a famaly firendly hotel for sure.

The wellness (saunas) area is big enough but unfortunately the pool area is quite small for such a big amount of guest. Usually between 14-17:00 there is too big crowd of people, no place to put down even your towel. In the sauna chill room (near the entrance into the wellness) the air flow vents are extremely loud and there is no chance to relax. Also the vents in the sauna are quite strong and sucks out the hot air, making the sauna not well heated. Tamas was helpful and tried to adjust these vents :) but the next day the power was back again :(

Hope to see you again in Easter, Zsori Hotel!

We spent a beautiful New Year Holiday in this hotel. Loved the spacious room, the pools with warm water. We really appreciate the program for the New Year's Eve and the Gala Dinner was was included in the price, which was an unexpected nice surprise. The hotel is pet friendly and everybody had a smiley-face for our little dog.

There are few people in the hotel team that are speaking English, which made our interraction a bit difficult. The programs for New Year's Eve were distributed only in the Hungarian version, which is an obstacle for foreign tourists. As a customer, in the future I would suggest that the New Year's Eve dinner be available at least until midnight, it's a loss, how many great dishes were prepared, that tourists only have 2 hours to taste them.

For a 4 star hotel you do not expect that the bed sheet on one of the bed is so small that it doesn’t fit/cover the bed. it was not a fitted sheet, so it was just all over around me when sleeping….

Clean hotel, reception staff were very good. Ample car parking. Quiet hotel overall.

Noisy air conditioning. Very slow at replenishing cutlery and food as it ran low during meals. Difficult to get any change from bar purchases from staff, we were offered and ice cream instead of our change from a bar purchase.

Tried once but will not return

Looks like a renovated hotel but many improvements needed to qualify for a 4 stars hotel The food was just ok.

Rude personal both at reception and the wellness portion. Parking for a few bit advertised as such when booking. Poor bed quality Wellness and spa équipement largely undersized for the number of guests No explanation about the wellness and spa équipement. (Compatibility of treatments…) Poor English speaking personnel
