Relaxing and enjoyable stay

Location, the room location as well was great, it was a corner room with a long balcony all-round the room. I could see the sea, mountains and Patong town. Overall, it was a great room. It was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating on our request.

There is not much information on Phuket site seeing areas provided by the hotel. Had to rely on google (which was much better) and street tourist vendor.

The Royal Paradise

The staff were great. Very friendly and efficient. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the pillows were really good. Excellent views from our balcony. Checking in and out was fast and easy. Great pool.

The air-conditioning was not very cold and the bed was very hard. Housekeeping came very late in the day. The balcony furniture was a bit uncomfortable.

Everything excellent except hotel arranged one tekxi transport.

Everything. No comment. Location, breakfast, bathtub, room size.

Abit far from beach. Bad experience with hotel transport: hotel arranged one tekxi guy for airport. We pay for that transport. Mr.Mayakee 10063. Please don't take this guy. Very bad service. No smile at face. We sit inside the car like in sauna. He don't want on AC. Each and every 2 minutes he open and close the window. Don't want to talk. My husband ask to on AC he said I know when to on. My son cannot sit inside. Damn hot. He on AC with fan level 1. But the same time he keep on open window.

מלון טוב מאוד. הייתי אוסר אישון בחדרים במלון. ואם לא לפחות הייתי שואל את אנשים אם הם מעשנים .

ניקיון ומיקום היו מצוינים מתקנים היו מעולים

מזגן בחדר היה מרכזי וכל לילה ממנו יצא ריח סיגריות לערכתי בגלל שבחדרים אחרים ישנו סיגריות.

Won't go again

The pool area was good. And the location is not that bad either

Old facilities, ACs not good. Water pressure is bad. Rooms are super humid and floor was extremely slippery. And for almost a full day they had a water maintenance that they've only informed us about on the same day and over a small board in the reception area instead of informing each guest properly which ruined a whole day for us

Фантастически удобная кровать и подушки, в номере было тихо, хотя окна выходили на Банглу. Уборка была каждый день, завтраки были превосходные. Я уже останавливалась в этом отеле 6 лет назад, конечно немного он подуставший, но все удобно и прекрасно фунцкионирует. Большая территория у бассейна, лежаки свободные есть всегда. Работает бар, можно заказать покушать. В отеле работают очень добрые и отзывчивые ребята. При въезде берут депозит 100$, но отдают сразу при выезде.

Нет ничего. Сначала нас заселили в номер без балкона, он не понравился и нам его сразу поменяли на ресепшн.

Excellent service from the hotel, in general their staff were friendly and accommodating and super helpful.

Close to all the main attractions in Patong. Pool area was great & the breakfast offering each morning was top class!

Loud music from the few bars across the street till early hours of the morning. No issue with the vibe and music, however, most mornings it went on till about 4am.

Loud music by night from the clubs around.

The hotel is good, but.... We stayed in the Paradise Wing at the 9th floor and we had a nice side view upon the see. The room was nice and the hotel is nice looking. Distance to the see is about 10-12 minutes walking, and is it better to walk than to take the free shuttle that they offer to you because it is traffic and the buss makes a detour as the streets are one way only. Now read what I did not like.

The hotel is surrounded by music clubs wich by night they put the tables in the streets and also the subwoofers. The music it that loud that you cant sleep until 4 am. In the morning, next by the hotel it's a school with a football square and the theachers talks to the microphone and you can hear then from the room. Too bad for this inconvenience, I won't recomend his hotel to my friends.

The only good thing was the location…

Property was dirty noisy beds were incredibly uncomfortable looks absolutely nothing like the photos don’t be fooled!!! I had a 4 night stay booked I lasted 5 hours and left!!

Great staff, great location and lovely pool area. Would def. consider returning.

Fantastic staff. Special shout out to Chard who served us by the pool each day. Such wonderful service. Pool area was beautiful. Lots of bed choices. Hotel in fantastic location and easy to walk to Bangla Road, Patong Stadium and Beach too, and there is also a shuttle running every hour to the beach between 9am and 4pm.

The beds were quite hard. We had 3 rooms and all of them were the same. We stayed for 3 nights, but if the beds were softer and more comfortable I would def. consider returning and staying for longer. Other guests we met were saying the same so I know its not just our personal preference. Some of the rooms could do with updating as quite dated. Strange smell in reception....

Heavy water leaking from the room above mine that wet my clothes, the mattress was too hard, not allowed to swim in the pool after 7.00pm and I was told my credit card bond wont be returned for 1 months.

Some unsatisfactory

I like the room and the balcony.

I don like is the TV is not clear and not much program to choose ,Breakfast is not nice and not much choice the venue should had include breakfast on the booking as morning I use to woke up early and can't find foods and not willing to pay and also should improve on the food , while check in to the room had to walk up a slope to the wing and then took a lift to ours rooms , this is not a convinence for especially elderly people or with leg problems, suggest that to had a flat platform to walk instead. And also for our wash laundry not enough to use to dried out clothing's .or had a proper things to dry our laundry . And as for security in the night there is not a proper security at the main doors area and the wings we stay . Need to improve it . Overall is good and nice place to stay .

Wenn man das Nachtleben liebt ist Patong eine tolle Sache.

Zimmer war als Allein Reisender natürlich gross. Frühstück war gut aber teuer da ich nicht sehr viel frühstücke! Lage war sehr gut aber in der Nacht auch laut. Erwähnen möchte ich besonders Frau Karn von der Rezeption war sehr kompetent und freundlich.

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht und musste zuerst fünf Tage auf mein Zimmer warten, aber Frau Karn hat glücklicherweise veranlasst das ich bereits nach zwei Tagen in ein Zimmer mit Balkon ziehen konnte.

4 days stay!

The rooms were spacious and great location close to bars and restaurants. Staff very helpful and met most of my requests the past 4 days.. Thank you for your service

I stayed in the suite room and requested a smoking room. No ashtray was placed in the room which was a bit messy as a smoker.

Would not stay here again.

The location was close to everything.

The room smelt as soon as we walked in. The shower was dirty before we even showered. Housekeeping broke my friends charger and tried to blame us! Some of the staff were very rude. I asked for superglue the first night and they had given it to me. The next few times they said they didn’t have any.
