Very enjoyable stayed in your hotel before.

Breakfast was wonderful. Meal at night was a bit dissenting as we both got the Sunday roast and the meat was a bit dry.

Fabulous location and very good food. Service was excellent.

The rooms and a little tired now and could do with a freshen up. The carpets and mattress need replacing. Bathrooms need updating.

Nothing to dislike. No parking available but they had this sorted by having a loading area for checking in and out and a free parking permit for the local area

Clean, comfortable, friendly and fantastic food, everything you want about a great little hotel!

We had a great room with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was amazing! This was our first time in Kirby Lonsdale but we are coming back at Christmas and the Sun Inn will definitely be our local for the week!

Stayed here 15th January 2023, Cannot fault and will surely be returning. Hospitality was second to none, and really friendly place. Room was very spacious and even a complementary card and bubbly for my partners 50th Birthday. Evening meal and breakfast was great too.

Exceptional

The Sun Inn turned out to be a delightfully well run place to stay on our way home from the Scottish Highlands. The staff were all super efficicient and polite with an obvious emphasis on making our stay as comfortable and stress-free experience as possible. Our room was spacious, well equipped and with a great balance in its ambience, mixing exposed stone and wood beams with modern fittings. I know where we'll be staying whenever we travel north again!
