Please decorate and fix holes in flooring/ sofa. It was far too basic to warrant the outlay even if it had space to

It had washing machine and fridge and the shower was good. Plenty of local takeaway/food options. Plenty of space

Location wasn’t the best nor was the security! There was a guy asleep in the hallway next to my door when I left in the morning. Back doors and side doors to the main building were wide open. Security gate to the car park wasn’t locked and didn’t function. Sofa, work surfaces and flooring were in disrepair. There were zero homely touches (pictures/ wall hangings/ bedside table etc) so left it feeling really stark and bare.

Unpleasant experience. Wouldn’t stay again.

The only positive thing I can say it at least it had two rooms for separate beds

It wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. Still wet towels on floor & bed still unmade, rubbish still in living area from previous lodger. There was a terrible smell coming from the whole building. There was a smell coming from the fridge although it was cleaned. I felt a little misled from the photos they show. Very outdated. Wouldn’t recommend.

Our stay was brilliant! Thankyou!

The organization to the hotel is remarkable. Everything is perfect here and we are really happy! The host is amazing with communication and we will definitely be coming back!

Smell from.under the kitchen.sink. The pictjres of apartment is very much so different than reality. Radiator wasnt working. No staff around no toilet paper no asking if everything is ok.

Disappointed to see the living area and the room with no any tables..it has made me keep my tea glasses and plates on the floor.. Small thing makes a lot difference

Very basic and not cheap

the heating is good

basic is an understatement. No plates to mention, poor collection of cooking equipment and no tea towels. it’s a converted office that is not comfortable but it serves a purpose if a solo traveler. it’s not cheap

Superb

Central location. Clean, quiet, warm flat. Plenty of shops, cafes,pubs etc.

What's not to like ? A slight whiff from the kitchen sink, but a drop of disinfectant will stop that

Nice kitchen and bath room enough space.

Reception room is no even one chair to sit & no light. Bathroom don't have mirror. Sofa bed is very bad. No wardrobe.

Was disappointing to be honest. Flat ok. But surroundings unfortunately not. .

Very clean.

Rowdy in the building at night. I came bk to property 9.30. On Fri evening to 8 police officers in hallway near flat 6. I was told to stand their. I did explain who I was. And I had booked room. They were apparently looking for a resident with medical needs. Bathroom handle lose. Mice rats running around behind building. Coul do with more seating. As 4 people could not sit on one settee. Poss microwave mite be idea. Maybe somewhere to hang clothes. And bedside cabinets. Was very disappointed. We were their for a wedding. Didn't feel safe going out and back in unfortunately .

it was dirty we booked for 3 people, but there were only 2 sets of things, such as only 2 shower towels, cups and seats. In addition, there was not enough cutlery (just one fork). We informed the property about this when we arrived, and still have not heard back. There was also no mirror in the bathroom and no hand or floor towels. The curtains let a lot of light through (there is a streetlight right outside the window), and it is a very noisy location. We were on the top floor and there was no lift in the building. The additional bed was extremely uncomfortable and dirty

Kitchen area definitely had not been cleaned and no bedding provided for my 6 year old daughter that came with me to stay. Luckily we brought our own.

these are not ‘apartments’ as described. it is an office block turned into HMOs that shouldn’t be advertised as apartments.

host didn’t provide access details until 5pm there is a nightclub right outside the property the property was taking deliveries of cookers at 4am on a Saturday morning!
