Peaceful stay!

The kindness of the owner, the clean and beautiful room, the good position in a relaxed area but very close to restaurants and beaches, the provided water and soap.

There was no safe in the room, but access to the room was monitored 24/7.

Homely and quiet place.

Great location. Quiet but close to restaurants and Candolim beach. Other beaches are just a few kilometres away. The owener was very friendly and helpful . Apartment was clean and nice and I loved the balcony.

A successful stay in Candolim. The hosts were wonderful, took care of everything we needed. A fully equipped kitchen to cook in, and fans in every corner of the property. If you are looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay near the sea, come here!

It's one of the best hotel during all our trip in India. Everything was perfect, owner was very attentive to us, the room has a large window and a table for work, wi-fi is good, everything is very clean. It's situaded in the quiet street but close to restaurants and shops.

Worth a visit

The homestay is perfect for workation or a leisure holiday. Away from hustles and bustles , this is in quiet area near candolim with greenery around. The rooms are too spick and span.

Rosean's Homestay is possibly the best place to stay if you're planning to visit Candolim. It offers the best value for money and more importantly, the owner Sandeep and his wife will go to any length to make your stay comfortable and memorable. In fact, even though we checked-in in the middle of the night, they did it with a smile. I would recommend this place to any couple or family, very highly.

Rosean homestay is a great value for money for long vacation seeking family

The location is proximate to shopping centres and the beach. The apartment provides a serene ambience and a sense of safety for the family tourists. Full marks to Sandeep for the speed of response and customer centricity. I would love to return for a longer stay here.

Basic place close to main road

Place is pretty big with a living area and outdoor patio. Location is in a quiet street but close to the main road and beach. It has multiple ceiling fans that work great.

It's basically just an old Goan home, so don't expect anything to be modern. It could use a renovation especially the bathroom. The bed is extremely hard but there's a second mattress you can put on the bed that is softer.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosean Villa.. It's budget friendly. Thanks to Sandip ji for providing us a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and neat. Ample water available. Beach is jus 5 mins away. Room facilities were all good. Loved it. I would recommend this place for everyone who wants a budget friendly yet a beautiful place to stay.

I liked everything. Just that the washroom is quite a small walk from the bedroom but they were very clean otherwise it's an excellent place to stay. I would visit this place again 😃😃

Well Rosean Homestay is a wonderful experience I must say. Uncle and his family are wonderful and extremely sweet. Place is very clean and quiet. Location is very close to the main road , close to ccd. Locality is so peaceful with all coconuts trees around. Big balconies will take your breath away. We highly recommend this property for couple and bachelor's for fun and work both. They have all basic necessities like refrigerator , ac , tv and utensils. And also it is duplex property, it's more appealing. You have 2 floors to enjoy. Bedroom with balcony on top , you have all your privacy upstairs . Hall and kitchen are on down floor. It's a great combination of space as well. Most importantly , there is no interference of owner at all. And he is always ready to help for things in all possible ways. Clean, peaceful and a great place to stay near Candolim CCD

The best part about the stay is that it is at the heart of the Hungama in Goa very close to Candolim beach and yet very peaceful and serene. The host is very friendly and super helpful. Kept checking if anything is required and was always just a phone call away. The place was very neat and maintained well. Everything from the stove to the A/C was working well and we had a great time. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation for anyone looking for a stay near Candolim.

Everything was good and if I had to nitpick, then I would say the latch on the bathroom door was not working, but that was never an issue since we were a family who visited. Might be hastle for others maybe so just wanted to point it out. But everything else was just amazing

Really happy about our stay and would visit again.

The hospitality by Mr Sandeep was exceptional. He was very kind and helpful. He took care of our needs in time. He kept visiting the place regularly to make sure that everything was fine with us. He was genuinely caring and concerned about our comfort and needs all through our stay. It was just like a home away from home. Enjoyed the ambience and sylvan surroundings. This property is located very close to Candolim beach and other main attractions. Calm and quiet neighborhood. I would be happy to stay in the same property when I visit Goa again.

This is a wonderful property. It is walkable to the Candolim beach. There are lots of cafes, supermarkets and almost everything you may need during your stay, around this property. There is a parking available. The home is equipped with everything you need. It is away from the hustle and bustle yet so near to all the attractions nearby. Safety is great too Now coming to the host due to whom we extended our stay. Sandeep is an incredible host. Before coming we asked for a cooler (as only the bedroom has an AC) and a work from home set up. IT WAS VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF. Sandeep made us feel like home. His mom too is very sweet. He arranged for tiniest things we asked for during our stay and checked on us everyday to ensure we feel at home. Adding to that, he was extremely accomodating about all our demands and needs. He and his mom offered to cook local fish for us when they saw us buying fish from a local vendor. It was extremely tasty and full of love too. He also said that if we don't get a place to stay in Goa, he can invite us to another of his properties. You ask for anything, and he is there at your door. I truly enjoyed staying here and the host made it even better. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay here. Please book without giving it a second thought. We are definitely coming back after here.
