Went with, spouse, 4 adult children and 3 boys under 4. House is immaculate and has everything you could want. Pictures don’t do it justice! Location is perfect. Beautiful neighborhood, right by a great playground. Definitely walkable to beach if you’re a walker, but plenty of parking by beach if you’re not. Great communication with owner. Was our first experience in a vrbo, and definitely won’t be our last. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

This is an amazing house in Rehoboth! We stayed for a week with family. The house is decorated beautifully. It is in a wonderful location! The host is very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend this house!

The house is just as shown in the photos and located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. My husband and I brought our16 year old daughter and a few of her friends to celebrate her birthday. The kids loved it and the freedom of walking to the boardwalk by themselves.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful, well appointed home with tons of natural light in the great room. It is so convenient to the beach and the local restaurants. We loved being able to walk everywhere. And to top it off, Shalini was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions. We look forward to staying here again.

The house is beautiful and spacious. We loved cooking in the modern kitchen and the stove in particular was great. Most days we started our day drinking coffee on the wonderful screened patio with two fans to keep the air moving and then we used the wagon to walk the 4 blocks to the beach bringing several chairs and umbrellas (all included in the shed). The only thing that would have made it even better would have been for there to be a little better supply of basic necessities. The dish soap was almost out and there was less than 1 full roll of toilet paper in the whole house. I understand needing to replenish items over a week but it was disappointing to feel like we needed to head out to the store immediately for something as simple as toilet paper.

Had a fantastic stay! The house beautiful and clean, and had plenty of space for our family. The location was perfect and we could easily walk to the beach and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and it was fully furnished with everything we needed. Shalini was very responsive to questions that we had.
Will definitely come back for another vacation!

We had an absolute wonderful time at this house for a week. The outdoor shower was key with 5 little sandy bodies after full beach days! The location is great in a quiet neighborhood, with a great park about 2 mins away. The only thing to note is that we did not find a coffee maker in the kitchen, but there was a Keurig. Loved the area and all that it had to offer. Would definitely consider coming again!

Stunning Property
I can’t say enough about the wrap-around screened in porch. What a gem! The house is large, open, and clean, with modern amenities. We would stay here again if we visit the area in the future. If you prefer something other than a rock hard mattress, I recommend bringing a mattress topper.

The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes,coffee maker, toaster. The house was immaculate. The front porch was breezy and comfortable for morning coffee. The living room couch was very roomy and comfortable. The beach chairs and wagon were in great condition. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.
We only wished there had been small dressers or more hangers in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and possibly a regular sized queen bed in the 3rd bedroom.

Great family house
We had an awesome stay at this property! Plenty of room for our family of 5. Screened in porch was super relaxing and got a great breeze. Handy to have a lot of beach equipment available for use at the house. Walk to the beach would have been far with little kids but we were able to drive and park very close with no problems. Walk into town was convenient to many restaurants and shops. Owners were delightful!

Fabulous Beach House
Our beach house experience was wonderful. The house was exactly as pictured, and so well-suited for a family. Three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower made after-beach clean-up a breeze. The laundry room was perfect, too. Loved all the equipment in the shed, which included beach chairs and umbrella. We had the best time!

Our weeklong stay was amazing! We were joined by some friends, another family of four and there was plenty of room. Highlights included access to bikes, beach gear and boogie boards, open floor plan and big kitchen for cooking meals, propane grill, on-site laundry, and the screen in porch. We opted to drive to the beach each day because we bring a lot to the beach and have a lot of young kids but it’s not hard to park if you are an early beach goer. Check in and check out was seamless and communication was easy and quick if there were any lingering questions. House was also really clean and had comfortable beds and pillows. Don’t forget your linens and blankets. We will be returning we loved it so much!

We never wanted to leave!
That is the first time we’ve ever stayed in a place where the pictures did not do it justice. It was beautiful! Open and airy is the best description of the main living area and porch. The neighborhood as well it was beautiful. Even the grill was cleaner than I’ve ever seen. Shalini was the consummate host. Responses were quick and she did absolutely everything she could to make sure our stay was amazing. I heartily recommend this beautiful getaway to anyone!

We pretty much only drove to the grocery store and walked everywhere else. The owner clearly communicated with us both before and during our stay, which is appreciated since there were no questions left unanswered. We will definitely stay there again!

It was a little far for my young daughter to walk, so we drove closer and used the house provided Rehoboth street pass to park closer to the beach and walk from there. The house was the perfect layout though for having a young kid being flat I didn't have to worry about gates and the open floor plan left lots of room to run. We will definitely look at staying at this house for future trips to Rehoboth.

The location is .7 miles from the beach but we loved the short walk each day and the property comes with back pack style beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach wagon. Easy peasy walk to the beach and town.
We spent every morning with our coffee on the closed in porch- fans kept it cool and there were plenty of seats for all. At night white lights all around the porch added to the feeling of vacation.

This is an absolutely beautiful beach home with plenty of amenities and in a great location. There is plenty of bedroom/bed space, nice bathrooms, great, well stocked kitchen and fantastic screened porch. A huge plus was the supply of beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and more plus a wagon to cart it all to the beach. The beach and main shopping/dining areas were less than a 15 minute walk from the house. The property manager was very communicative and responsive.
I highly recommend this property and would definitely come back again!
