Very clean and well presented
Nothing, it was just right.
(Well perhaps it could have done with a shaving/make-up mirror)

Great place. Everything you could possibly need.
Very clean with storage.
All the white goods you would need.
The garden is enclosed and private. The dogs and I loved it for an alfresco breakfast.
The beds were comfortable the sofas snuggly and there was lots of light. The bungalow is small but didn't feel it at all.
Would happily return if I needed to be in the area.
There is a beautiful green space right next to the house which leads to miles of walks.
The owner responded quickly and was amazingly kind and helpful.
It was not a bad point - just a planning point - the welcome pack was a couple of tea bags and a sachet of coffee with a couple of milk pots. You will need to bring your own milk and drinks.
Being picky, I'd buy new baking trays.
However I thought the accommodation was perfect this did not affect my view.

lovely private space, great amenities and parking. Karen couldn’t have been a better host, attentive and very quick to respond to a small issue we had when we arrived, highly recommend

Well equipped,good location and clean.
Great dog walk nearby.
Cooker instructions would be good, and cooking tongs and oven gloves needed for safety.
Couldnt use toaster,tripped everything out!
Multiple next doors cat deposits in back garden.:)

The accommodation was excellent, clean, tidy. Furniture was great. Little touches were great. Would highly recommend the owners and the property. Many thanks and would definitely use you again 5*

Good nearby
Trouble unlocking front door

The garden was safe and enclosed for our dog and the bathroom was a decent size
The overall impression the property left on us, was that the minimum was done to ensure the maximum profitability. To expand on the point, the inner door originally the front door could not be shut so it would swing open and block part of the bathroom door. The blinds in the main bedroom were broken and so the room was dark all the time. The garden door was very difficult to lock and two of the garden chairs were so unsafe they could not be used. There was no BBQ and there were no instructions left to show how to use any of the kitchen/electrical equipment. The TV was set so high on the wall you ended up with a cricked neck if you watched it. The batteries ran out in the carbon monoxide tester (there were spares), the batteries ran out in the fire alarm, there were no spares. Altogether a very disappointing experience, we would have had better facilities and value if we had gone to a budget hotel.

🙂- A lovely quiet modern bungalow with well equipped kitchen area. We stayed here with our 2 children. The kids absolutely loved the open planned area and especially the garden. The double bed was really comfortable and had enough storage area for a short stay. The location was really good, Felixstowe beach was 6 minutes drive away.
☹️- The floor could do with a good clean. We found the kitchen and living area had a lot of dust and dirt. But overall the short stay was good.

The privacy and cleanliness of it all and the comfort also nothing seemed to much trouble for the owners.

It was very clean, modern and spacious.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
Only problem we had was bins were full (we think the neighbours had used them) but chatted with owner who was always very responsive.
Just a little suggestion for floors would be to have a spray mop where you can wash and change the heads but was great to all be laminate to keep clean

Bright and modern bungalow which was a great size for the price. Especially with the parking and garden. Hosts were also great with pre arrival questions.
Nothing really

Good location for visiting friends nearby. Nicely furnished and included all we required.

A lovely recently modernised bungalow near Felixstowe. The open plan sitting room and well equipped kitchen area provided plenty of space and the bedroom, whilst small, had a comfortable bed. The garden area and conservatory were good places to sit in the sunshine.
A wall mirror would be useful.

Convenient location. Enclosed garden useful. Quiet despite vicinity to main road. Lots of crockery. Comfy beds.
Neither TV worked, host did offer to come and loook at but as only there for 2 nights we managed. No instructions for TV or cooker. Would have been nice if the patio had been swept, grass cut and patio door/conservatory glass cleaned! Very little storage for clothing. No mirror near a socket.

The area is lovely for walking the dog. Close to the beautiful coastline in Felixstowe. Immaculate, tasteful decoration, good contact with host. An excellent holiday home.
