Quiet clean hotel with gorgeous pool

It was incredibly clean and the pool was beautiful. It was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves. Staff was very nice. One spoke English which helped me out.

Just wish there was beach access but the property was amazing

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome

The staff was very helpful and kind, it seems to be a new place, the views are awesome. It is closed to a nice beach "Los Algodones" and "El Mirador" where you can see the most spectacular views of the sea.

The beds need 100% cotton linens, to many windows for a place at the beach and not well sealed, I cannot imagine how hot it gets in summer. Music to loud at the pool, I think it needs to be restricted or not allowed since the guests need rest.

our stay at Suites Rubi was quiet and relaxing

the location was quiet and the views were incredible. loved the roof top! jacuzzi on roof top is a clever touch to property.

The view here was breathtaking. The entire staff was very friendly. It was an amazing experience overall to have stayed at this place. Anyone looking for a nice place to stay while in San Carlos, book your stay here at the Suites Rubi.

nice getaway, wished the room was more comfortable, specially the bed was really hard and not many pillows

We will be back and rent the master suite

They have great customer service , very attentive, and the suite was really nice with a beautiful view facing the beach , you can also watch the amazing spectacular sunset !

I can only suggest more towels and pillows

Our stay in Suites Rubi was wonderful. Would stay again!

There was only 3 bath towels and 1 set of shampoo/conditioner samples for the 6 person condo. We had to get more towels from reception.

Overall, the staff was excellent. Room was nice but beds were terrible

The management team were wonderful. The room was set up perfectly.

No hot water. Which meant no jacuzzi. The beds felt like sleeping on concrete. No pool. And we had to park far away and walk.

Great place to stay

The location and view are great! This is a brand new building and nice. It was clean.

The room need mirrors and a safety box. The front desk person needs to be there all the time because the manager leaves fir hours and there is no one else can help you. Overall great place to stay

Beautiful place to stay

Gerardo is exceptional with customer service, he went above and beyond to meet our needs.. The views are wonderful, absolutely clean. Overall a great experience, eventhough there is no direct access to the beach, playa algodones it's just about 3-5 minutes away driving. We loved this place. The only thing I would change if possible, is the mattress for one a little less firm.

The parking lot is a bit far, the beds are a little too firm for me and there is no direct access to the beach
