Welcome to our Beach House! Happily named Barefoot Bungalow. Brand new just finished June 2020. New Furniture, Electronics , appliances, everything is new . It is one block from the Beach & Ocean Blvd
Our rental features

The space
-Fully equipped kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, plates, bowls, utensils, pots pans, Keurig coffee maker etc -Linens & towels & washer & dryer -Covered & screened in rear porch with outdoor furniture - BBQ grill & picnic table -grass common area with beautiful live oak tree -Beach chairs & umbrella -Free parking pass for Downtown/Family Kingdom(parking is $12-$20 in these areas) -This house is on a lot that is shared by our other house. You must respect other house & the other house guests when in common area. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Two friends own this house. The idea was to create a fun place for friends & family to gather & enjoy everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. We know you will appreciate the built in extras this house has to offer. The parking pass will save you money in the paid parking areas of Myrtle Beach. Vacations are expensive, it's nice to have a night to play board games & BBQ vs going out every night. Don't worry about renting or buying beach chairs or an umbrella we have them for you. The rear porch is the focal point of the house, very relaxing & great place to gather. June 2022 Brand new Hot tub installed.

Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to Tropical Storm Debby! However, the house was beautiful and clean. They have everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach! We hope to rent again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!!

A group of me and 6 other girls stayed here for my sister-in-laws bachelorette party. We had an absolute blast. We loved the walking distance to the beach and the two beach stores. The living room was the perfect size for us all to sit, play games and hang out. The house had everything we needed and having the rolling beach cart and chairs was an added bonus. The house was also so close to everything that it made our weekend there so easy. Thank you again!

The property owner/manager did a first class job. The communication about checkin was time and easy to follow. The “little things” that were provide, like beach umbrella, beach chairs, coolers, charcoal, grill tools, etc., made a big difference.

This was by far one of our best VRBO experience, which is saying a lot - considering our great experiences with using VRBO. This house was everything the photos portrayed it to be and is less than 2 blocks from the beach. We always travel with our own cleaning items because most places never meet our expectations..this one did! Adam was wonderful and responded to our call immediately for a minor request. My only issue - I have to be honest - was with the two smaller sitting chairs in the living room, which were dated and took away from the beautiful decor Adam created for his guests. This was honestly the only thing we found! If you scroll around VRBO reading reviews, searching for a good, clean and beautiful place to stay - stop scrolling and book this property now. You can thank me later!

We enjoyed the short walk and proximity to the beach and the many shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a bonus on the cooler days, and the yard was perfect to play yard games with the kids and for our dog to run around. The overall convenience was great compared to other beach properties we have stayed at.

We stayed for 3 nights… 4 adults, 2 kids, 3 dogs. House was perfect for us! When we arrived the owner was there adding some cute solar lights to the fence, very nice guy. We were walking distance to the beach, had shops on the opposite side of the house. Anytime I had a question he was quick to text me back. Layout of house was perfect with an open living room/dining room/kitchen to be able to keep a close eye on kids & dogs. Hot tub was perfect to relax the tight muscles from the 8hr drive. We live in FL near the beaches, but wanted to visit somewhere different. Kids loved Ripleys Aquarium & we found some amazing food (check out Johnny D’s for breakfast- it was amazing!!!). We will definitely come back again!

The house is in excellent remodel (2 years old) condition. Location is walking distance to the beach(3 blocks) and the boardwalk(1/2 mile). Lots of stores and restaurants just behind the house again walking distance. Will stay here again if we can make it back .Thanks Adam

We throughly enjoyed our stay!! Check in and check out were easy. The house had everything we needed and then some that we needed for our stay. Within walking distance to shops and the beach. We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach every year for 6 years. This was the first time my family was able to vacation with our dog, which was easier and less stressful for all of us. This home was also by far the best accommodation we have ever had in this area. The host was easily accessible and responsive. It truly was a home away from home experience.

Excellent beach vacation. Brand new home with lots of upgrades. Very spacious and excellent location within a couple of blocks to the beach. Brand new Hot Tub which was very nice including lights and speakers. Owner communication was excellent and felt like a valued customer. Nice area for our dog to walk. Hope to stay here again soon! This home is absolutely stunning and beautiful! Me and my family had such a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach and Adam made it that much better with his home! As soon as we walked in, we all fell in love with the house! Everything was sparkling clean and tidy! The beds were more comfortable than my own bed! Check in process was simple, and check out was even simpler! Prime location, we were basically 5 or 15 minutes from anywhere! I'd book this place again, especially since there will be a hot tub next time! 😁

Communication was excellent!! Our friends rented the adjoining house and we were in town for cheer. We brought our young golden retriever and the yard was a big plus for the dog and young kids to play around. We used the grill and between that and the fully stocked kitchen we had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy the stay. The beach is just a short block away. The house is new and has plenty of space and nice furniture. The TVs were great and easy to use with the Roku.

Great host, house and location!

Adam was an awesome host and the house and location a dream. The house is really spacious and comfortable and had more amenities than I ever expected. (And the shower in the master bedroom bathroom is amazing…wish I had that at home!). Adam is really thoughtful and that shows in the house. The house is so close to the beach that we were able to take our dog for a walk there multiple times a day. I know where we’ll be staying next time we’re in town!
