Spacious Coastal Living

Situated in the heart of Robe with the beautiful Town beach only steps away from your door this brand new 2 story home boasts tasteful styling and sleeping up to 10, this relaxing getaway is accommodation at its finest.

Providing 4 bedrooms downstairs along with kitchenette, living, 3 bathrooms and outdoor entertaining. Upstairs offer large kitchen, dining and living along with fantastic outdoor balcony overlooking the town and beach.

Upstairs
Offers a fantastic living space providing sweeping ocean and town views.
Kitchen - modern and fully equipped with 5 burner cooktop , oven and 2 door fridge freezer with ice & water, dishwasher and a large extendable dining table seating 8 or 12 if extended. There is also a great area to sit around the kitchen bench with 4 stools.
Lounge - this space has a comfy sofa to relax on and look at the sea views or nestle back and watch TV. A toilet is located upstairs.
Balcony - has 2 small breakfast bars plus a table that easily seats 6 to 8 people another area to sit back, relax and take some time out.

Downstairs
This tastefully decorated area consists of a living room, kitchenette, dining, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and laundry.
Kitchenette - fully equipped, extra fridge freezer and microwave. Dining area seating 8 to 10.
Lounge - comfortable 3-seater sofa , wall mounted flat screen TV with glass doors opening onto outdoor area.
Front Level Balcony - on offer is abundant outdoor seating by means of wicker lounge or timber dining table. Ideal for enjoying the views and catching the sea breeze while relaxing or entertaining. An outdoor concrete bench is installed with sink power and a Webber Q for your enjoyment.

Walking through the passage you will find 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms all with quality linen.

Bedroom 1 - King bed, window seat, robes and smart TV. Ensuite with a double bowl vanity, toilet, and large shower.

Bedroom 2 - King bed, shelving and storage and smart TV.

Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed with bunk single bed overtop and a single bed this room sleeps 4. Shelving and smart TV.

Bedroom 4 - Queen bed this room has direct access to the laundry and bathroom giving you your own facilities.

Laundry can also be accessed via the outside door which still give bedroom 4 total privacy.

All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans and the whole house has reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Bathrooms have heat strip heaters and some even have air-conditioning, vanities, toilet, and shower. You might notice that the water is very silky this is because there is a water softener connected to the house.

If you are bringing small pets ( by prior arrangement and approval only) there is a doggy door out into the back garden area, this is a lovely, paved area with a strip of lawn and a terraced garden.

There is also an outside shower and fish cleaning sink totally enclosed so a great area to sit out and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Please beware: due to stairs and balcony the property is unsuitable for children under the age of 10. Access to bedrooms is determined by the number of guests booked.

Well built house tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds. All 3 bedrooms we used were spacious with ample storage. We mostly stayed on the main level. The living and dining area were perfect for our group of 5 adults and, as we BBQed each night the small kitchenette was adequate. A dishwasher on this level would be a great addition to save having to carry all the dishes upstairs. The upstairs area is good if you want to get away to read or watch TV, or cook up a storm but we found it a bit dark. The outside area is superb with comfortable areas for lounging and eating and cooking. Our only criticism would be that it is not possibly to use this area when it is sunny and hot as there is no shade. There are awnings but we were told that the owners didn’t allow visitors to use them as they are fragile and expensive to replace. This is fine but they really should provide alternative shade, such as an umbrella, to allow more use of this area. Overall, we loved the property and would definitely return.

This was our third stay in 12 months at this wonderful house. The location is excellent right in the heart of Robe. It is very tastefully decorated and has all that you need for a great holiday. Helen is a very helpful host. It now feels like our home away from home. We'll be back. Thanks Helen.

We stayed here last February and loved it so much we came back. And we’re looking at going back again next year. We love it. A great location, it has everything you need provided in the house and is superbly decorated. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Robe.

WOW!! This property was absolutely incredible! It was furnished with only the best, very clean and the host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach just across the road and shops just a 1-2 minute walk. Absolutely loved it!

Very impressed with Pippi. Ultra clean, modern and everything in excellent condition. Great view out to the bay (especially from the upper level) and very conveniently located near the Caladonian Inn, Sails (both excellent places to eat) and several other restaurants/cafes. Well equipped kitchen if you were of a mind to cook (but with Sails a 100m walk away - why would you?). Wish we were staying longer.

Our stay in this very comfortable beach house was blissful - just short walk to all the cafes, pubs restaurants and the beach. If I had to make any criticisms, they'd be tiny ones. We couldn't find any beach towels - not an issue for us, but would be a major hassle in the hot weather, we stayed a week, but were not offered a change of linens, and I couldn't find any decent serving platters.

We stayed 8 days at the beginning of May at Pippi. The property is perfectly sited...across the road from the Caledonian Inn and Sails restaurant. Other eateries are close by as well. Many scenic walks in the area with one directly over the greenery at the beach. The property was exceptionally comfortable and delightfully furnished. A very comprehensive kitchen, in fact, comprehensive everything! Our pooch was allowed to holiday with us and had a great time too. The only suggestion I have is perhaps a gate at the top of the entrance steps to contain the dog and any toddlers that are with you.

Not sure where to start! The location of Pippi's is second to none. Beautiful beach views, short stroll to shops, cafe's etc. Every luxury you could ask for is taken care of from beautiful shower products, quality furniture (the beautiful Freedom couch just like home!!!), quality bedding, cookware and glassware. The balcony space is perfect for gathering together with a wine and THAT VIEW!!!! Thank you Helen, you are a wonderful host with amazing communication and understanding (Covid times....could have been locked out of SA at any moment) and your house is just amazing and more than we could have hoped for!
