The Neighborhood:
Take a dip in the lake at Willow Point Park, just two-and-a-half miles from your front door. After a day of fun on the water, slow things down with wine tasting at any of several nearby wineries. Enjoy one of the numerous restaurants in downtown Manson, just four miles east from the home. In Manson, you'll also find boat and jet-ski rentals along with a variety of entertainment at the Mill Bay Casino. Chelan is just 12 short miles away should you want to head into town.
Getting Around:
A 4x4 is recommended during the winter months.
Other Things to Note:
The seasonal pool is open approximately May through mid October, depending on weather. Due to popular demand, the hot tub has been relocated and is now in the pool area. Will upload new pics soon. Please note that this home is equipped with a Ring doorbell security camera that is pointed at the exterior entry walkway and driveway, along with Arlo security camera's that monitor the exterior of the home while the home is vacant. The home has Free WiFi and the Sofabed is located on the main floor living room area. Chelan County Permit STR 000500

We had a terrific time at the house, which was great for all ranges of ages in our family (from 1 to 75). Pool was wonderful, deck was ideal for sitting and looking at either the lake or the stars. The owner Matt was very responsive to a couple of our requests. Fully equipped kitchen for making our meals, and very close to Manson for quick trips to town. We will definitely consider returning.

My family just spent a great week at this home. The pictures don’t do it justice. You have views of the lake to the north and south. We found the kitchen well stocked. There is a Keurig machine and a good supply of pods as well as a coffee maker. You do need to bring your own coffee for the pot. There are also pool towels so you really don’t need to bring your own.
There were prior complaints about the upstairs bedroom being too warm. There is a new portable air conditioner in the room (not the one shown in the pictures). Granted, we didn’t have 100 degree weather but if you turn on the air unit and shut the door it does cool down. The lower level is the coolest but there are plenty of warm blankets.
We all loved the pool, especially the grandkids. It is a nice size. There are pool toys (noodles etc.). Keeping the cover on at night keeps the heat in and bugs out.
The only negative is that the ice maker isn’t working so bring a bag.
I would definitely stay at this house again.

Our family had a great week at the Lake Chelan View Home. The check-in process was smooth; the property was exactly as billed; the view is unmatched; the private pool is a huge plus for the grands and the entire family. We had a minor issue upon arrival with the AC (the unit was apparently frozen over so the AC was not working, but Matt (host) was immediatley responsive and sent out a HVAC company to repair it and it kept up the rest of the week. We will definitely retrun.

Amazing views of Lake Chelan from the house, decks, outdoor pool and hottub. House is spacious and updated. The heated outdoor pool was well maintained with a retractable cover. Minor drawbacks - central air conditioning struggled to keep house cool above basement level. Top floor got extremely hot in near 100 degree weather. There is an older portable air conditioner in the primary bedroom on the top floor which helped. Surprised to discover there was no hand or stand mixer in the house. Bought a whisk and left it for future guests.

Pros: The house is very nice, older house but has obviously been remodeled and well maintained. Appliances and features have been brought upto date. Views of the valleys and lake from the house are excellent. The house was very clean and well stocked with towels, sheets, etc...
Cons: It is an older remodeled house. The downstairs bedroom and game room/family room is the basement and the rooms are very cold. Could not turn on the heating in the basement because the whole house is controlled from a single thermostat and the main level was not that cool and needed to keep the AC on for the main level and second level. The second level is the attic where the 4th bedroom is located. Thank goodness they had a portable window AC in that room, it was the opposite with temperature issues. The upstairs attic bedroom and living areas were scorching hot during the day without the portable window AC to cool it off. The main level AC had a note not to turn down below 73 because it would break the central AC. Really each level needs it' own AC unit and independent temperature controls because of the vast temperature difference between the basement, main level and attic level. We had some difficulties on our 2nd day there with the hot tub jet control, we could not turn the jets on or adjust the temperature. We reported it but no one came out until the morning of our checkout date to fix it.
Overall, despite some drawbacks, I would recommend the property and I would stay there again.

My family (three couples and one teenager) stayed here for one week. When you arrive, you are greeted with amazing views. The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. The house is spacious. Everyone had their own room and the only two rooms who had to share a bathroom were on the main floor. The house was also clean and well stocked. I also liked all the different ways to get out to the pool (downstairs bedroom, back deck, etc).
We spent most of our time in the pool. There was plenty of seating for everyone and the pergola was nice to shield us from the hot sun.
We also spent every evening on the back deck. The ONLY complaint would be that the cushion on the loveseat needed replacing (you could feel the bars underneath which made it uncomfortable). We just made the kids sit there haha
The deck had a nice BBQ and was quiet and relaxing. We’d watch the sunsets each night and then watch the sunshine climb up the hill opposite the house each morning.
We didn’t spend too much time inside, but appreciated the large farmhouse style table to eat dinner at.
If you’re looking for a nice, clean, roomy house in a quiet neighborhood with views and a pool, then this is it.

Had one issue in the house that we reached out to the property manager and it was quickly addressed. Would come back for another stay!

View and pool the very best we have had in our trips to Chelan. The house accommodated our group of 8 very comfortably from bedrooms, lounging in living room and outside deck. The kitchen was very well equipped but they could use a new can opener. Would definitely come again. We really enjoyed the alien spacecraft on our last night!😎

Beautiful location with amazing lake/mountain view. House was well equipped with everything u will need. Inside and outside property was very clean. Pool was little dirt in few areas but the warm water made up for it. Over all we love it and would love to come back again.
