Welcome to The Coop! This three-story, five-bedroom home in the Wildhorse Meadows development offers gondola access to the Steamboat Resort base area and the community pool, hot tubs, and fitness center. This custom home has 4,154 square feet of contemporary mountain luxury and abundant windows that take in natural light and frame the incredible views of the green space and mountain landscape. The main level has an open plan with a bar, a dining area, a large mudroom, and a patio with a built-in grill and seating. There is a junior suite on the main floor with a smart TV. The upper floor has a main bedroom with a Tempur-pedic bed, a large balcony, and an expanded shower and tub. In addition, the upper level has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and smart TVs.
A soak in the private hot tub is just the ticket after a long day of activities. Let the games begin in the basement with an eight-foot pool table, a 14-foot shuffleboard table, a TV, a bar table, and a darts gaming area. There is a cozy board game/TV nook as well. The basement bedroom has a bunk and trundle. The heated garage has ski and snowboard storage and a heated boot warmer rack. There is a Sonos sound system in the main areas. Other features include Nest thermostats, LED lighting, forced air heat and air conditioning, professional-grade appliances, oak flooring, and upgraded furnishings.

With Safeway, WildPlum Eatery-Grocer-Spirits, and City Market all a mile or less from your front door, you'll never have to worry about running out of those essential refrigerator and pantry items. Then again, sometimes you don't feel like cooking, so check out some of the area's local fare. This home is just 250 yards from the ski area, with all the white powder of the mountains waiting to be explored. Summer visitors will also love the wildlife and scenery they find on the nearby Thunderhead Hiking Trail.
Enjoy having access to the fantastic amenities right next door at Wildhorse Meadows, which include a large heated outdoor pool, three hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, an outdoor firepit, and access to the Wildhorse Gondola. On-call shuttle service is also available.

The Wildhorse Amenity Area, which includes the fitness and game rooms, is open from 10 AM to 10 PM on a first come, first serve basis.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is an active Ring doorbell security camera.
Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
