The Parker Bull House circa 1754. Stunning renovation of a fantastic antique gem sitting on a pond with waterfall. This fabulous Historic home is located in the Ivoryton section of Essex overlooking the Falls River. Many historic features with all new modern amenities. Gorgeous granite & stainless kitchen with hardwood floors & access to a heated sunroom and a covered porch. A spacious pantry/laundry room conveniently located next to kitchen. A bright sunny LR with antique wideboard floors leads to a glorious formal dining room with original antique features and lovely wideboard floors. The second level has a newly configured Master BR and beautiful wood floored bath with glass shower. Two additional bedrooms and a second new bath with glass shower completes this level. A back staircase leads down to the kitchen. Large private yard on the water. Next door to luxury wellness center for gym, fitness classes, and other wellness services.
