The communication with the owner day of check in was horrible. Had no response regarding location and how to access key until 10min prior to check in. The place wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it. Not enough cooking utensils in the kitchen to prepare a meal. The bed in master bedroom’s box spring sags in the middle. One of my worst VRBO experiences

Totally different the advertise online then in person. Completely outdated floor looks to be dirty, the pictures online are not the same as in unit. There is only on tv in the leave room upon check the bedroom there was an old cable box in the dresser. The water cut off while our stay which I had to manual fix myself. For the price it’s extremely over priced. The only good thing is it’s 10 min from any attractions. I will not be returning to this until please stay away and find other options

Nice place, quiet, short distance to all major parks. Condo could have been cleaned a bit better.

We definitely will use this rental property. The host was quick to respond. The property was close to several attractions and shopping centers. Only drawback was the construction lead to very congested at times.

The property was very nice. Beds were comfortable, good natural light in the place and a nice view of the lake. Easy to get to Disney without having to use I-4. Easy check-in and out. Close to shopping and restsurants. Very happy with our stay.

Reminded me of a standard Golden girls Florida house. Older furniture . Other reviews are correct it is really outdated. But was affordable and it got us what we needed and was pretty affordable.

Ok but facilities are old and in need of renovation.

Works well if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Needs a number of updates and repairs.

The shower upstairs didn’t drain and the pullout was filthy. It works if you just need a place to sleep

I was extremely disappointed. The unit we stayed in was not the same as the one listed online. It was disgusting. Full of dust. Wasp nest on the ceiling in living room. The floors were terrible and filthy the master shower looked more like a prison shower. The patio furniture was full of spider webs . I cleaned them myself just so I could sit in it. I saw roaches in the living room. I will never book this property again.

The Villa was in a wonderful location. The space & amenities provided were fine including the extra towels in both bathrooms. I recommend getting warm comforters instead of the thin sheets currently their & if not extra blanquets help also. Unfortunately the unit that was advertised was NOT the one i received. The walls were a different color, the kitchen counter/tables Were different, Even the living room. Non the less i didnt complain even after the fact that there was pet hair on both sofas and carpets as well. I really didn't like that espically when traveling with my kids...

Found dead roaches on the bedroom, kitchen was tiny. Didn't like that the curtains did not close all the way or cover the entire back glass door/window and we could be seen in the home. Looks more like an efficiency. Where the key is place is not safe either

Always use this property when we travel to the Kissimmee area for work. Property is dated and could be brought up to date but is safe and reliable.
Feedback for Gloria- please make sure all light fixtures have bulbs and lamps work. The master bedroom had no working lights in it which made for a challenging pack up at 0 dark thirty trying to leave.

After struggling to find a hotel that would allow my dog (65 lbs bully), I found this property. As others mention, the furniture and appliances are dated. However, it’s a pet-friendly unit, so I can’t complain. The bathrooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was good and water hot. There’s a loop around the complex with pet stations that was perfect for walking the dog. Less than 15 minutes from Universal Studios with lots of grocery and food options nearby. When we arrived, the internet wasn’t working. Despite the late hour, the host did respond quickly to try and help us fix the issue. When restarting the router, didn’t work, they called a tech the next day and fixed it. Now the negatives. I went with a VRBO so that we had a kitchen. But the stove and oven were unusable and no baking supplies provided. The aluminum foil that lined the inside had caught the mess of previous occupants but hadn’t been changed in forever. Plus no oven mitts or pot holders. Toaster oven somehow burned and undercooked our biscuits. There were also only 2 burners on the stove that worked, and only on high. Tried to heat water for tea using the coffee maker. Even after cleaning the filter basket and running it twice, the water was dirty. Overall, I think if I had planned better, I would’ve gone with a hotel. I would’ve had access to the same (working) appliances and it would’ve been a bit nicer for a similar price. However, this location served its purpose.

Location to parks was great.
But updates are needed.
Didn’t get instructions for access until around 2:30 am day if. We read instructions to get in prior to leaving, but then found out we needed to provide our own face cloths and shower need essentials (that I automatically pack my own).
Could not locate a broom, a vacuum on 2nd floor?? Trac on patio doors very dirty, curtains were ripped
No instructions on what to do on closing other than keys & contacting host.
Since have used other vrbo previously, we followed their expectations

Gloria was easy to communicate through text. The VRBO had the essentials such as oven, fridge, dishes to eat on as if you were at your own home. We stayed during the Hurricane Ian and luckily it didn’t hit this location too hard. Other than that this location was in the middle of universal Orlando and disneyworld with outlet malls not to far as well. Inside May look outdated, but it had the essentials of what a family needs to shower, eat, sleep 🤙🏾

Bad stay
I felt like the people did not care that we were coming to stay they for a few days they left the couch dirty no soap no mop to for the Floors and and it’s should be more innovative and the area was nice but inside was bad , terrible, horrible

Great Location
Very clean and located very close to the parks. The exterior of the property needs some maintenance and updating and the furniture is a bit dated but it worked well for our needs

Great location, not so great villa
This is a great location close to everything, but the rooms were not great. There was mold on the all the vents, ceiling fan was very dirty, cockroachs found in shower.

The only problem was the traffic
This was our second time there and every thing was good

Close to universal. Split rooms were good. Bring your own pillows.
There was some issue that we couldn't access our original unit. Owner moved us to a separate unit.

Bargain near parks
This is a bargain property in easy proximity to Universal and Disney. This is not a luxury property. If you are wanting pristine, look elsewhere. If you are a stickler for cleanliness, look elsewhere. If you are looking for an reasonably priced, passably clean place to sleep, shower, and replenish snacks this might be a good fit for you.
Communication with the property manager was through text. Our one problem was effectively resolved after a short delay. Overall, this property provided our family with a convenient place to rest and refresh while in Orlando.

Very small and tight rooms, fairly dirty carpets, and old damaged furniture.
Close to Sea World and Disney. Property Manager changed the unit upon arrival. It was available when we arrived and when we locked the key in the unit she was very helpful in getting us in.
Carpet is dirty,, no soap in upstairs bathroom, chips in old bathtub, and stains on furniture. Small fridge and small stove because the unit is very cramped.
Great place for a person just looking sleep and not spend any time at the property.

Poorly representation
This property should not be considered as a rental property . Very old , very dirty and in a bad area . We walked away on first look , which caused a lot of vacation anxiety.

Nope
I'm not sure if or when the last time that place was cleaned. One of the beds upstairs had a bed skirt that had been peed all over by a dog. It smelled awful. Dirty showers and bathroom floors. Started raining real hard one night and the front bedroom flooded. Then she wanted to just leave a mop and some extra towels for us to clean it up. It's close to the parks so that's good. When we booked, it said that there was a minimum one day in between guests. On checkout day she wanted to know as soon as we left because the next guest were going to check in at 2:00 pm. The complex and some of the other neighbors were a little strange. There were signs of a roach infestation but we only saw one live roach while we were there.
Weirdest VRBO experience I've ever had.

Excellent communication
We had to book this trip very quickly, as we were trying to get to a sick family member at the hospital. Despite booking within 24 hours, Gloria got the place ready and quickly communicated with us about the check in process. She made it so easy to figure out what to do. That place was also clean and in a convenient location. We also had brought our dog and she had a nice dog path around the neighborhood with plenty of grass to walk around on/enjoy some outdoor time. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Peaceful stay
Enjoyed the lake view and the fireworks every night. The neighbors were nice and quiet. We felt safe. Good place to walk dog along the path in front of lake. Comfortable beds. Assigned parking place was nice to have near unit.

Cozy and Convenient Quick Getaway
This property was perfect for our last minute Springbreak getaway with the family. The accommodations were good and cozy for our kids and pets, and the location was close to all the local area attractions. The host was prompt in responding to all our questions and was very courteous.
